Abstract

Tujuan dari pelaksanaan seminar  ini adalah untuk merubah mindset karyawan agar mampu melaksanakan teamwork demi kemajuan bersama dimasa yang akan datang.  Adapun metode pelaksanaan seminar awalnya adalah sesi mindset teamwork dimana peserta diharapkan mau merubah diri agar sama-sama berkembang setelah itu dilanjutkan dengan games yang terdiri dari Human Tower, Arrange Team, Lift Up Balls, Make Shape, Blind Lead.  Permainan ini secara keseluruhan telah dilaksanakan semoga mindset peserta bisa berubah dan menjadikan mereka semakin sukses bersama-sama dan sekaligus meningkatkan performance perusahaan.

Abstract

Semua pekerjaan baik wiraswasta maupun yang bekerja di organisasi yang bertujuan untuk mencapai Laba maupun Nirlaba selalu membutuhkan karyawan yang mampu bekerjasama dengan baik.  Kemampuan bekerjasama setiap orang dipengaruhi oleh kedewasaan IQ, SQ, PQ dan EQ.  Kemampuan ini bisa dilatih agar lebih baik terutama SQ, PQ dan EQ.  Oleh karena itu Organisasi harus berusaha untuk melatih karyawannya dengan melaksanakan seminar-seminar maupun pelatihan-pelatihan.  Demikian juga dengan Yayasan Tzu Chi – Medan mengundang muda-mudinya untuk pelatihan agar bisa semakin dewasa dalam membawakan diri untuk mengikuti pelatihan millenials era – smart generation untuk peningkatan IQ, SQ, PQ Dan EQ.  Adapun peserta yang hadir sebanyak 60 orang.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to understand the Work Environment and Organizational Culture on Organizational Commitment with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. There are many causes of job dissatisfaction, therefore this is very related because if employees experience dissatisfaction it will have an impact on increasing high turnover, which means that employees become disloyal to the organization related to organizational commitment. Sometimes simple things are not paid attention to, such as an uncomfortable work environment and organizational culture, reliable human resources can resign. One important factor within the company is managing human resources so that they can utilize them to optimize the achievement of the company's vision. This study used a sample of 100 employees at PT Sejati Karya Perkasa Medan which were processed using SPSS with path analysis statistics and the results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between work environment and organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance through work stress intervening variables. By taking a sample of 130 people from a population of 191 people. Analyzed using path analysis with SPSS. The results show that work stress negatively affects leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance, meaning that the better the leadership style and organizational culture, the lower employee stress levels will increase employee performance.
