Abstract

This paper tries to simplify the schools of philosophy of education into three mainstreams only: constructivism, leberalism and anarchism, it is also to pave the way that enables philosophy of Islamic education play its role by finding out the interplay among those three mainstreams and then analysing them in the context of Islam. Those three share the same conceptions regarding religiosity/tawheed and humanism/ good deeds. When the two points are confronted with the issues of education and community, new challenges emerge: that is, the philosophy of Islamic education except religious and humanist must also be progressive in advancing civilization through the spirit of diversity that exists within a nation or between nations. Philosophically, the result of the synthesis is called progressive humanism philosophy of Islamic education. The approach and methods used in this paper is a content analysis of the philosophical and theological education. Philosophical education analyzed is O'neil thought about educational ideologies.

Abstract

One of the mu'amalah phenomena in the economic field is buying and selling transactions using electronic media. Technological developments have spurred changes in individual habits, including carrying out buying and selling transactions. Previously, what was meant by buying and selling transactions had to be carried out face to face, where there was a direct transfer of goods from the seller to the buyer, that is, the buyer had to meet the seller in the real market. Currently, we have moved to an era where transactions are no longer carried out face-to-face, but rather via online media. From a fiqh point of view, online buying and selling is permitted in Islam in accordance with the rules of fiqh "Al-ashl fi mu'amalah al-ibahah, illaidza ma dalla al-dalil ala khilafihi, as long as in the process there are no elements that are contrary to Islam such as fraud, unclear and usury.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the nature of humans and their relationship to education from a philosophical perspective, particularly within the framework of Islamic educational philosophy. Humans, as God’s creatures, were understood to possess intellectual, physical, and spiritual potential that needed to be developed holistically through education. In Islamic thought, education was not limited to the transmission of knowledge but also served as a means to cultivate moral integrity and spiritual character, enabling humans to fulfill their role as caliphs on earth. This research employed a literature study method by examining various relevant works to explore the concept of humanity and education in philosophy. The findings highlight that education is a lifelong process which integrates religious and intellectual values, and it is essential for shaping individuals who are responsible to God, society, and the environment.
