Abstract

This field work practice is motivated by problems which show that children's reading skills are not yet optimal in their ability to recognize simple words, children are not yet able to arrange letters into words, arrange syllables into words. The street vendors are held at the Children's Learning House which is located in Dusun IV Lamtoro II, RT. V Bandar Klippa Village, Kec. Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. The aim of this street vendor is that students are expected to be able to apply the groupwork method to a mini project which will be one of the assessments in this street vendor activity. By using social work intervention methods with groups (groupwork). Mezzo (groupwork) interventions help individuals, groups, families, organizations and communities in order to strengthen and improve their capacities in order to overcome problems or restore client social functioning. With this mini project, it is hoped that it will improve children's reading skills in the Learning House, which totals 5 people. The data obtained in this study is through the results of the assessment that is carried out is a generalist assessment that includes the realm of mezzo practice in one client case. The mezzo assessment is carried out on the conditions of the client's closest social environment such as the client's family or peers accompanied by observations or observations of children's activities while learning to read through programs that have been designed. Data on children's learning outcomes has increased significantly. Children's reading ability has increased. Thus it can be concluded that a series of programs to build children's study habits can improve children's reading skills at the Children's Learning House in Dusun IV Lamtoro II RT. V

Abstract

The present study aims to analyze the untranslatability occurred in the subtitle of The Big 4 (2022) movie from Indonesian as the source language (SL) to French as the target language (TL). The words or phrases in the subtitles taken from a movie streaming platform, Netflix, were analyzed using a qualitative method to analyze the type of untranslatability; whether it is a lexical or cultural untranslatability, factors that influence, and the techniques used by the translator to overcome the issues. The findings showed the existence of untranslatability in 107 instances, 24 of which were at the lexical level and 83 in cultural aspects. The translator utilized nine different translation techniques to address the untranslatability, including borrowing, naturalization, adaptation, particularisation, modulation, generalization, calque, established equivalence, and transposition. However, regardless of the phenomenon of untranslatability, the act of translation must continue. It is the duty of translators to be skillful in finding the equivalent expressions in the TL.

Abstract

Silabus merupakan garis besar pelajaran yang akan dibahas pada suatu mata pelajaran, tema, atau kelompok tertentu. Memuat informasi mengenai standar kompetensi, kompetensi dasar, materi pokok dan tambahan, kegiatan pembelajaran, penilaian, manajemen waktu, dan sumber belajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur. Studi pustaka dalam penelitian ini merupakan serangkaian kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca dan mencatat, serta mengelola data penelitian secara obyektif, sistematis, analitis dan kritis mengenai penyusunan silabus dan bahan ajar RPP. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) merupakan rencana terdokumentasi yang dibuat oleh pendidik sebelum melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran. Ini menguraikan kegiatan pembelajaran dan hasil yang harus dipenuhi setelah rencana selesai. RPP harus dibuat dengan menggunakan silabus yang telah dibuat sebelumnya sebagai panduan. RPP terdiri atas ujian, pengelolaan waktu, sumber belajar, kegiatan pembelajaran, pokok/materi pembelajaran, kompetensi dasar, standar kompetensi, dan indikator pencapaian kompetensi.

Abstract

Kencur (Kaempferia galanga L.) merupakan salah satu tanaman Suku Zingiberaceae yang diketahui mengandung minyak atsiri yang dapat meningkatkan nilai rasa pada produk. Salah satu inovasi produk yang dapat memanfaatkan rempah kencur yaitu keripik cireng. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan formulasi terpilih dari keripik cireng yang ditambahkan kencur (Kaempferia galanga L.) yang terdiri dari P1 kontrol (0%), P2 (9 %) dan P3 (12,5%). Pengujian yang dilakukan berupa uji mutu sensori (warna, aroma, rasa dan tekstur), uji hedonik (warna, aroma, rasa, tekstur dan overall (keseluruhan)), uji mutu kimia (proksimat) meliputi uji kadar air, kadar abu, kadar lemak, protein dan karbohidrat. Data hasil pengujian dianalisis menggunakan sidik ragam ANOVA dengan α 5%. Data hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada uji sensori pengaruh penambahan kencur tidak perpengaruh nyata terhadap warna dan tekstur, tetapi perpengaruh nyata terhadap aroma dan rasa. Pada uji hedonik penambahan kencur tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter warna, aroma, rasa, tekstur dan overall (keseluruhan) keripik cireng kencur, namun pada parameter overall (keseluruhan) keripik cireng dengan perlakuan 2 memiliki nilai hedonik yang lebih tinggi dibanding perlakuan 1 dan 3. Hasil analisa mutu kimia produk keripik cireng terpilih yaitu kadar air 1,27%, kadar abu 0,48%, kadar lemak 6.57%, kadar protein 12,29% dan kadar karbohidrat 79,39%. Hasil analisa kimia produk keripik cireng kencur terpilih telah memenuhi SNI 01-6630 : 2002.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan tersebut adalah untuk mendukung perbaikan kemasan dan spanduk Mpek-mpek raffi dalam upaya mengembalikan kemasan dan spanduk usang bagi UMKM di wilayah Kecamatan Panam Kota Pekanbaru. Strateginya antara lain dengan melakukan sosialisasi kepada UMKM Mpek-mpek raffi tentang pemutakhiran kemasan Mpek-mpek. Hal ini akan meningkatkan daya cipta pemilik dan pengurus UMKM Mapek-mpek raffi dalam hal pengemasan dan spanduk sehingga lebih menarik, aman, higienis, dan bernilai. barang pasar. Seperti terlihat di atas, para pemilik UMKM beserta jajarannya mendapat informasi baru dari sosialisasi yang dilakukan sekelompok mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi Uinsuska tentang pembenahan kemasan produk dan spanduk penjualan Raffi Mpek-Mpek Palembang. Hal ini bertujuan dengan memperbaharui kemasan dan spanduk yang ditawarkan akan lebih menarik masyarakat. Kemasan dan spanduk merupakan komponen pemasaran yang krusial dan dapat menginspirasi para pekerja atau pemilik UMKM Mpek-mpek Palembang Raffi untuk mengemas secara kreatif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of love of money and trust in government on taxpayer compliance. The population is individual taxpayers in Padang. A convenience sampling technique was employed, resulting in a total of 400 respondents. The data utilized in this study are primary data, collected through a survey by distributing questionnaires via Google Forms. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The results indicate that: (1) love of money does not significantly affect taxpayer compliance, and (2) trust in government has a statistically significant positive impact on taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Capital Structure, Profitability, and Liquidity on Firm Value, with Dividend Policy as an intervening variable. The population used in this study was 128 non-cyclical consumer manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020-2024 period. Data collection employed purposive sampling, which determines the sample based on specific criteria as determined by the researcher. The analytical methods used were descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and path analysis using SPSS 25.0.The results showed that: Capital Structure, Profitability, and Liquidity influence Dividend Policy. Furthermore, Capital Structure, Profitability, and Dividend Policy influence Firm Value, while Liquidity has no effect on Firm Value. Dividend Policy is unable to mediate the influence of Capital Structure, Profitability, and Liquidity on Company Value.

Abstract

The quality of profits acts as a mediator in conflicts of interest between management and capital owners, with its main function as an indicator of performance and the basis for investment decision-making. The pressure to maintain a positive performance image can prompt management to respond to tax expenses, profit fluctuations, and manage cash strategically, potentially impacting the reliability of financial information. This study analyzes the influence of tax expenses, profit volatility, and cash holding on the quality of profits of companies in the basic and chemical industries sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as industries experiencing a significant performance surge in 2023–2024. This phenomenon was statistically analyzed in a quantitative approach of panel data regression analysis of 165 observations from 33 companies, using Common Effect Model (CEM). The results show that separately, tax expense has a negative and significant effect on profit quality, while profit volatility and cash holding have no significant effect. Simultaneously, all three variables have a significant effect, with tax burden as the dominant factor. The results of the test imply the importance of focusing on corporate fiscal pressures as it can impact the integrity of earnings reporting, which is closely related to investor perceptions and decisions.
