Abstract

E-commerce or electronic commerce is currently growing rapidly in the era of technology that is increasingly advanced along with the times. E-commerce is one of the trading or sales media that is in great demand by the community at this time so that it can sell, buy, and promote products using online media as online buying and selling transactions. The sale of clothing products using E-commerce is very profitable for both sellers and buyers. With the increasingly sophisticated technology and gadgets, buyers no longer bother to choose the clothes they want without being tired of going around choosing clothes, even if only by using a cellphone, buyers can already buy clothes that are out of town and even abroad using E-commerce, so that sellers can market their products not only in the surrounding area.

Abstract

The business world requires a business plan that can help entrepreneurs prepare everything needed for the smooth running of their business. This business planning can be made in the form of a business plan. One of the business plan models that has many advantages is the Business Model Canvas. The purpose of writing this article is to find out what needs to be considered to make business planning using Business Model Canvas. The results of the literature review show that by using the Business Model Canvas, business planning becomes clearer and more focused. The glass chips business which is an example in the application of the Business Model Canvas becomes more focused and clear. Therefore, in making a Business Model Canvas, there are 9 important components including Customer Segment, Value Propositions, Channel, Customer Relationship, Revenue Streams, Key Activities, Key Partnerships, Key Resources and Cost Structure that need to be considered and clearly arranged to help the business run smoothly.

Abstract

In the current digital era, data storage has become an indispensable activity. The continuous advancement of technology undoubtedly influences our daily activities. Storing data may not be a difficult task, but sometimes accessing data that has been stored on a single device can be quite challenging. One of the technologies that can assist us in our daily activities is Google Drive. Google Drive is a cloud-based storage service provided by Google. The convenience offered by Google Drive is undoubtedly helpful. However, the ease of accessing Google Drive raises concerns regarding the security of its data. In the context of this issue, this research aims to analyze the performance and security of data stored through the internet network on Google Drive using a questionnaire.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan sistem informasi cerdas berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI) untuk mengoptimalkan efisiensi pelayanan pelanggan di toko kosmetik. Dengan meningkatnya ekspektasi terhadap layanan yang cepat, personal, dan responsif di era digital, sistem berbasis AI menawarkan solusi melalui teknologi seperti Natural Language Processing (NLP) untuk mengotomatisasi respons terhadap keluhan pelanggan, terutama di luar jam operasional. Metode Agile Development diterapkan untuk mendukung pengembangan sistem secara iteratif dan adaptif agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar dan umpan balik pelanggan. Sistem yang dirancang mampu meningkatkan kecepatan respons hingga 30%, mengurangi beban kerja staf layanan pelanggan, dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 25%. Selain itu, sistem ini menyediakan rekomendasi personal, seperti penggantian produk atau pemberian diskon, berdasarkan analisis data pelanggan. Metode Agile membantu dalam perbaikan berkelanjutan, menghasilkan sistem yang lebih responsif dan relevan. Beberapa tantangan tetap ada, seperti edukasi pelanggan terhadap teknologi baru dan peningkatan aksesibilitas fitur AI bagi berbagai kalangan. Meskipun demikian, sistem informasi cerdas berbasis AI ini secara signifikan meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan memberikan keunggulan kompetitif bagi toko kosmetik di pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa integrasi teknologi AI dapat menciptakan pengalaman berbelanja yang lebih baik dan efisiensi operasional yang signifikan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di era digital menuntut para pelaku bisnis untuk terus melakukan inovasi dalam strategi pemasaran produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah aplikasi Android yang dapat meningkatkan pemasaran dan penjualan model kuah merah sebagai produk masakan unik. Model kuah merah berpotensi menjadi sensasi kuliner sebagai unsur unik dalam masakan tertentu. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk membantu pelanggan mendapatkan informasi lengkap tentang model saus merah, termasuk penjelasan detail, nilai gizi, dan cara konsumsi yang menarik. Selain itu, aplikasi juga menyediakan fungsi interaktif seperti pemesanan online, review pelanggan, dan panduan memasak, sehingga memudahkan pengguna dalam menikmati dan memasak hidangan model kuah merah. Metode pengembangan aplikasi mengadopsi pendekatan terstruktur, memanfaatkan bahasa pemrograman Java dan lingkungan pengembangan Android Studio. Tahap desain meliputi analisis kebutuhan pengguna, perancangan antarmuka pengguna yang responsif, dan implementasi fungsionalitas yang mendukung keunikan model kuah merah. Keberhasilan aplikasi diharapkan dapat meningkatkan visibilitas dan daya tarik produk di pasar kuliner. Selain itu, pemantauan kinerja aplikasi dan umpan balik pengguna akan menjadi dasar pengembangan lebih lanjut, termasuk penambahan fitur, optimalisasi pengalaman pengguna, dan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif. Dengan merancang aplikasi Android ini, kami berharap dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam memperluas pangsa pasar, memperkenalkan model kuah merah yang unik, dan mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis memasak yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Sinar Megartha Perkasa menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan akurasi prediksi penjualan, yang sangat penting untuk mendukung perencanaan strategis dan pengambilan keputusan yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan PyCaret, sebuah pustaka machine learning open-source berbasis Python yang dirancang dengan pendekatan low-code, guna mengembangkan model prediksi penjualan yang lebih tepat. Metodologi yang digunakan mencakup pengumpulan data penjualan historis, pra-pemrosesan data, dan penerapan algoritma regresi melalui PyCaret. Untuk mengevaluasi kinerja model, digunakan metrik seperti Mean Absolute Error (MAE) dan Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan PyCaret secara signifikan meningkatkan akurasi prediksi penjualan jika dibandingkan dengan metode tradisional, dengan penurunan yang signifikan pada nilai MAE dan RMSE. Penelitian ini memberikan solusi praktis untuk pengembangan model prediksi penjualan yang efisien, yang dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam sistem manajemen PT. Sinar Megartha Perkasa. Dengan adanya prediksi yang lebih akurat, perusahaan dapat membuat keputusan strategis berbasis data untuk mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif di pasar.

Abstract

This study evaluates the performance of the New Student Portal at Universitas Indo Global Mandiri (UIGM) Palembang from the students’ perspective. The respondents include 295 active students from the Faculty of Computer Science who have used the portal for at least one semester. A quantitative approach was used with Probability Sampling. Data were analyzed using path analysis with SmartPLS 4.0, based on the USE Questionnaire, which includes indicators of Usefulness, Ease of Learning, Ease of Use, and Satisfaction. Results show that usability scored 84.25%, information quality 84.45%, and service quality 81.33%, all of which significantly and positively influence user satisfaction. The study also offers recommendations to improve the portal’s quality and serve as a reference for future research.

Abstract

Web-based Building Material Logistics Management Information System is designed to improve efficiency in stock and logistics management at PT Media Bersama Jaya Konstruksi. This system aims to help companies monitor and manage building material inventory in real-time, track the ordering process to material delivery, and provide accurate material usage reports. In construction projects, good stock management is very important to avoid work delays due to lack of materials. With the implementation of this system, companies can optimize the use of resources, save time and operational costs, and improve transparency and accuracy of logistics data. This system is expected to be an effective solution in supporting the smooth running of construction projects as a whole.

Abstract

The Buay Pematang Ribu (BPR) Ranau Tengah Community Health Center is a government-owned health facility located on H. Rusdi Abili Street, Simpang Sender Village, Buay Pematang Ribu District, Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Regency. It routinely serves the public from Monday to Friday, with an average of 20-30 visitors served daily, which leads to overwhelming workloads and relatively slow service. In terms of data management, ranging from patient examination records, medical record management, everything is still unstructured and managed manually in notebooks. As a result, data management processes such as searching for information and generating reports are inconsistent and inaccurate. For the public, there is no direct access to health service information. The community also cannot contact health center staff directly because the BPR Ranau Tengah Community Health Center lacks communication channels, such as a website or social media. Therefore, the development of a medical information system is needed to address these issues, both in terms of improving staff efficiency in managing medical records and examinations, as well as facilitating the public’s access to health service information online. The implementation of such a system would enable easier interaction between the public and the health center, improve the quality of health services that are quickly and timely accessible, and simplify the management of patient examination data and medical records.

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a Web-Based Construction Project Management Information System for PT Jaya Kusuma to address various challenges, such as manual project submissions, budget planning (RAB) calculations using Microsoft Excel, and inefficient project progress reporting. The system is designed using the Agile Development methodology to ensure flexibility and responsiveness to user needs. Key features include online project submission, automated RAB management, uploading of initial agreement and contract documents in PDF format, and real-time project progress monitoring, all of which are accessible to clients, managers, and supervisors. Additionally, the system provides graph-based reports, enabling directors to monitor project performance easily. The implementation results indicate that the system enhances business process efficiency, data transparency, and service quality for clients while reducing the risk of errors in construction project management.
