Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal di SMA Negeri 1 Sayung menunjukkan bahwa prestasi belajar siswa masih rendah, dilihat dari nilai ulangan harian, nilai tengah semester, dan nilai akhir semester siswa kelas XI IPS. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh pola asuh orang tua dan gaya belajar terhadap prestasi belajar melalui motivasi belajar sebagai variable intervening pada siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Sayung tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Sayung Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016 sejumlah 60 siswa. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pola asuh orang tua berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan gaya belajar terhadap prestasi belajar, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan pola asuh orang tua terhadap motivasi belajar, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan gaya belajar terhadap motivasi belajar, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan pola asuh orang tua terhadap prestasi belajar melalui motivasi belajarsebesar, dan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan gaya belajar terhadap prestasi belajar melalui motivasi belajar. The result of preliminary observation in Senior High School 1 Sayung indicate that achievements of student is relatively low, it showed value of daily test, value of the middle of the semester, and value of the end of the semester. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of parents parenting and learning style towards study achievement in the students studying economic through study motivation of class XI students of social sciences in Senior High School 1 Sayung academic year 2015/2016. The population in this research is all students grade XI social sciences in Senior High School 1 Sayung Academic Year 2015/2016, that is 60 students. This research use census sampling method. This research uses questionnaire and documentation to collect the data. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The result of this study show that there is a influence which a positive and significance in the parents parenting towards study achievement in economic, there is a influence which a positive and significance in the learning style towards study a achievements in economic , there is a influence which a positive and significance in the parents parenting toward study motivation, there is a influence which a positive and significance in the learning style towards study motivation, there is a influence which a positive and significance in the study motivation toward a achievements in economic, there is a influence which a positive and significance between the parents parenting and studying economic a achievement through study motivation, and there is a influence which a positive and significance between the learning style and studying economic a achievement through study motivation.

Abstract

Jumlah perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang dijadikan sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 33 perusahaan dengan periode pengamatan tahun 2018-2020. Berdasarkan metode penelitian purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa firm size dan capital structure tidak berpengaruh terhadap firm value. Sedangkan profitability berpengaruh terhadap firm value. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa presentase profitabilitas yang diperoleh perusahaan dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan investor untuk meningkatkan investasi.

Abstract

The lack of student skills, especially in the practice of tax reporting and socialization of tax reporting for students, makes training necessary for students, where this understanding will be embedded in the minds of students when they can become taxpayers. Therefore, the community service team at the Semarang University proposed training activities on MSME taxation for students at SMKN 2 Semarang. The purpose of holding this activity is to provide tax reporting practices in accordance with applicable regulations and increase self-awareness to comply with paying taxes. Community service activities in the form of MSME taxation training are packaged in seminars containing hands-on practice, namely the practice of simple income tax calculations, as well as the final tax reporting mechanism (Final Income Tax) using the DJP System in accordance with the latest tax laws. Tax training was held in October 2022 in the SMKN 2 Semarang. After the activity is carried out, the results of the pretest and posttest can be concluded that students can understand the steps for reporting MSME business taxation properly and correctly according to applicable regulations. Therefore, tax training especially for MSMEs must be carried put early on to raise awareness of tax reporting for graduates, especially those who are going to be entrepreneurs and work so that they can carry out MSME business tax reporting practices properly and correctly according to applicable regulations.

Abstract

The millennial generation connects with massive technological advances and the gigantic use of the internet, this condition requires millennial to make financial decisions quickly and accurately within one click/swab. Without financial literacy, technological advances that bring ease of shopping, ease of using credit cards and pay later will create a consumptive, burdensome debt, unlikely to afford unexpected expense and excessive use of credit cards. This study aims to examine whether financial literacy affects financial behavior of millenial generation with grit as a moderating variable. Using 137 sample of millennials in Semarang, the SPSS 25 analysis was conducted to test hypothesis. Significant relationship not only found between financial literacy and financial behavior of the millennial generation in Semarang. Furthermore, the findings of this study confirms that grit moderates the relationship between financial literacy and financial behavior.

Abstract

This purpose of this research is to know whether there is influence of gender to financial management behavior either directly or through self control as mediation variable. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection in this study used primary data by distributing questionnaires to students of the economics faculty of the University of Semarang by spreading the google form link through the whatsapp application to student. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling. The number of questionnaires that were processed were 100 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis and sobel test. The result of this study indicate (1) there is not influence of gender to financial management behavior (2) there is influence of self control to financial management behavior (3) there is influence of gender to self control (4) there is of gender to financial management behavior through self control.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan UMKM yang terjadi, tidak dibarengi dengan meningkatnya penerimaan pajak. Hal tersebut terjadi karena pelaku usaha masih kurang memahami dan mengalami kesulitan dalam pelaporan pajak usaha mereka. Bahkan ada beberapa pelaku usaha yang masih belum memiliki NPWP atas usahanya. Kurangnya pemahaman atas pajak usaha, memberikan kesulitan sendiri bagi pelaku UMKM dalam melaporan pajak usaha mereka. Permasalahan tersebut yang membuat tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat mengusulkan kegiatan pelatihan pelaporan perpajakan bagi UMKM di Kuliah Dosen Jualan Yogyakarta. Pelatihan ini akan memberikan pemahaman kepada pelaku UMKM atas kewajiban mereka untuk melaporkan penghasilannya guna membuat pelaporan pajak. Kegiatan pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan konstribusi dan kemudahan bagi pelaku UMKM untuk membuat laporan pajak usaha mereka. Selain itu, secara tidak langsung dapat meningkatkan kesadaran kepatuhan pelaku usaha dalam melaporkan.
