Abstract

Improving Scientific Article Writing Skills Through the NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Method focuses on the use of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) as a strategy to improve the ability to write scientific articles. This research shows that NLP can help improve the quality of scientific writing by improving analysis and synthesis skills, as well as increasing the ability to use language more effectively. The research method used to obtain data To find out whether the research objectives have been achieved, the library method is used, namely using references such as books, journals and others as the main source of research. The results of this research can be used as a reference for scientific writers and teachers in improving their skills in writing scientific articles.

Abstract

This research focuses on observations in the junior high school (SMP) environment and the importance of this process in understanding student learning experiences and evaluating teaching. Observation in junior high school includes observationson the interaction of students, teachers and the learning environment. Through this observation, research can identify problems that occur during the learning process and find solutions by implementing interesting learning models in the teacher's teaching of students. Designing learning must begin with a preliminary study of students. There are several things that need to be understood about students, namely basic abilities and learning styles. Many students are still not interested in learning.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the profile of professional teachers at SMP Negeri 35 Medan in facing challenges in the digital era. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews and observation. The research results show that professional teachers in junior high schools have utilized digital technology in the learning process. They face various challenges such as technology integration in synchronization and selection of relevant content. These findings provide insight into teachers' efforts to improve their digital competencies to provide effective learning in the digital era.
