Abstract

Mengkaji bagaimana kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan berdampak pada loyalitas pelanggan merupakan tujuan dari penelitian. Dalam penelitian, metode yang dipakai adalah purposive sampling dengan sample penelitian sebanyak 150 responden. Penelitan ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, analisis data yang dilakukan adalah menggunakan regresi linear berganda serta dibantu oleh program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dengan signifikan sebesar 0,763 > 0,05 artinya, bahwa kualitas pelayanan (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (Y). Dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 5,602 > t tabel 1,976 menunjukan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan (X2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (Y). Salah satu konsekuensi dari temuan ini adalah bahwa organisasi harus memprioritaskan kepuasan pelanggan untuk membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan. Ketika pelanggan puas dengan makanan dan layanan Donki, mereka lebih cenderung untuk kembali dan menghargai makanan dan layanan tersebut karena dapat menumbuhkan ikatan emosional yang kuat dan preferensi untuk restoran tersebut. Pemilik restoran yang bahagia juga lebih cenderung untuk memberi rekomendasi kepada publik, yang pada gilirannya dapat meningkatkan jumlah pelanggan dan meningkatkan reputasi restoran.

Abstract

Nagrog Village possesses untapped tourism potential, particularly at the Tonjong Canyon site. The primary challenges include inadequate infrastructure, limited community involvement in tourism management, and minimal social media promotion. The community service methods applied in this activity include field observation, planning, and training of local residents in tourism management and social media. The results show increased community awareness of tourism potential, infrastructure improvements, and enhanced promotion through social media. This initiative has contributed to increasing visitor numbers and the village's economy by leveraging its tourism assets

Abstract

Puspamukti Village is a Tourism Village that has various potentials in various fields, both agriculture and plantations. Puspamukti villagers are housewives who have free time besides farming and gardening. This counseling aims to empower the Puspamukti Village community through the development of a handicraft business from unused plastic waste that has been converted into goods that have selling power by making Profitable Trash, namely ceramics from garbage that has aesthetic value and marketable functions by utilizing the TikTok digital platform. The method used is a method with counseling activities including product manufacturing training, digital marketing techniques, and branding strategies. The results showed an increase in community knowledge and skills in managing plastic waste into value-added products, as well as an increase in community interest in marketing their products through TikTok. In addition, this counseling also succeeded in building a network between handicraft business actors in Puspamukti Village with a wider potential buyer. It can be concluded that the activities for community empowerment in Puspamukti Village have achieved a number of successes, including: 1) Increased awareness and skills: Puspamukti villagers have a better understanding of plastic waste management and are able to produce value-added handicraft products; 2) Behavior change: There have been positive behavioral changes in the community, namely an increased interest in processing plastic waste into useful products; 3) Economic development: The plastic waste handicraft business has the potential to increase community income and contribute to the village economy; 4) Effectiveness of TikTok utilization: The TikTok platform has proven effective as a promotional and marketing medium for handicraft products.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas implementasi agrotechnopreneurship pada petani tanaman pangan sebagai upaya peningkatan pendapatan daerah di desa Gunungsari Kecamatan Sukaratu Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Metode analisis data yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji beda rata-rata menggunakan rumus Uji t (Paired samples test). Metode deskriptif dan penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan metode Nonpropability Sampling yang ditentukan secara Purposive Sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat perbedaan produktivitas dan pendapatan yang signifikan pada petani tanaman pangan sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan teknologi pengusir hama. (2) Implementasi agrotechnopreneurship cukup efektif dan efisien dapat menekan biaya produksi, menambah jumlah hasil produksi sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan petani di Kelompok Tani Sarimukti. Selain itu Dengan melihat anggaran penerimaan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dari sektor pertanian setelah penggunaan teknologi, prediksi Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) tahun 2023 dengan menggunakan analisis Trend (Least Square Methode) diketahui bahwa PAD dari sektor pertanian mengalami peningkatan sebesar 1,04% dari tahun sebelumnya. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of thrift shop on the indonesian economy. Thrift shop is an activity or method of shopping that aims to save and so that the costs incurred for shopping out are as minimal as possible. The sample of this research was 189 accounting students and data collection used a questionnaire. This method of research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. There are two variables, namely the independent variable (thrift shop) and the dependent variable (indonesian economy). The results showed there was a significant relationship between the thrift shop and the indonesian economy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh harga dan desain produk terhadap brand image Tupperware, serta menilai kemampuan perusahaan dalam memenuhi kewajiban jangka pendek melalui analisis likuiditas. Latar belakang penelitian ini diperkuat dengan adanya penurunan posisi Tupperware dalam Top Brand Awards, yang mencerminkan melemahnya persepsi merek di kalangan konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada konsumen Tupperware untuk menggambarkan sikap, pendapat, dan karakteristik responden serta menganalisis kesehatan keuangan perusahaan. Karena kerangka populasi tidak diketahui, teknik purposive sampling digunakan. Berdasarkan jumlah estimated parameter sebanyak 45, ukuran sampel minimum ditentukan sebanyak 225 responden, sesuai ketentuan minimal 5 observasi per parameter. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner berskala 1–10. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi harga dan desain produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand image. Di sisi lain, analisis stabilitas keuangan mengindikasikan penurunan likuiditas yang konsisten, dengan Rasio Lancar menurun dari 81,7% menjadi 60%, yang menunjukkan berkurangnya cakupan aset terhadap kewajiban lancar. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi harga dan desain produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image. Selain itu, hasil analisis menegaskan bahwa Tupperware menghadapi kesulitan likuiditas yang memengaruhi stabilitas keuangan perusahaan. Untuk mencegah kondisi serupa, perusahaan sejenis disarankan mengelola kas secara efektif, mengendalikan utang, dan beradaptasi dengan dinamika pasar agar tetap kompetitif.

Abstract

This program aims to improve financial literacy and digital financial management for tourism entrepreneurs and MSMEs in Darmacaang Village, Ciamis, West Java. Low financial literacy and reliance on traditional management methods are major obstacles to the growth of local tourism businesses. The program uses a participatory approach, starting with socialization and surveys to identify the needs of tourism entrepreneurs and MSMEs, followed by in-person and online training on financial literacy, digital financial management, and digital marketing, particularly in the tourism sector. Participants receive regular mentoring to ensure the application of the knowledge gained. The results show a significant increase in participants' understanding of digital financial management, adoption of e-wallet applications, and use of digital marketing platforms to expand tourism markets. Participants also demonstrated increased confidence in managing tourism businesses amid economic challenges, contributing to the sustainability and growth of local MSMEs and tourism, and supporting regional economic development

Abstract

This community engagement program aimed to develop sustainable tourism in Simpang Village, Bantar Kalong District, Tasikmalaya Regency, by enhancing human resource capacity through the establishment of a Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis). Based on field observations, Cibeureum Dam was identified as a potential tourist destination that had not been optimally utilized due to legal disputes and lack of structured management. The program included activities such as stakeholder meetings, environmental clean-up, Pokdarwis formation, tourism training, digital promotional content creation, and the launching of a camping ground tourism concept. These initiatives encouraged local participation and built community awareness on managing tourism sustainably. Despite challenges such as limited public enthusiasm and unresolved land ownership, the program successfully laid the foundation for inclusive, environmentally conscious tourism development rooted in local potential

Abstract

Purchase Decisions in the Home Industry of Snack Products “Comet Si Rawing” This research adopts a quantitative approach with a survey method to examine the influence of promotion and brand on consumer purchase decisions in the context of a small-scale snack manufacturing business. A total of 100 respondents were selected using purposive sampling. Data were obtained through questionnaires, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using statistical techniques with SPSS version 27. The findings reveal that promotion exerts a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions. Similarly, brand also demonstrates a positive and significant impact on purchase decisions. These results underscore the importance of implementing effective promotional strategies and maintaining a strong brand image to enhance consumer interest and purchasing behavior

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Kemampuan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Sosial PPKB P3A (Pengendalian penduduk, keluarga berencana, pemberdayaan perempuan dan perlindungan anak) Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Sosial PPKB P3A Kabupaten Tasikmalaya yang berjumlah 44. sampel yang diambil menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan antara lain : Diperoleh hasil secara parsial bahwa variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Sosial PPKB P3A Kabupaten Tasikmalaya dikarenakan nilai signifikansi 0,000 > 0,05 dan t hitung 0,5911 > t Tabel 2,020 atau sig (0,000) < alpha (α) (0,05) maka Ha ditolak dan H0 diterima. Diperoleh hasil secara parsial bahwa variabel kemampuan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Sosial PPKB P3A Kabupaten Tasikmalaya dikarenakan nilai signifikansi 0,020 < 0,05 dan t hitung -1,526 > tTabel 2,020 atau sig (-135) < alpha (α) (0,05) maka Ha ditolak dan H0 diterima. Persamaan Linear Berganda Y = 11,621 +0,575 X1 + -176 X2.
