Abstract

This study examines the application of constructivism learning theory in fifth-grade mathematics. Constructivism emphasizes that students build knowledge through their own experiences via active, gradual engagement, where the teacher acts as a facilitator rather than a knowledge transmitter. Mathematics, essential for everyday life, should offer meaningful lessons that relate to real-world experiences. The constructivist approach consists of stages such as perception, exploration, discussion and explanation of concepts, and the development and application of concepts. The study aims to analyze the supporting media in the fifth-grade mathematics book, curriculum 2013 revision published by Erlangga, and assess its alignment with the constructivist learning stages. This qualitative study uses a library research approach, with the primary data sourced from the mathematics book and secondary data from relevant journals and studies. Data was collected through documentation, using a marking sheet to evaluate the book's compatibility with the constructivism stages. The results indicate that the book supports constructivist learning, providing media like pictures and videos accessible via QR codes. The book's content aligns well with the constructivist learning stages, with a 97.5% compliance rate, falling into the "very good" category.

Abstract

The research studies or explores the revenue comission practices on house sale in PT Propertindo Jaya in 2023 from the Islamic law perspective. Regarding Islamic law, the term of ju’alah refers to comission awarded as consideration on services conducted particularly in the context of purchasing media as an agent who assist completing the transaction. The study aims to find out the implementation of comission practices applied and distibuted from the Islamic law point of view. The study uses qualitative approah with descriptive qualitative method. The data are collected throguh the observation, interview and documentation. The data is directly acquired from the related parties with the research object such as the owner of the company, administration and marketing staff as primary sources. And the secondary data sources are books and journals. The study found that the comission or compensation is gradually distributed based on the employee’s performance in sales. The system is in line with the principles or requirements of ju’alah in Islamic law. The company also implements the system of ijarah which means the employees receive monthly salary after performing the duties. And the company shows the obedience towards justice principles and transparency in Islamic muamalah.

Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned pedagogical effort to develop students in various aspects of life. And teacher plays a significant role in the educational process to create a conducive classroom atmosphere which greatly affects student learning outcomes. Concentration is a key for students in learning, and in oder to improve students focus to study, it is necessary to use learning media of song or music. During the teaching practice at primary school of Sukajadi Haurgeulis, the researcher observed and recognized that the first-grade students were less conducive. They often run and played around and also had less attention to teacher. The students got involved more with their classmates. Therefore, the teacher is required to modify the learning process to foster better and enjoyful learning activities which lead to learning enthusiasm. The study aims to explore the use of song as learning media in the classroom and to find out whether the media can improve student concentration. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach through data collection of observation, interviews, and documentation to gather information and data. The study shows that the use of song learning media affects and increases student engagement. The song offers several benefits, such as students motivation enhancement, and the improvement of memory retention and learning focus. Songs are played in three different purposes involving the classroom introduction phase, student readiness check, and introduction of the alphabet lesson topic. The positive impacts resulted in the study are as follow better students’ attention during lessons, student concentration improvement, and simple comprehension of learning topic and many more dynamic learning creation.

Abstract

In the field of education, students are guided to develop their potential, to hon and cultivate their interpersonal intelligence as a foundation to help them be accepted by society. Interpersonal intelligence greatly assists children forming good social relationships, which is one of the key factors to navigate daily life. Students with strong interpersonal intelligence are better able to understand and interact with others, enabling them to socialize effectively. However, the current reality shows that many children still struggle to develop interpersonal intelligence properly. For example. children often use aggressive language, mock, belittle, or tease others while playing which lead to bullying behaviors. The aim of this study is to identify the types of bullying occurred at Islamic Primary School of Sirojudin, then to assess the condition of students’ interpersonal intelligence who experiencen being bullied, and explore the relationship between interpersonal intelligence and bullying. This study refers to a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The researcher employs interview, observation, and documentation techniques for data collection. The results of the study show that (1) the bullying occurred at the school takes the form of physical, verbal, and relational bullying; (2) bullying affects students’ interpersonal intelligence, as students who experience bullying tend to feel insecure and struggle to socialize effectively; and finally (3) bullying and students' interpersonal intelligence are correlated.

Abstract

The 2013 Curriculum in Indonesia emphasizes character education as a core part of student development. The values of character education in this curriculum are often referred to as the 18 Character Values. The curriculum aims to foster well-rounded students and also possess strong ethical values. This study examines the values of character education in the book of Islamic Cultural History for sixth grade, published by Yudhistira. The study analyzes character education values in the book and its alignment with the Curriculum 2013. The study is a library research. To interpret and analyze the issues of character education values in the book which is reflected the Curriculum 13, the study uses content analysis. The findings indicate that the character education values presented in the book are aligned with the Curriculum 2013. The values found in the study includes 18 characters which are grouped into five main pillars religiousness, nationalism, independence, cooperation and integrity. The values are being religious, honest, tolerance, discipline, hard working, creative, independent, democratic, curious, nationalist, communicative, responsible, peace-loving, aware of environment and social, love for the homeland, appreciate for the achievements, and love for reading.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas praktik jual beli menggunakan fitur Shopee PayLater dari perspektif hukum Islam, dengan fokus pada mahasiswa Fakultas Syariah IAI AL-AZIS. Perkembangan teknologi finansial telah menghadirkan fitur "PayLater" yang populer di kalangan mahasiswa, termasuk Shopee PayLater, yang memungkinkan pembayaran tertunda. Meskipun memudahkan, fitur ini menimbulkan kekhawatiran dalam perspektif hukum Islam, terutama terkait riba dan gharar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menggambarkan praktik penggunaan Shopee PayLater oleh mahasiswa Fakultas Syariah dan tantangan yang dihadapi, serta (2) meninjau kesesuaiannya dengan prinsip syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi terhadap mahasiswa yang menggunakan Shopee PayLater. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas mahasiswa menggunakan fitur ini untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari dengan memilih opsi cicilan, namun menghadapi tantangan seperti manajemen utang dan keterlambatan pembayaran. Dalam hukum Islam, ditemukan bahwa penggunaan Shopee PayLater mengandung ketidaksesuaian, terutama terkait dengan adanya riba, gharar, penambahan atas utang pokok, dan denda keterlambatan, yang bertentangan dengan prinsip-prinsip hukum Islam. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pemahaman lebih mendalam tentang transaksi berbasis kredit dalam e-commerce agar sesuai dengan syariah. Kata Kunci: Hukum Islam, Jual Beli, Mahasiswa Syariah, Shopee Paylater. Abstract This research discusses the practice of buying and selling using the Shopee PayLater feature from the perspective of Islamic law, focusing on the Sharia Faculty students of IAI AL-AZIS. The development of financial technology has introduced the "PayLater" feature, which is popular among students, including Shopee PayLater, allowing deferred payments. Although convenient, this feature raises concerns from an Islamic law perspective, especially regarding riba and gharar. This study aims to (1) describe the practice of using Shopee PayLater by Sharia Faculty students and the challenges they face, and (2) review its compliance with Sharia principles. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, collecting data through interviews and observations of students who use Shopee PayLater. The findings show that the majority of students use this feature to meet daily needs by opting for installment plans, but they face challenges such as debt management and payment delays. In Islamic law, it is found that the use of Shopee PayLater contains inconsistencies, particularly related to riba, gharar, additional debt charges, and late payment fees, which are contrary to Islamic legal principles. This study emphasizes the importance of a deeper understanding of credit-based transactions in e-commerce to ensure Sharia compliance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role and function of the TikTok application as a social media platform according to students of the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting (KPI) program at IAI AL-AZIS and to examine perceptions regarding its use as a medium for da'wah. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The study subjects consist of KPI students from the 2021, 2022, and 2023 cohorts. Data collection was conducted through interviews and documentation. The findings indicate that TikTok is perceived as a social media platform that plays a role in disseminating information, providing entertainment, fostering creativity, facilitating marketing, and shaping social and cultural trends. Perceptions of da'wah on TikTok are generally positive, with cognitive, affective, and conative components reflecting an understanding of its potential, interest in its content, and engagement in sharing religious messages. TikTok is considered an effective da'wah medium when content is presented creatively, communicatively, and in an easily comprehensible manner, with an emphasis on positive values that align with the communication patterns of the younger generation. Thus, TikTok holds strategic potential in supporting Islamic da'wah in the digital era.

Abstract

Social media is the main source of information. However, it can also serve as a platform for spreading hoaxes that threaten digital literacy in society. Therefore, an effective da'wah strategy is needed to counter hoaxes, especially among students of the Faculty of Da'wah at IAI Al-Zaytun Indonesia. Students play a key role in understanding and spreading the values of truth and increasing digital literacy in society. This study aims to explore what actions are being taken and the da'wah strategies employed by the students of the Faculty of Da'wah, IAI AL-AZIS, Class VIII. The research method is qualitative, using a case study approach. The data collected for this study came from observations and interviews with students of the Faculty of Da'wah, IAI AL-AZIS, Class VIII. The study results indicate that students of the Faculty of Da'wah, IAI AL-AZIS, Class VIII, have a crucial role in tackling the spread of hoaxes on social media. They adopt several strategies, such as verifying information (tabayyun), ignoring dubious news, reporting accounts spreading hoaxes, and engaging in healthy debates to provide clarification. Most students don't pay much attention to hoaxes, but a small portion are actively involved in countering their spread. This highlights that students from the Faculty of Da'wah are both proactive and responsive in ensuring the accuracy of information and reducing the harmful effects of hoaxes.

Abstract

Higher education in the digital era requires Generation Z students not only to excel academically but also to develop resilience in coping with various academic pressures. At the same time, the habit of sharing Islamic content on social media serves not only as a means of disseminating religious values but also as a potential factor in strengthening students’ academic endurance. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital da’wah content-sharing habits on the academic resilience of students in the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting (KPI) program. The research employed a quantitative approach using simple linear regression and descriptive analysis based on questionnaire data. The findings indicate that most students demonstrated a moderate level of academic resilience (83%), while their digital da’wah content-sharing habits were also in the moderate category (75%). Regression analysis revealed a significant influence of content-sharing habits on academic resilience, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.459. These results highlight that digital da’wah functions not only as a medium for spreading Islamic values but also as a contributing factor in enhancing the academic resilience of Generation Z students.
