Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk: 1) Mengetahui tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat atas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh RSI Sultan Agung Semarang sebelum pandemi COVID-19, 2) Mengetahui tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat atas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh RSI Sultan Agung Semarang pada saat pandemi COVID-19, 3) Mengetahui perbedaan tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat atas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh RSI Sultan Agung Semarang sebelum pandemi COVID-19 dengan pada saat pandemi COVID-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuatitatif. Hasil Penelitian dapat disimpulkan: 1) Tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat atas pelayanan yang diberikan sebelum pandemi COVID-19 terhadap 60 responden terdapat 49 responden (81,7%) yang percaya. 2) Tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat atas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh RSI Sultan Agung Semarang pada saat pandemi COVID-19 terhadap 60 responden terdapat 43 responden (71,7%) yang percaya. 3) Terdapat perbedaan tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat atas pelayanan yang diberikan sebelum pandemi COVID-19 dengan pada saat pandemi COVID-19. RSI Islam Sultan Agung Semarang dalam upayanya menyikapi perubahan pada saat pandemi COVID-19 untuk menjaga kepercayaan masyarakat. RSI Sultan Agung Semarang telah mengimplementasikan prosedur tetap (protap) penanganan COVID-19 sesuai dengan ketetapan pemerintah melalui Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan (Kepmenkes) Nomor 1591/2020.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh rasio profitabilitas (ROA), rasio likuiditas (CR), rasio pertumbuhan penjualan (Sales Growth), rasio leverage (DER), dan rasio aktivitas (TATO) terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan industri manufaktur yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2012-2014 (116 perusahaan 348 data). Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 266 data. Analisis data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda least square method. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa : ROA berpengaruh positip dan signifikan terhadap PBV, sedangkanCR, SG serta TATO berpengaruh negatip tidak signifikan, sementara itu DER berpengaruh positip tidak signifikan terhadap PBV. Kata kunci : profitabilitas (ROA), likuiditas (CR), rasio penjualan (SG), leverage (DER), rasio aktivitast (TATO), nilai perusahaan (PBV).

Abstract

The development of the COVID-19 situation in Indonesia affected particularly education sector in Indonesia significantly when learning loss occurs. The majority of students forced to attend online learning during the pandemic era are Generation Z (Gen Z). Gen Z is viewed as a digital natives group that can adapt quickly to online learning, but independent online learning situations make Gen Z vulnerable to experiencing learning loss. It will be interesting to find out the process of controlling learning loss done by Gen Z as digital natives. This research used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The main informant consisted of 32 students selected purposively with the criteria of those born in 2000-2008. Few in-depth interviews were conducted offline and the majority of them are conducted online. The finding of research shows particularly that the experience of Zillennial generation group (cohort) with online learning before the pandemic (Because-motives) and during the pandemic can equip them to control learning loss they feel conscious (In-order-to-motive). Another finding leads to the creation of three Gen Z Typications in online learning during the pandemic time including inconsistent, proactive, learning independence, and desperation Typication. Generation Z group exists as one generation consciously experiencing loss of learning during pandemic incidence.

Abstract

The use of the Osing language in this area is still quite strong, and the pronunciation could be more precise. Even so, the people of this village still apply politeness in language when interacting with each other. This study aimed to find out the forms and language politeness strategies used by the Osing community in Macan Putih Village. This research method uses a qualitative research method with three stages: the stage of providing data, the stage of data analysis, and the stage of providing the results of data analysis. The research data is in utterances by speech participants associated with a context. The study results show that most of the Osing people in Macan Putih Village are polite in speaking, although some still violate it. The form of politeness in the language of the Osing community is based on markers of politeness verbally through speech and nonverbally through accompanying body gestures, as well as the politeness scale. There are two strategies namely positive politeness strategies such as (1) paying attention, (2) exaggerating in giving comments or praise, (3) using markers as members of the same group, (4) using jokes, and (5) giving questions or asking for reasons. The second strategy is the negative politeness strategy, namely (1) using indirect speech, (2) being pessimistic, and (3) minimizing coercion/pressure.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the content of lignin, hemicellulosa and salacca midrib cellulosa and physical chemical and biological pretreatment, to determine degradation of lignin, hemicellulose and cellulose. Physical treatment used the steam explosion, chemical treatment used the NaOH and biological treatment used the Trichoderma reesei FNCC 6012. Pretreatment using the steam explosion based on temperature consisting 1200C, 1400C, and 1600C. Pretreatment using NaOH based on concentration consisting 2%, 4%, and 6%. While the pretreatment using Trichoderma reesei based on fermentation time consisting 5 days, 10 days, 15 days. The pretreatment reduced the lignin content on salacca midrib. The parameters observed lignin, hemicellulose and cellulose content. The results showed that pretreatment using Steam Explosion with a temperature of 1400C and 1600C reduced lignin levels by 16.03% and 15.90%. Pretreatment using Steam exploision temperature 1600C and Trichoderma reesei 15 days increased hemicellulose content by 35.84% and 36.21%. Pretreatment using Steam Explosion at 1600C had the best effect on cellulose at 51.09%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk: 1) Mengetahui tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat atas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh RSI Sultan Agung Semarang sebelum dan pada saat pandemi COVID-19. 2) Menguji perbedaan tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat atas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh RSI Sultan Agung Semarang sebelum dibandingkan pada saat pandemi COVID-19. Desain penelitian ini kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan sampel 60 orang keluarga pasien secara accidental sampling. Teknik analisis dengan menggunakan uji komparatif wilcoxon signed ranks test. Hasil Penelitian dapat disimpulkan: 1). Responden tetap percaya terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan baik sebelum pandemi COVID-19 (sebanyak 49 responden, 81,7%), dan 43 responden (71,7%) pada saat pandemi. 2). Uji beda membuktikan terdapat perbedaan tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat atas pelayanan yang diberikan sebelum dengan pada saat pandemi COVID-19. RSI Islam Sultan Agung Semarang dalam upayanya menyikapi perubahan pada saat pandemi COVID-19 untuk menjaga kepercayaan masyarakat. Abstract

The Wonosobo District Government has endeavored to tackle the problem of out-of-school children through the "Mayo Sekolah" program. However, not all children, including those in Jaraksari Urban Village, show interest in resuming their education. Various studies have shown that family factors contribute to children's decision not to attend school. This research seeks to explore the function of family socialization in out-of-school children by exploring their life experiences from the time they decide not to go to school to their plans. This qualitative research with a grounded theory approach was conducted using interviews, observation, and documentation. In-depth interviews were conducted with five primary informants of out-of-school children and five supporting informants in the form of informants' families. Observation was conducted by observing the activities of out-of-school children. Documentation was conducted by analyzing documents from Jaraksari Urban Village, the Education Office, and various relevant reading sources. The study results were analyzed using Spradley's data analysis technique, which consists of domain analysis, taxonomy analysis, component analysis, and theme analysis. Meanwhile, data validity was tested using source triangulation. The results showed that the conjugal family system influences the function of family socialization. Three variations of conjugal families become the place of growth of out-of-school children in Jaraksari Urban Village, namely families who live separately from their extended families, families who experience problems within the scope of the nuclear family, and families who live with extended families but remain independent in carrying out their respective functions.

Abstract

There are differences in the influence of inflation and interest rates on profitability (ROA) in banks that fall into categories on the IDX. Objectives: 1. Determine whether interest rates can partially influence profitability (ROA). 2. Determine whether inflation can partially influence profitability (ROA). 3. Determine how the inflation rate and interest rates (Bi Rate) affect profitability (ROA) simultaneously. This elitism in testing is carried out to determine the influence when inflation and interest rates occur which can affect profitability (ROA) in banking. In this research the researcher used the Associative Research method. The samples taken in the research carried out were 4 banks registered on the IDX. Results: 1. Interest rates have a partial effect on profitability (ROA). 2. Inflation also partially influences profitability (ROA). 3. Inflation and interest rates simultaneously have an influence, namely simultaneously on profitability (ROA).
