Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan, “Seberapa umumkah sindrom visi komputer di kalangan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pamulang?” dengan melihat korelasi antara penggunaan komputer dan variabel-variabelnya antara lain pengetahuan, durasi, jarak, dan jumlah waktu istirahat setelahnya. Sebanyak 397 peserta disurvei menggunakan Google Form, dan rumus slovin digunakan sebagai strategi pengambilan sampel. Menerapkan analisis bivariat SPSS dengan uji chi-square. Penelitian ini tidak menemukan hubungan antara faktor pengetahuan, durasi dan jumlah waktu istirahat setelah menggunakan komputer dengan terjadinya Computer Vision Syndrome. Menjadi signifikan masing-masing 1.000, 0.077 dan 0.521. Computer Vision Syndrome dipengaruhi oleh faktor perilaku dan jarak. Tingkat signifikansi yang digunakan adalah 0.000 dan 0.032.

Abstract

Human resource (HR) development in every company is important to realize the improvement of HR quality in various aspects. Employee performance is often the focus of research in the field of HR because it has a crucial role in improving the company's work system. Some factors that affect employee performance include work discipline, work ethics, work motivation, and work environment. This study aims to analyze the influence of these factors on employee performance. This study uses an associative approach, which examines the relationship between two variables. The research sample consisted of 188 employees of PT Asuransi Reliance Indonesia, who were selected using the Slovin formula from a population of 347 employees. The results showed that the work environment had no partial effect on performance, while work ethics, work motivation, and work discipline had a partial effect on performance. Simultaneously, the four factors affect employee performance. This study provides recommendations for future research to consider other variables that have not been studied, either as moderating or intervening variables, to deepen understanding of the influence of the work environment on performance.

Abstract

Human resources are an important component in efforts to achieve planned company goals. Human resource development efforts of each company are very important to realize human resource development in various aspects. Discussion of performance is often carried out by Human Resources researchers, because performance has an important role in the improvement and work system of each company. saturated sampling or total sampling is a sampling technique in which all members of the population are sampled. This technique is often used when the population is relatively small or when researchers want to make generalizations with very small errors. So the sample used in this study was 116 nurses at QADR Hospital, Tangerang Regency. the results of the study found that workload, work stress and work environment affect performance by 38.8%. the results of the study showed that of the three independent variables proposed in the study, only the workload variable had a partial effect on performance. this shows that the lower the workload received by an employee, the performance will increase.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly changed the landscape of the financial industry. The digitisation of financial services offers convenience and efficiency, but also brings new challenges in terms of risk. Effective risk management is key to ensuring the stability and sustainability of financial institutions in the digital age. The method used is a literature study taken from several national journals and expert articles accessed online. This method aims to summarise the current understanding of a topic. The literature review presents previously published material and analyses new facts. Digital financial risk management strategies in retail companies require a comprehensive, adaptive, and technology-based approach. The digital financial sector faces increasingly complex risks as technology adoption accelerates. There are several challenges and threats in risk management for financial institutions in the digital era, one of which is technological advancement. The emergence of increasingly sophisticated technology has a significant impact on the structure of life. Digital financial risk management requires adaptive technology-based strategies to address complex risks in the digital era. The roles of AI, blockchain, and IoT are key in risk mitigation. Financial institutions, including Islamic and conventional banks, need to enhance regulatory compliance, digital literacy, and service innovation to compete with fintech companies and sustain customer trust.

Abstract

Kesehatan mata sangat penting bagi setiap individu dengan demikian, perlu pemeliharaan kesehatan tersebut. Pemeliharaan kesehatan ini salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh tingkat literasi kesehatan mata. Namun, tingkat literasi tentang kesehatan mata pada masyarakat masih cukup rendah sehingga mempengaruhi tingkat kesehatan mata. Individu yang memiliki tingkat literasi yang tinggi akan memiliki status kesehatan yang baik hal ini karena mereka sadar pentingnya untuk pemeliharaan kesehatan salah satu mencari akses fasilitas kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu melihat peran literasi kesehatan mata, melihat tingkat literasi, dan faktor lain yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputuasan untuk mengakses perawatan kesehatan mata di Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kota Tangerang, secara kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam, jumlah informan sebanyak 5 orang dengan 2 orang sebagai informan kunci, yaitu dari perwakilan Rukun Warga dan Ketua Karang Taruna. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2024 – Januari 2025. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa literasi kesehatan mata sangat berperan dalam mengakses pelayanan kesehatan, tingkat literasi pada masyarakat masih kurang, faktor lain yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan yaitu biaya, peran keluarga, dan kegiatan penyuluhan oleh tenaga kesehatan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian yaitu bahwa ada keterkaitan antara peran literasi kesehatan mata dalam pengambilan
