Abstract

Research aims to explain how to improve mastery of English vocabulary using group learning methods or cooperative learning methods. Data collection was carried out using the Internet Searching method , namely searching for data through internet media to obtain information based on references, journals and articles. And the author carries out documentation techniques by obtaining strong evidence through books that contain information and to support information about Improving Students Vocabulary By Study Club Method and Research This is also a literature review research (Library Research) by reviewing theses and journals related to English language learning in elementary schools. The results show that the approach to learning English at the play group level up to elementary school using a cooperative learning model is empirically proven to be able to improve the learning process, learning achievement and student learning completion. Abstract

This article explores the impact of ageism on job accessibility in Indonesia, focusing on the socio-economic and psychological effects of age restrictions in job advertisements on older job seekers. The research employs qualitative methods, using both secondary and primary data. Secondary data were gathered from job advertisements with age restrictions on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram (@kemnaker), and the WhatsApp group of the Old Jobseeker Indonesia community. Primary data were obtained through interviews with informants selected via purposive sampling, using Google Forms to collect potential informant data from online platforms like LinkedIn, the Old Jobseeker Indonesia WhatsApp group, and Instagram (@kemnaker) over a 10-day period from April 18 to April 27, 2024.The findings reveal that ageism is a selection practice that implicitly excludes job seekers by using age as a criterion, particularly for frontline roles. Moreover, ageism adversely affects the social, economic, and psychological well-being of job seekers in Indonesia, contributing to their exclusion from society at micro, meso, and macro levels. Age-based job advertisements also influence job seekers’ decisions to apply, as many perceive applying for these positions to be futile.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pendidikan di Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA) adalah penyelenggaraan pendidikan agama islam secara non formal, yang bertujuan untuk melengkapi pendidikan agama islam bagi siswa yang belajar di sekolah umum SD/ sederajat. MDTA mengajarkan berbagai mata pelajaran keagamaan, seperti Al-qur’an, Hadist, Fikih, Akidah, dan akhlak, serta praktik ibadah. Tujuan utama pendidikan di MDTA adalah membentuk pribadi muslim yang memahami ajaran Islam secara komprehensif dan mampu mengamalkannya dalam kehidupan. Pendidikan di MDTA tidak hanya bertujuan mencetak anak-anak yang pandai membaca Al-Qur’an, tetapi juga untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai keimanan yang kuat, kecintaan kepada Rasulullah SAW, akhlak mulia, serta kemampuan menjalankan kewajiban ibadah sesuai tuntunan syariat. Tujuan ini sejalan dengan misi pendidikan Islam, yaitu mencetak manusia yang tidak hanya unggul dalam ilmu, tetapi juga dalam iman dan amal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis prosedur rekrutmen dan penempatan kerja di SMP IT Al-Hijrah Medan, guna mendukung pencapaian visi dan misi sekolah berbasis nilai-nilai Islam. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi proses rekrutmen, kualifikasi tenaga pendidik yang diharapkan, serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa proses rekrutmen dilakukan secara sistematis melalui seleksi administratif, tes kompetensi, micro-teaching, dan wawancara. Penempatan guru didasarkan pada kebutuhan sekolah, sementara evaluasi kinerja dilakukan secara berkala. Tantangan utama meliputi keterbatasan kandidat berkualitas dan kesulitan adaptasi tenaga pendidik baru. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan seleksi melalui teknologi dan pengembangan program pelatihan bagi guru baru.

Abstract

Sekolah memiliki peran strategis dalam meningkatkan partisipasi peserta didik melalui organisasi dan ekstrakurikuler sebagai sarana pengembangan bakat, minat, karakter, disiplin, dan keterampilan sosial. Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi komunikasi organisasi di sekolah serta pengaruhnya terhadap partisipasi aktif siswa dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan Pembina Pramuka dan Wakil Kesiswaan sebagai informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi organisasi dilakukan melalui jalur formal seperti rapat pembina, apel pagi, serta pelaporan resmi, dan diperkuat oleh komunikasi interpersonal yang hangat, motivasional, serta berorientasi pada pembinaan karakter. Strategi tersebut didukung mekanisme motivasi dan reward, seperti SKU dan penghargaan tahunan, untuk mendorong kedisiplinan dan konsistensi siswa. Kendala komunikasi dapat diatasi melalui kombinasi komunikasi formal dan interaksi interpersonal berkelanjutan. Temuan menegaskan bahwa efektivitas komunikasi organisasi menjadi faktor kunci keberhasilan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan peningkatan motivasi siswa.
