Abstract

Abstrak Penghijauan merupakan kegaitan penanaman kembali pohon yang telah ditebang, maupun di lahan kosong, dengan tujuan lahan tersebut dapat dipulihkan, dapat digunakan dan ditingkatkan kesuuran tanah serta melindungi air tanah seingga tindak mudah menguap. Masyarakat Oebkin umumnya bermata pencaharian sebagai petani dan berternak yang menggantungkan hidupnya pada pengolahan lahan yang ada disekitarnya. Lahan yang diolah merupakan lahah permanen yang diperoleh dari hasil penebangan pohon untuk dijadikan lahan pertanian untuk ketersediaan pangan dan pakan. Semaki tinggi kegiata pembukaan lahan menyebabkan kegundulan hutan dan kegersangan. Terdapat banyak lahan yang hanya terisi dengan tanaman rumputan liar, sehingga pada musim kemarau dareah Oebkin terjadi kebakaran dan dimusim hujan terjadi erosi permukaan. Melakukan gerakan penghijauan dengan menanam tanaman dari jenis tanaman berkayu, tanaman perkebunan dan rumput-rumputan yang berguna bagi masyarakat Oebkin. Masalah yang berkaitan dengan penghijauan bagi Masyarakat Oebkin dapat diuraikansebagai berikut: (1) Masih belum diterapkannnya program penghijauan secara berkala di Oebkin; (2) Masih rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk mencintai lingkungan terutama dalam hal penghijauan, dibuktikan dengan masih kurangnya pohon yang bisa menghijaukan Desa Oebkin (3) Masih belum adanya program penghijauan yang melibatkan akademisi dan mahasiswa secara bersama-sama untuk mencintai lingkungan. Manfaat dari pengabidian ini adalah menjadikan Oebkin sebagai cikal bakal Desa hijau yang sadar akan lingkungan yang diharapkan program ini bisa berkelanjutan melalui kesadaran menghijaukan lingkungan yang kemudian memberikan multi effect kepada lingkungan sekitar untuk turut menghijaukan lingkungan Kefamenanu secara umum. Abstract

Pemasaran kampus masih harus mengambil dan mengolah data dalam jumlah yang sangat besar sehingga memiliki dan memperoleh informasi yang berharga. Data mining bisa dipergunakan untuk menggali informasi dari kumpulan data dalam jumlah yang sangat banyak. Universitas Respati Yogyakarta (UNRIYO) sebagai salah satu universitas yang dapat bertahan dalam menghadapi persaingan harus memaksimalkan segala sumber daya yang dimiliki seperti proses pemasan kampus. Oleh sebab itu data mining dapat membantu dalam memenangkan persaingan pemasaran kampus dan juga dapat dipergunakan untuk menganalisa profil mahasiswa UNRIYO sehingga bisa dirumuskan strategi yang tepat dalam menentukan kebijakan marketing kampus. Pada penelitian ini mengembangkan sebuah sistem data mining untuk menganalisa profil mahasiswa UNRIYO. Proses pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman java 2 dengan Net Beans 7.3. Data warehouse dibangun menggunakan MySQL Server 5.15 sebagai DBMS. Proses analisa data mining dilakukan menggunakan algoritma LINGO. Hasil dari proses pengembangan sistem data mining menghasilkan pengujian yang menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsional sistem dapat bekerja dengan baik sesuai yang diharapkan dalam proses marketing kampus. Aplikasi yang dihasilkan bisa dimanfaatkan oleh managemen UNRIYO dalam menyusun perencanaan dan strategi promosi kampus. Kata kunci; Data Mining, Data Warehouse, LINGO

Abstract

Perpustakaan pada SMK Negeri 1 Atambua masih menerapkan cara pengelolaan tradisional, termasuk dalam registrasi anggota baru, pencatatan koleksi buku, proses peminjaman, dan aspek lainnya. Pendekatan ini tidak optimal dalam memfasilitasi interaksi yang efisien antara anggota dan pegawai perpustakaan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan adopsi sistem pengelolaan perpustakaan berbasis website guna mempermudah akses bagi siswa dan guru dalam menggunakan layanan perpustakaan sebagai sumber informasi dan pengetahuan. Penelitian ini mengusung metode waterfall untuk mengembangkan sistem tersebut. Sistem pengelolaan perpustakaan ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, framework Laravel, dan database MySQL. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis website yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan dan manajemen perpustakaan bagi siswa, guru, dan petugas, jika dibandingkan dengan sistem konvensional sebelumnya.

Abstract

Corn is a staple food source that is rich in carbohydrates. As a source of carbohydrates, some people consume corn as daily food. Determination of corn seeds is an aspect that needs to be considered by farmers before planting because inaccurate selection of seeds can cause unsatisfactory yields and cause farmers to suffer losses. Determination of corn seeds carried out by farmers in Nansean Village and East Nansean Village is still using a manual method by looking at the size of the large fruit and choosing from seeds that have a fast harvest time but will produce unsatisfactory yields which causes farmers to feel crop failure. So it is necessary to build a decision support system that can provide answers to problems using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The capability of the system built can provide solutions in selecting superior corn seeds for farmers and the results are in the form of rankings. The system development model used in developing this system is the waterfall model. Based on the research results, the chosen alternative in this study was alternative A01, namely NASA 29 Hybrid Corn with a total value of 0.88.

Abstract

Abstrak - Posyandu (Pos Pelayanan Terpadu) merupakan kegiatan yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah untuk memberikan layanan kesehatan dasar kepada masyarakat, khususnya untuk masyarakat di pedesaan. Salah satu  posyandu yang ada di Desa Napan adalah Posyandu Rahmat yang membantu memantau kesehatan anggota posyandu. Seluruh kegiatan sistem informasi yang ada di Posyandu Rahmat masih di lakukan secara manual yaitu dengan mencatat data, mulai dari registrasi, input data, pencarian, dan pembuatan laporan. . kader posyandu sering mengalami kesulitan dalam proses pencarian data karena data ditulis tangan sehingga menyulitkan kader dalam pencarian, tidak adanya tempat penyimpanan data karena data saat ini berupa dokumen kertas sehingga rentan hilang. Banyaknya jumlah peserta juga menyebabkan sulitnya proses pengolahan dan pengaksesan kembali data karena banyak data yang sama harus dicatatkan berulang-ulang ke dalam register yang berbeda sehingga mengakibatkan perbedaan data Hal ini menimbulkan kesalahan dalam pencatatan hasil posyandu dikarenakan banyaknya buku masyarakat yang melakukan posyandu. Dalam penelitian ini, dibangun sebuah aplikasi android yang digunakan untuk memperlancar dan memudah proses pelayanan kesehatan di Posyandu Rahmat. Aplikasi ini digunakan oleh admin posyandu atau kader, dan masyarakat. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode Rapid application development (RAD).Kata kunci: Posyandu,  Metode Rapid Application Development (RAD), AndroidAbstract - Posyandu (Integrated Service Post) is an activity organized by the government to provide basic health services to the community, especially to people in rural areas. One of the posyandu in Napan Village is Posyandu Rahmat which helps monitor the health of posyandu members. All information system activities at Posyandu Rahmat are still carried out manually, namely by recording data, starting from registration, data input, searching and making reports. . Posyandu cadres often experience difficulties in the data search process because the data is handwritten, making it difficult for cadres to search, there is no place to store the data because the data is currently in the form of paper documents so it is vulnerable to loss. The large number of participants also makes processing and re-accessing data difficult because a lot of the same data has to be recorded repeatedly in different registers, resulting in data differences. This causes errors in recording posyandu results due to the large number of books of people who carry out posyandu. In this research, an Android application was built which was used to expedite and facilitate the health service process at Posyandu Rahmat. This application is used by posyandu admins or cadres, and the community. Abstract

Abstrak - Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dapat ditemukan perkembangan teknologi di berbagai bidang.. Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan sistem informasi yang demikian pesat di era globalisasi sekarang ini telah membuat hampir semua aspek kehidupan tidak terhindar dari penggunaan perangkat komputer. Dalam sebuah organisasi sangat membutuhkan rrmanagemen karena dapat mengelola dan mengatur serta memberikan kemudahan untuk pencapaian dalam organisasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk merancang suatu Sistem Informasi Managemen Pengelolaan Obat Pada Apotek Rumah Sakit Umum Peyangga Perbatasan Betun berbasis Web untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi secara efektif dan efesien. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah metode spiral karena proses pembuatan prototype yang jelas dan terencana dalam tahapan yang sistematis serta mudah dalam melakukan perubahan kebutuhan dan dokumentasi, sistematika pelayanan, pengelolaan dan pelaporan obat yang digunakan termasuk kategori sederhana karena masih menggunakan pencatatan dan pelaporan secara manual, sehingga sangat menyulitkan tenaga manusia dalam mendata aktivitas yang terjadi dalam apotek Rumah Sakit Umum Penyangga Perbatasan Betun. Perbaikan yang akan dilakukan yaitu membuat sebuah sitem informasi pendataan berbasis web baik dari segi penyediaan sampai keluar atau masuk obat.  Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi Managemen, Apoteker, Rumahah Sakit Umum Betun, Web, Metode Spiral Abstract - In everyday life we can find technological developments in various fields.The rapid development of information technology and information systems in the current era of globalization has meant that almost all aspects of life cannot be avoided by the use of computer devices. In an organization, management is really needed because it can manage and regulate and provide convenience for achievements in the organization. This research intends to design a web-based drug management information system at the Betun Border General Hospital pharmacy to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. The methodology used is the spiral method because the process of making a prototype is clear and planned in systematic stages and easy to make changes to requirements and documentation, systematic service, management and reporting of drugs used is in the simple category because it still uses manually recording and reporting, so it is very makes it difficult for human workers to record activities that occur in the Betun Border Buffer General Hospital pharmacy. Abstract

Crime is an aspect that affects the smooth running of the economy in society. The importance of the government's role in minimizing the occurrence of crime can be done by knowing the distribution of criminal characteristics in each province. The Model-Based Clustering method can help identify these characteristics. The Clustering process is carried out by ensuring that the distribution of variables is close to the normal distribution as seen from the QQplot and the independence of variable. The results of the Clustering show that there are two characteristics of criminality that are spread across the province of Indonesia. Identify the characteristics of the distribution of crime using the average value in each of the optimal clusters that have been obtained. The first cluster shows the distribution of 16 provinces with lower crime categories, while the second cluster shows the distribution of 18 provinces with high crime categories.

Abstract

In all kinds of human activities, water is a basic need to carry out various activities. Therefore, water is very functional and plays an important role in the life of living things on this earth. Groundwater is a very important source of water supply, especially in areas where long dry seasons or droughts cause rivers to stop flowing. Geographic information systems (GIS) can be used to help map groundwater. In this study, it was applied in determining the potential zones of groundwater availability in the area with several parameters such as rainfall, lithology, geomorphology. The entire map is then weighted using the analytical hierarchical process (AHP) method to determine the potential zones of groundwater availability, the results will be displayed and informed in the Website system. The combination of AHP and Waterfall methods shows that high water potential areas in North Central Timor Regency are in Noemuti, South Bikomi, Insana, East Noemuti, and West Miomafo Districts, moderate water potential in East Miomafo District, Kefamenanu City, Insana Fafinesu, Central Miomafo, Musi, Mutis, Biboki Feotleu, Biboki Moenleu, North Biboki, Central Bikomi, West Insana, South Biboki, and low water potential in Bikomi Nilulat, Biboki Anleu, Biboki Tanpah, and North Insana Districts.

Abstract

The selection of the right pesticide is very important in pest control efforts on bean plants to maximize yields and maintain crop quality. Often, farmers face a mismatch between expectations and reality related to the products they use. The market offers a wide range of pesticide products, each claiming to have certain advantages. Mismatches in pesticide selection can affect the yields obtained by farmers. This study aims to provide insight to farmers in choosing the best pesticide to control pests on bean plants. this study relies based on the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method as a means to weigh various options based on various aspects in a structured manner. to assess each criterion from various alternatives and provide a ranking of the best pesticide recommendations. The criteria considered include price, how it works, shelf life, number of pests, and its impact on bean plants. The application developed uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages. Based on the results of the study, the alternative pesticide Spinosad obtained the highest score of 0.85, making it the best recommendation.Keywords: Pesticide selection, Decision Support System (DSS), MAUT

Abstract

The production of fish sales in TTU Regency currently does not meet market demand and community needs. Along with the increasing public awareness to consume fish as the main nutrient, the demand for fish in TTU Regency is also getting higher. The problems that are often faced by cultivators are the slow production process and the business management process that is still carried out manually. Cultivators have to wait a long time to carry out the harvest, while buyers hope to get it in a short time. One of the fish that is most sought after by the public to meet daily needs is catfish. The community partnership program with the Tani Mandiri Fish Cultivation Group (POKDAKAN) aims to overcome challenges in the management of catfish farming feed through the application of Internet of Things (IoT) technology. This automated feeding system improves production efficiency with scheduled feeding and real-time feed stock monitoring, thereby reducing resource wastage and creating an ideal environment for catfish growth. The method of implementing the implementation of community partnership empowerment in the POKDAKAN Tani Mandiri group can be explained as follows where the group, the government (Sub-district Head, Village Head and Agricultural Extension Team), and the joint implementation team are involved in determining the type of activities and the implementation of activities in the field. Mentoring activities are carried out by the student support team (S-1) as a means of monitoring and evaluating activities as well as a means of improving student skills and debriefing before entering the world of work. The main activities include socialization, training in cultivation techniques, feed making, and the implementation of IoT technology in aquaculture ponds. The results of this service activity provide a significant footprint for partners where this Program increases productivity, time efficiency, and profitability in a sustainable manner, while making a positive contribution to the community around the University of Timor and the border area.
