Abstract

This research is based because the productivity level of madrasas is still far from what was expected. Therefore this study aims to explain and describe the concept of madrasah management. The method used is library research (Library Research). The results of the study show that madrasah management has distinctive characteristics, namely, 1) having a strong vision and mission, 2) having charismatic and tough leadership 3) having open (transparent) management, 4) a religious learning environment 5) having continuous evaluation. The essence of madrasah-based management is to ensure that madrasahs have broad autonomy in managing resources, involve the community in management, and do not ignore national policies. By applying the principles of commitment, awareness and independence.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine human capital management in improving school quality at SDIT Baiturrahim. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques from observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this research were school principals, administrative employees and teachers. The data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that human capital management in improving (planning, organizing, actuating dan controlling) the quality of schools at SDIT Baiturrahim has generally been implemented. It can be seen from the various achievements that have been achieved by students and educators in various competitions ranging from city to provincial level. So that by obtaining these achievements, the quality of education at SDIT Baiturrahim can be improved.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  untuk mengetahui; 1) Efektifitas penggunaan aplikasi E-Kinerja dalam meningkatkan disiplin pendidik PAUD di Kecamatan Bukit Sundi. 2). Permasalahan yang dihadapi pendidik dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi aplikasi E- Kinerja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Bukit Sundi dengan jumlah informan penelitian sebanyak 13 Orang. dengan ketentuan yaitu pendidik PAUD dengan latar belakang PNS, kepala sekolah dan operator kecamatan. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data data kualitatif deskriptif melalui tahapan sebagai berikut yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pengukian keabsahan data  menggunakan member check. Hasil penelitian didapatkan hal-hal sebagai berikut; Aplikasi E- Kinerja terhadap efektifitas peningkatan kedisiplinan pendidik belum menunjukkan hasil yang maksimal. Permasalahan yang dihadapi pendidik dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi E- Kinerja di Kecamatan Bukit Sundi adalah jaringan internet yang tidak stabil, kemampuan pendidik dalam menguasai IT masih rendah, sosialisasi penggunaan aplikasi yang belum optimal, serta evaluasi penerapan E- Kinerja belum maksimal.

Abstract

This research focuses on SDN 06 Lasi Mudo, which has experienced a decline in new student enrollments. The conflict involves human factors, particularly human resource management, encompassing teachers, administrative staff, and students, withthe school principal as the key leader.The research method employs a case study approach, analyzing human resource conflict, marketing strategies, improvement of educator quality, and infrastructure management at the school. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, with the research subjects involving SDN 06 Lasi Mudo. The research results indicate that marketing strategies, improvement of educator quality, and physical resource management can be solutions to address the conflict and the decline in new student enrollments.The effective implementation of conflict management is crucial inresponding to differences in the school environment.This research provides a significant contribution to understanding the complexity of factors influencing the decrease in the number of new students in elementary schools.The implications include the development of more effective policies and strategies to enhance the quality of education at the elementary level. The success of SDN 06 Lasi Mudo demonstrates that the quality of education depends not only on physical facilities but also on human resource management and wise strategies.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that there are still administrative staff members who lack understanding of proper record management, the presence of administrative staff members who do not complete the management of records, and the limitations of facilities and infrastructure, particularly in the field of records management, at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Solok Selatan. The objectives of this research are to determine the stages of record management at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Solok Selatan, to understand the supervision process of the head of administration in record management at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Solok Selatan, and to identify the challenges faced by the administration in supervising record management at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Solok Selatan. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study are the head of administration and administrative staff. The results of this research indicate that the stages of record management at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Solok Selatan consist of five stages. The stages are as follows: first, the Creation and Receipt stage; second, the Distribution stage; third, the Utilization stage; fourth, the Maintenance stage; and fifth, the Disposal stage. The supervision process of the head of administration in record management includes the following: first, the Establishment of Standards stage; second, the Determination of Implementation Measurement/Performance Measurement stage; and third, the Action Taking stage. The challenges faced by the head of administration in supervising record management at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Solok Selatan include the following: first, the presence of administrative staff members who do not complete the management of records; second, the lack of understanding among administrative staff members regarding proper record management; and third, the lack of facilities and infrastructure for records management.

Abstract

This research study was structured to describe and examine Buya Anas Khatib Bandaro's prophetic leadership at the Islamic Tarbiyah Islamic Boarding School (MTI) Canduang. The approach used is descriptive qualitative by collecting data in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The research subject was Rais Al-Madrasah of the Islamic Tarbiyah Islamic Boarding School (MTI) Canduang. Based on the research results, the pesantren under the leadership of Buya Anas Khatib Bandaro has distinctive characteristics in accordance with the principles of the Prophet (Prophetic Leadership) in leading. This can be seen from the way he leads the MTI Canduang Islamic Boarding School, namely deciding policies based on Istiqamah, Mahabbah, Keshalehan, Siddiq, Amanah, Tabligh and Fathanah. In addition, there are supporting factors for this leadership, such as the support from the family of the founder of the Islamic boarding school, alumni and the local government. However, there is still a lack of support from the local community for the development of Islamic boarding schools.
