Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has significantly changed tourism services, including the mountain climbing ticket booking system. One such innovation is the Tiket Pendakian application, an Indonesian platform designed to facilitate online reservations for mountain climbing activities. This study aims to examine the influence of trust, security, and e-service quality on users' decisions to purchase climbing tickets through the application. A quantitative research method was used, using a survey distributed to 100 respondents who had used the platform. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression to assess the partial and simultaneous effects of these variables. The results showed that trust and e-service quality had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. In contrast, security did not show a significant partial effect, although the three variables collectively influenced purchasing decisions. These findings underscore the importance of building user trust and providing high-quality digital services to promote the continued use of online booking platforms. This study offers strategic insights for application developers and contributes to academic discussions on digital tourism and information systems. These results are also in line with prior findings (Flavián et al., 2006), (Urban et al., 2000), (Cyr, 2008), (Lin, 2007).

Abstract

Keberadaan Artificial Intelligence (AI) sangat berpengarauh dalam ini berdampak pada pola kerja berbasis digitalisasi termasuk ranah jurnalistik. Efisiensi dan kecepatan dalam proses jurnalistik mulai dari mencari, menulis, mengedit hingga mengekspos berita. Tantangan dan peluang terhadap peran AI di bidang Jurnalistik dalam faktanya di lapangan sebagai penunjang keberadaan jurnalistik tetap diperlukan. Hal ini berkaitkan dengan kecepatan dalam memproduksi berita yang faktual. Peran jurnalis khususnya bagi rekan-rekan AJI Malang Raya dalam memanfaatkan AI merupakan kolaborasi tentang penguasaan teknologi dan peran teknis serta pendekatan humanis dalam menunjang kerja jurnalis. Faktor etika dan akurasi pemberitaan tidak mungkin tergantikan yang mana keberadaan media menyampaikan pemberitaan tentang informasi berkualitas, terpercaya, dan bukan menyebar berita bohong atau hoaks akan selalu tertanam dalam tugas-tugas jurnalis serta manajemen medianya. Abstract

Java Dancer Resto and Cafe is one of the restaurants in Malang City that has utilized a website as a means of online ordering, this study aims to analyze the quality of usability, information, interaction services, and the overall ordering website of Java Dancer Resto and Cafe using the WebQual 4.0 method. The research method is quantitative descriptive using a survey method to 100 consumers, data analysis using the average and percentage of user satisfaction with the Kaplan and Norton interval scale. The results showed that the overall quality of the Java Dancer Resto and Cafe ordering website was considered very good by users with an average score of 4.34. The usability aspect received the highest rating with a score of 4.41, indicating ease of use and intuitive navigation. The quality of information received a score of 4.35, indicating high accuracy and relevance of information. The service interaction aspect received a score of 4.25 and is still in the very good category, but requires improvement, especially in service personalization and transaction security.

Abstract

The development of information technology has driven the transformation of learning through e-learning systems, one of which is the use of a Learning Management System (LMS). Gajayana University Malang has implemented a web-based LMS to support the online teaching and learning process. This study aims to analyze the level of user satisfaction—in this case students—with the use of the LMS using the DeLone and McLean Model approach. This model measures the success of an information system through six variables: system quality, information quality, service quality, impact of use, user satisfaction, and net benefits. This study used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 95 active students of Gajayana University Malang who have used the LMS. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS. The results showed that system quality, service quality, and impact of use significantly influenced user satisfaction, while information quality did not have a significant influence. Furthermore, user satisfaction was proven to have a positive effect on perceived net benefits

Abstract

Online shopping has become an activity that is of interest to most Indonesians in recent years. With the Shopee platform, people can shop from home. However, in its application there are still many weaknesses in purchasing decisions. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of risk perception, customer testimonials, and shopping experience on COD purchasing decisions on the Shopee platform. A quantitative approach was carried out on data sources totaling 303 respondents who will be analyzed using SEM analysis. The results of the study showed that risk perception had no significant effect on purchasing decisions, while customer testimonials and shopping experience had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Risk perception, customer testimonials, and shopping experience together had a moderate effect on COD purchasing decisions on the Shopee platform.

Abstract

Era globalisasi menjanjikan suatu peluang dan tantangan bisnis baru dan salah satu peluang tersebut adalah wedding organizer (WO). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi pemesanan jasa wedding organizer Feelight Moment berbasis Website di Kota Malang. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode prototype dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran langsung setiap tahapan proses pengembangan sistem antara tim system developer dan,client disertai beberapa ekperimen langsung. Setiap tahapan dalam perancangan sistem akan di diskusikan antara tim pengembang dan pengguna dengan melakukan percobaan sesuai ide yang berkembang untuk menghasilkan model akhir desain sistem yang diharapkan. Pengujian yang digunakan adalah pengujian dengan metode Blackbox untuk mengetahui fungsionalitas dari persepktif pengguna akhir. Dengan rancangan sistem informasi berbasis website ini diharapkan membantu atau mempermudah calon costumer yang akan melakukan pemilihan paket wedding yang disediakan oleh WO Feelight Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan WO Feelight Moment melalui website dengan framework Laravel dapat digunakan untuk pengolahan data pemesanan paket pernikahan oleh custumer, pengajuan layanan kerjasama dari vendor dengan lebih praktis dan akurat, client management, vendor management, dan finance untuk mencetak laporan pemesanan jasa dan transaksi vendor

Abstract

Information systems are developing very rapidly which is a combination of information technology and the activities of people who use it to support operations and management. In this development there have been many recent advances to help carry out work. Inventory is a system that manages data on all inventory of goods related to logistics activities carried out by a business. Inventory is often also referred to as an inventory system. Meanwhile, inventory itself is more often used to refer to inventory data. Meanwhile, an inventory information system is a software system that will assist the inventory process by implementing strict inventory administration procedures, recording from incoming goods, storage, to outgoing goods. Efficient inventory management helps pharmacies control drug purchasing costs, monitor drug expiration dates and ensure they do not run out of stock of important items. This research aims to store data and information centrally in a database to record the supply of medicines needed by patients and avoid stock outs that can disrupt health services. This system was developed using the waterfall method with Visual Studio Code, PHP and PHP My Admin software, while for system testing using the black box method to determine its functionality. The results of the research show that the inventory information system can assist in managing drug supplies, calculating drug stock, as well as preparing drug sales reports for both input and output at the Kian Jaya Farma pharmacy.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the Usability of the Shopee Food application using Usability Testing (UT) and the System Usability Scale (SUS) methods. The backdrop of this research is the significance of information technology in daily life, particularly in the use of mobile applications that facilitate various human activities. Shopee Food, as one of the popular food ordering applications in Indonesia, was chosen as the research object. Despite having a significant market share, the application still faces challenges in terms of navigation and ease of use. The methodology employed in this study includes a qualitative approach through UT conducted on 5 new users and a quantitative approach through SUS questionnaires filled out by 30 experienced Shopee Food application users. UT was conducted to identify issues faced by new users while using the application, whereas the SUS questionnaire was used to measure the satisfaction level of active users. The results indicate significant Usability issues with the Shopee Food application, particularly regarding the addition of vouchers and changing payment methods, which often confuse users. However, in terms of Learnability, Efficiency, Errors, and Satisfaction, the application demonstrates good performance. The Success Rate reached 98.57%, indicating users could complete tasks effectively. The average Time-Based Efficiency was 0.049 goals per second, the Error Rate at 22.8% is considered low, and the SUS score of 70 is above average, indicating a satisfactory level of user satisfaction. The conclusion of this study is that despite some Usability issues, the overall Usability level of the Shopee Food application is good. This research suggests improvements in the voucher addition feature and payment methods, as well as continuous Usability evaluations to ensure the application remains user-friendly and efficient

Abstract

Computer-Based National Assessment, also known as ANBK, is a national education evaluation program that was launched as a replacement for the National Exam (UN) in Indonesia. ANBK is used to comprehensively capture the process and quality of learning outcomes from primary and secondary school levels. However, its implementation requires adequate technological infrastructure and a reliable application system to ensure the smooth implementation of the exam in various regions. Thus, it is important to ensure that the ANBK application system is easy to use, efficient, effective and satisfying for all users, including students, teachers and school administrators. The achievement of this research is to investigate the level of user satisfaction and obtain significant variables that have an impact on user satisfaction of the ANBK Application. This research method applies End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) in a quantitative way and dissemination of questionnaires to obtain information from the object of research. The population in this research is ANBK users. The population was 50 respondents using saturated sampling technique and questionnaire dissemination was carried out online. The data collected was processed with the Microsoft Excel LTSC program and PLS-SEM operating variable tool. As a result, there are 5 paths tested, H0 is rejected for two variables and H0 is accepted for three variables. There are two variables that have a significant effect on ANBK application user satisfaction, namely: accuracy and timeliness.
