Abstract

Studying English has become an important requirement in the technological era,namely the Industrial is today. One effort in the process of introducing English in elementary schools is by learning and memorizing English vocabulary that can be done by teachers i nparticular. Learning English vocabulary will increase our ability to remember. One way or method for learning to improve English vocabulary is through games. Games are one of the most effective tools to be taught to children when they want to improve their English vocabulary. This method aims to improve English vocabulary by playing guess words through our gestures. That way we will learn tomemorize and understand the words conveyed. The more guesses are correct, then we can learn the vocabulary with fun. Therefore this gamemethod can be applied by teachers in the process of learning English in the classroom.

Abstract

Creativity is one of the important aspects in developing student potential at the elementary/middle school level. For this reason, a learning method is needed that can stimulate and develop student creativity, one of which is through relay games. This study aims to explore the strategy of relay games as an effort to increase students' creativity in SD/MI. The method used is a field experiment involving 18 students divided into three groups. Data was collected through observation, creativity tests, and interviews. The results showed that the group that participated in the relay games experienced a significant increase in aspects of creativity, such as the ability to think innovatively, generate new ideas, and work in a team. Based on these results, it can be concluded that relay games are effective in increasing students' creativity in elementary school. Therefore, the relay game strategy is recommended to be applied.

Abstract

Peneliti ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan kegiatan pramuka dan tingkatan dalam pramuka dengan menggunakan pramuka Ramu Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, dan teknik yang digunakan adalah snowball sampling dan subjek penelitian ini meliputi kepala sekolah, dua pembina pramuka dan anggota pramuka, sedangkan objek penelitian adalah pelaksanan kegiatan pramuka.Teknik yang digunakan dalam triangulasi ini adalah triangulasi sumber yatu menggunakan banyak sumber untuk satu data dengan membandingkan antara hasil wawancara dengan data yang ada pada dokumen observasi. Dilakukan konsultasi dengan kepala sekolah dan dua pembina pramuka yang akan melaksanakan kegiatan pramuka di lokasi penelitian. Keabsahan data penelitian ini didapatkan dari proses membandingkan hasil wawancara dengan observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian, maka dimperoleh penemuan berikut: (1) sekolah sudah mempersiapkan program tersruktur sebelum melakukan kegiatan pramuka, mempersiapkan sarana prasarana, dan sekolah menyediakan dana dari Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS). (2) dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pramuka, pembina pramuka menyiapkan rencana kegiatan pramuka sesuai dengan buku Syaratsyarat Kecakapan Umum ( SKU) Pramuka.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru, yang berdampak pada kualitas pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana kepala sekolah berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SD IT Al Falah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan termasuk observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah SD IT Al Falah menggunakan strategi seperti supervisi pembelajaran konsultatif, meningkatkan profesionalisme guru melalui pelatihan, memberikan penghargaan, dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang menyenangkan. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi-strategi tersebut meningkatkan motivasi dan kualitas kerja guru, sehingga berdampak positif pada prestasi siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan betapa pentingnya kepemimpinan yang bekerja sama dengan baik untuk menciptakan pendidikan yang berkualitas tinggi.
