Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of the Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP) on the performance of the Sikka Regency DPRD Secretariat in 2023. The approach to this study is descriptive qualitative using primary and secondary data. Data were collected through interviews, observations and documentation of SAKIP reports. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of SAKIP has not been fully optimal, especially in terms of collecting performance data and following up on evaluation results as a basis for providing rewards and punishments. This study recommends the development of SOPs for performance measurement and utilization of evaluation results as strategic steps to improve agency accountability and performance.

Abstract

This research focuses on the utilization of SIMGAJI in calculating family allowances where we can see whether the utilization is effective and efficient or not in using SIMGAJI so that it can be seen by calculating family allowances. To identify problems, this research uses qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation, document studies. It can be concluded that the utilization of the Salary Information System (SIMGAJI) by PT. Taspen (Persero) for the calculation of family allowances for State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Sikka Regency provides several significant advantages. SIMGAJI simplifies the management of salary and allowance data, ensures transparency, and improves the efficiency and accuracy of calculations. This makes the financial administration process simpler and more structured, and reduces the possibility of errors in the calculation of family allowances.

Abstract

The background of this research is the low level of welfare of the people of Meken Detung Village, Kangae District, Sikka Regency, even though it has been supported by financial assistance in the form of village funds. The purpose of this study was to find out 1) the description of village fund management and community welfare and, 2) the influence of village fund management in improving the welfare of the people of Meken Detung Village, Kangae District, Sikka Regency. The research method uses an associative quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study was the village community of Meken Detung with a total sample of 84 people. Data were collected through questionnaires and descriptive analysis and inferential statistics, namely simple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was carried out through a t test with the help of the SPSS 25 software program. The results of this study indicate that the effect of village fund management in Meken Detung, Kangae District, Sikka Regency, that the independent variable has a positive and significant effect on improving people's welfare in Meken Detung Village, Kangae District, Sikka Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) find out the picture of Purchase Decisions, Product Quality and Price; (2) analyze the influence of Product Quality and Price on Purchase Decisions both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study is Oppo mobile phone consumers who are domiciled in the Sikka Regency area. Because the population is not limited, 100 people were sampled. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is carried out through the F test and the t test. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the Purchase Decision variable is in the criteria is quite good, the Product Quality variable is in the good criteria, then the Price variable is in the good criteria. The statistical results of the t-test show that partially the Product Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions. The results of the determination analysis showed that the two independent variables in this study were able to explain the variation of the up and down of Purchase Decisions at the Mustika Rivel Maumere Store by 54.9% while 45.1% was influenced by other factors outside the research variables.

Abstract

This research aimed to (1) understand the overview of Purchase Decisions, Product Quality, and Promotion; (2) analyze the influence of Product Quality and Promotion on Purchase Decisions both partially and simultaneously. The population in this research consisted of consumers of Packaged Drinking Water (PDW) of Rotat Mineral brand residing in Nita Sub-district, Sikka Regency. Due to the unlimited population, a sample of 100 people was taken. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive inferential methods, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the F-test and t-test. The descriptive analysis showed that the variables of Product Quality, Promotion, and Purchase Decision were good. The t-test statistical results indicated that partially, Product Quality and Promotion variables had a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions. The F-test statistical results showed that all independent variables simultaneously significantly influenced Purchase Decisions. The determination analysis results showed the contribution of Product Quality and Promotion variables to the Purchase Decision of Packaged Drinking Water (PDW) brand Rotat Mineral at PT. Pintar Sumber Mineral (Case Study on Consumers in Nita Sub-district, Sikka Regency) was 26.9%, while other factors outsidc thc rescarch variables influcnccd thc rcmaining 73.1%.

Abstract

This research aimed to (1) describe the availability of clean water, complaint responsiveness, and customer satisfaction; (2) analyze the significant influence of clean water availability and complaint responsiveness on customer satisfaction. The population in this research was the customers of Perumda Air Minum Wair Pu'an in Lepo Lima vilage. Due to the indefinite population size, a sample ef 100 respondents was taken. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive inferential methods, specifically multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was conducted through F-tests and t-tests. The results of the descriptive analysis revealed that the variables of clean water availability, complaint responsiveness, and customer satisfaction were categorized as good. The t-test statistical analysis demonstrated that both clean water availability and complaint responsiveness had a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the F-test statistical results indicated that all independent variables collectively had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The determination analysis revealed that the contribution of clean water availability and complaint responsiveness. to customer satisfaction at Perumda Air Minum Wair Pu'an in Lepo Lima Village was 54.2%. while the remaining 45.8% was influenced by other factors beyond the scope of the research variables.

Abstract

This research aimed to: (1) determine the description of product attributes, brandtrust and purchase interest: (2) analyze the significant influence of product attributes andbrand trust on purchase interest. The population in this research were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Nusa Nipa University, Maumere. The sample in this research was 96 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the descriptive inferential method, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was carried out through the F test and test. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the product attribute variables, brand trust and purchase interest were categorized as good. The results of the t-test statistics showed that the product attribute variables partially had a significant effect on the purchase interest variable, while the brand trust variable partially did not have a significant effect or the purchase interest variable. The results of the F-test statistics showed that both independent variables had a significant effect on the purchase interest variable. The results of the determination analysis show that the magnitude of the contribution of product atribut variables and brand trust to the purchase interest of Vivo cell phone products among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Nusa Nipa University Maumere is 22.9% while 77.1% is influenced by other factors outside the research variables.

Abstract

The background of this research is how much effect service quality and product completeness have on purchasing decisions at Winola Medika Maumere Pharmacy. This research aimed to (1) determine the description of service quality and product completeness on purchasing decisions at Winola Medika Maumere Pharmacy, (2) Know the effect of service quality on purchasing decisions at the Winola Medika Maumere Pharmacy, (3) Know the effect of product completeness on purchasing decisions at the Winola Medika Maumere Pharmacy, (4) Know the simultaneous effect of service quality and product completeness on purchasing decisions at the Winola Medika Maumere Pharmacy. The population in this research were consumers who bought products at the Winola Medika Maumere Pharmacy using the Lemeshow formula. The sample in this research amounted to 100 respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed through descriptive statistical methods and multiple linear regression statistics. Hypothesis testing was done through a partial tests "t-test" and simultaneous tests "f-test". The results of descriptive statistical analysis showed that the respondent's perceptions of the purchasing decision variable of 62.35% were categorized as quite good and then the respondents’ perceptions for the service quality variable were 70.48% in the good category, the respondents’ perceptions of the product completeness variable of 64.65% were categorized as quite good. The results of the "t-test" showed that the service quality variable (X1) had a significant effect on the purchasing decision variable (Y) and the product completeness variable (X2) had a significant effect on the purchasing decision variable (Y). The results of the simultaneous test "f-test" showed that the variables of service quality (X1) and product completeness (X2) had a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). In addition, the results of the determination analysis (R2) on the contribution of the service quality and product completeness variables to purchasing decisions at the Winola Medika Maumere Pharmacy is 18.3%, while 81.7% is influenced by other factors outside the research variables.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the services provided by the Detusoko Village Office based on public satisfaction Index. The research included participants who had received services at the Detusoko Village Office in 2023. The nonprobability sampling technique, specifically incidental sampling, was used for selecting the subjects. The primary and secondary data were used as the sources of information. Data collection methods included questionnaires, document studies, and interviews. The validity test used the Pearson Product Moment formula, and the reliability test used the Cronbach’s Alpha formula. The results revealed that the Public Satisfaction Index for the Detusoko Village Office services was 71.41, categorizing it as “Less Good”

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of capital structure and profitability on the value of food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The population in this study was 12 and the research sample was 4 manufacturing companies the sampling technique in this study was purposive. Data analysis using classical assumption test with normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test. Correlation analysis and conduct multiple linear regression analysis hypothesis test. F statistical test and Tstatistical test. Descriptive analysis results : 1. DER showed that every RP 1 liability could be fulfilled with RP 0.8634596 total equaity 2. ROA obtained an average of 0.76771 of total assets 3. PBV had an average of RP 0.414877 of the total share price. The statistical results of the t-test showed that the capital structure (XI does not have a significant impact on the company’s value (Y). The results of the determination analysis (RZ) show that the capital structure and profitability variables can explain the variation in the rise and fall of the value of food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the indonesia stock Exchange by 56%.
