Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat komponen yang menunjang keberhasilan pelaksanaan kebijakan Sekolah Ramah Anak di SDN Klampis Ngasem II/511 Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian terdiri dari tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, guru, orang tua, dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat enam komponen yang mendukung implementasi program Sekolah Ramah Anak di SDN Klampis Ngasem II/511 Surabaya, yaitu kebijakan sekolah ramah anak, pelaksanaan kurikulum sekolah ramah anak, pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, pemenuhan sarana dan prasarana ramah anak, partisipasi anak, dan partisipasi orang tua. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya semua komponen tersebut dalam menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang mendukung perkembangan anak secara optimal. Dengan mengintegrasikan aspek-aspek ini, sekolah dapat menjadi tempat yang aman, inklusif, dan memperhatikan kebutuhan anak, sehingga menciptakan sekolah ramah anak yang efektif.

Abstract

The Doudo Tourism Village is a tourism destination based on environmental education and agriculture in Gresik Regency. The development of an education-based tourism village in Doudo requires contributions from various parties through collaboration, in which Doudo Village adopts the Pentahelix collaboration model. The aim of this research is to describe the Pentahelix collaboration model in the development of an education-based tourism village in Doudo. This research is qualitative. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques consist of data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The theory used is the Pentahelix collaboration model by Astuti et al. (2020), which includes: 1) Government, 2) Business Sector, 3) Universities, 4) Non-Governmental Organizations, and 5) Mass Media. The technique for determining informants in this research is purposive sampling, where the informants consist of the village head, staff of the BUMDes Among Swa Arta, community relations officer staff of PT Pertamina EP Poleng Field, head of the CSR and Empowerment Division of CARE IPB, secretaries and members of the agro-tourism group in Agro Edu Green Village, editors and journalists of Gresik Satu Media, and managers of the Doudo Eduwisata social media account. The results of the research show that there are 5 stakeholders involved in the development of an education-based tourist village in Doudo Village who have performed their duties well. There is a contribution from all parties to achieve the goals optimally. Each stakeholder has carried out their role according to their field. The success of this collaboration can be seen from the collaboration and synergy that have developed through interaction, coordination, and communication among stakeholders. Although there are still some obstacles in the development of the education-based tourist village in Doudo.

Abstract

Community-based tourism has recently been introduced as a new concept for developing tourism sites with the local community playing a significant role in the management of tourism sites. Despite the potential of community-based tourism, there are a number of challenges facing the sustainability of community-based tourism sites, such as low participation rates, lack of coordination among tourism stakeholders, and inefficient utilization of social potential in the community. The purpose of the current study was to investigate the impact of social capital on community governance and tourism sustainability in the Bandar Kidul Ikat Weaving Tourism Village in Kediri City. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with a survey method of 152 respondents from the community and business actors who are active in tourism activities in the Bandar Kidul Ikat Weaving Village. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire method with a Likert scale and analysis using a Structural Equation Modeling method. The results showed that social capital has a positive effect on community governance. In addition, community governance has a positive effect on tourism sustainability. Social capital also has a direct effect on tourism sustainability. This research also demonstrates that social capital has a crucial role in building community governance and tourism sustainability in developing culture-based tourism in the Bandar Kidul Ikat Weaving Tourism Village in Kediri City, Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mengimplementasikan strategi digital marketing dalam upaya mengoptimalkan branding UMKM di Desa Sepande, Kecamatan Candi, Sidoarjo. Digital marketing menjadi alat yang efektif untuk meningkatkan visibilitas dan daya saing UMKM di pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini memberikan penerapan berbagai platform digital seperti media sosial khususnya media Facebook dalam memperkuat citra merek UMKM lokal. Data dikumpulkan melalui hasil survey dan observasi pada UMKM sekitar Desa Sepande. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan digital marketing secara signifikan mampu meningkatkan kesadaran merek, memperluas jangkauan pasar, dan meningkatkan interaksi dengan konsumen. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan pengetahuan teknologi, sumber daya mabusia dan akses internet yang terbatas masih perlu diatasi. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan dan pendampingan berkelanjutan dalam penggunaan teknologi digital menjadi rekomendasi penting untuk memastikan keberhasilan optimalisasi branding UMKM di Desa Sepande. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengambil kebijakan dan pelaku UMKM Desa Sepande dalam merumuskan strategi branding yang efektif melalui digital marketing.
