Abstract

This study investigates the integration of Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah (ZIS) in Indonesia's modern fiscal policy framework. The research method involves analysing the impact of ZIS on economic growth, wealth distribution, and social inclusion. The background problem arises because although ZIS has been proven to contribute positively to the welfare of society, its integration as a critical component of fiscal policy is still limited. Challenges involve regulatory formulation, efficient fund management, public awareness, and harmonisation of sharia objectives. This research is expected to provide recommendations to policymakers to design effective strategies for integrating ZIS in fiscal policy, with positive impacts on Indonesia's economic efficiency, social cohesion, and economic justice.

Abstract

This study aims to describe (1) the acquisition of language at the syntactic level in children, and (2) the factors that work in the acquisition of the syntactic level in premature children. The research subject was a girl who was born prematurely with the initials R. R has an understanding and mastery of syntax levels faster than her peers. Researchers analyzed internal and external factors regarding the ability of R. The research method was carried out using a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection was carried out by researchers by interviewing and observing R and his parents. The techniques used in processing the data are data collection, data reduction or categorization, data tabulation, data display, and drawing conclusions. Primary data sources come from observations (observations and interviews), and secondary data sources come from literature studies. The results obtained are that premature children can master the syntactic level with certain stimuli, even more than children with normal births. This research is a response to public concern that premature children rarely have the opportunity to have an intelligence level that is equal to or higher than their peers. AbstrakPemerolehan sintaksis mampu mendefinisikan kecerdasan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) pemerolehan sintaksis pada anak usia 1 tahun yang terlahir prematur dan (2) pengaruh pola asuh orang tua pada anak berusia 1 tahun yang terlahir prematur. Subjek penelitian adalah seorang anak perempuan yang lahir dalam keadaan prematur berinisial R. R memiliki pemahaman serta penguasaan tataran sntaksis lebih cepat dibanding dengan anak usia sebayanya. Peneliti menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal mengenai kemampuan R. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan oleh peneliti dengan wawancara dan observasi pada R dan orang tuanya. Teknik yang digunakan dalam mengolah data adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi atau kategorisasi data, tabulasi data, penampilan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sumber data primer berasal dari pengamatan (observasi dan wawancara), sumber data sekunder berasal dari studi kepustakaan. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah anak prematur dapat menguasai tataran sintaksis dengan stimulus tertentu, bahkan melebihi anak dengan kelahiran normal. Penelitian ini menjadi jawaban atas keresahan masyarakat bahwa anak prematur jarang memiliki kesempatan untuk mempunyai tingkat intelegensia yang setara atau lebih tinggi dari anak usia sebayanya.

Abstract

This research aims to study the independent campus curriculum PGMI S-1 UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, which refers to KKNI, SNPT, Integration-Interconnection, and Merdeka Campus. This research includes descriptive and qualitative approaches, namely decrypting the MBKM curriculum on PGMI S-1 UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. The data used is a final curriculum document for Merdeka Campus PGMI S-1 UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta for the year 2020, which is accessed on the official website https://pgmi.uin-suka.ac.id and supported by literature that is sourced from national and international indexed books and journals that contain topics on the development of the MBKM production PGMI curriculum. The results of the research show that the PGMI Prodi S-1 UN Sunan Kalijaga of Yogyakarta already has policies and guidelines for implementing structured MBKM activities. The activities adapt the characteristics of the PGMI product and are dissocialized offline and online.Keywords: Curriculum model, Education, MBKM, PGMI

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that can affect the level of underpricing of a company's shares when conducting an initial public offering in the period 2018 to 2022. The sample in this study was 161 companies obtained through purposive sampling and the method used was multiple regression analysis using SPSS 26 software. The results found were that underwriter reputation, company size and company age did not affect the level of underpricing of shares. Different results were shown by auditor reputation and return on equity which had a significant negative effect on the level of underpricing of shares. While the debt to equity ratio had a significant positive effect on the level of underpricing of shares. The adjusted R square value of 0.131 indicated that 13.1 percent of the underpricing level was influenced by underwriter reputation, auditor reputation, company size, company age, return on equity and debt to equity ratio.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that hinder school capacity in teaching. This study uses a quantitative approach to determine the factors that determine the Barriers to Teaching in Schools. The data analysis method in this study is confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The data of this study were processed using the JASP program (Jeffrey's Amazing Statistics Program). The type of data collected was the results of PISA 2018. This study used primary data with a number of respondents of 50 schools. The results show that the fit of all models is acceptable. It can be concluded that P1, P2, Q1, and Q2 are the barriers to school capacity for teaching.
