Abstract

The issues raised in writing this thesis are How Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Bank Sulut Go, while the purpose of this study was to analyze "The Influence of Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Bank Sulut Manado Headquarters Manado” This type of research is quantitative research and the research method uses descriptive research methods. The population is 35 employees and the sample is 35 employees. The analysis used inthis research is simple regression analysis and correlation. The results of the research by calculating the correlation coefficient of 0.740, this illustrates the regression equation between the variables of work motivation on employee performance Y = 0.095 + 0.967 which is in the strong category which shows the relationship between work motivation variables and employee performance variables at PT. Bank Sulut Go Manado Head Office is very strong. The t testshows t-count of (6.316) > t-table (2.034) meaning that Ha is accepted, namely that there is a relationship between work motivation variables and employee performance at PT. Bank Sulut Go Headquarters Manado. From the analysis results show that the performance of employees at PT. Bank Sulut Go Manado Head Office is categorized as quite good and still needs to be improved. Good Employee Work Motivation will be able to improve Employee Performance atPT. Bank Sulut Go Manado Head Office

Abstract

This article aimed to explain how the role of the hotel manager as the Broker Role and Innovator Role in the open system model. Managers who act as brokers must have the ability to plan, and controlling, especially in the field of food and drinking and accommodation. Meanwhile, the role of an innovator is that a manager must be creative and innovative in implementing changes in oranization. Therefore, a manager needs to have the ability to negotiate and help employees to solve problems faced and challenge employees for the advancement of oranization in the future, and also act as a mediator

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh Kepuasan Pelanggan dan Kepercayaan Pelanggan secara parsial terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. (2) Untuk menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh Kepuasan Pelanggan dan Kepercayaan Pelanggan secara simultan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 orang responden pelanggan supermarket di Kota Manado, teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu accidental sampling. Data dianalisis dengan Uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas Instrumen, Uji Asumsi Klasik (Uji Normalitas, Uji Linieritas, dan Uji Multikolineritas), Analisis Regresi Berganda dan Uji Hipotesis (Uji t dan Uji F). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: secara parsial Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, sedangkan Kepercayaan Pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Secara simultan atau bersama-sama Kepuasan Pelanggan dan Kepercayaan Pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan.

Abstract

The real sector is one of the sectors that triggers economic growth in a region.  Real sector growth is influenced by various factors, such as the availability of natural resources, investment, government policies, innovation and technology, as well as education and training, including in sub-district areas. Especially in Pasan District, which is the object of research for potential problems such as the agricultural sector: agricultural activities, plantations, forestry and fisheries;  Industry: includes processing of raw materials, production of semi-finished goods and finished goods; Mining: includes mining of minerals, such as gold, sand, stone;   . Tourism: includes tourist activities, accommodation and management of tourist destinations. Construction: includes the construction of infrastructure and buildings, especially those involving a large number of workers, and this sector has not been managed optimally.Thus, this research aims to find out strategies for exploring (exploring) the potential of the real sector for the regional economy, especially in Pasan sub-district, to find out the factors that influence real sector growth. And the contribution of the real sector to the rotation of the wheels of the economy. This research uses the qualitative descriptive method stage, namely the analysis of data obtained in the form of words, images or behavior, and not expressed in the form of numbers or statistical figures, but by providing an explanation or description of the situation or conditions studied in the form of a description.The research results show that the real sector potential of Pasan District which can improve the economy includes trading business activities such as Retail, Shops, Stalls, Culinary, Livestock and Traditional MarketsFactors that influence real sector growth on economic growth in Pasan sub-district. The number of existing businesses is around 112 businesses with 115 workers and a sales turnover of around 50 million per day which can turn the wheels of the economy in Pasan sub-district.With existing businesses you can make contributions to the government both in the form of paying taxes and helping in social activities.Keywords: Real sector, economic growth, industry, innovation, investment, technology

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pemberdayaan mahasiswa memengaruhi minat mereka untuk berwirausaha, dengan kompetensi wirausaha sebagai faktor penghubung, di kalangan mahasiswa Jurusan Administrasi Bisnis di Politeknik Negeri Manado. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, melibatkan 100 mahasiswa yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert 1-5 dan dianalisis dengan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) menggunakan software SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan mahasiswa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi wirausaha (β = 0,768; p < 0,001) dan minat berwirausaha (β = 0,289; p = 0,001). Kompetensi wirausaha juga memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha (β = 0,590; p < 0,001). Selain itu, kompetensi wirausaha terbukti memediasi hubungan antara pemberdayaan mahasiswa dan minat berwirausaha (efek tidak langsung = 0,453; VAF = 61,05%). Model penelitian ini menunjukkan kemampuan prediksi yang baik dengan R² = 0,697 untuk minat berwirausaha dan nilai Q² = 0,502.
