Abstract

The marketing of MSMEs products, neera palm sugar, and palm oil in the Perbaungan District is considered to be inefficient. The reason is that the MSMEs owners of neera palm sugar, and palm oil in Perbaungan District do not yet have optimal capabilities in managing digital marketing technology as a tool to market their products. This research aims to know the knowledge of MSMEs business actors neera palm sugar palm oil, regarding sales based on digital marketing to increase sales of neera palm sugar palm oil. The research method used is a qualitative research method using a qualitative descriptive survey method. The data source used is the results of direct interviews with respondents as well as some relevant literature used as a secondary data source. The results of the study show an efficient way for MSME players to know the urgency of using digital marketing technology as a marketing tool through direct socialization and practice in using the marketplace.

Abstract

In Medan, Generation Z TikTok users are the target audience for this study, which seeks to determine the relationship between Affiliate Marketing and Product Quality. Here, the entire population is represented using quota sampling. The distribution of the Google Form questionnaire was used in collecting data for this study. On a Likert scale from 1 to 5, users of the TikTok Shop app responded, and the results were used to make statements about Affiliate Marketing, Product Quality, and Purchase Interest of Generation Z. Study of 100 people in Medan who rated themselves to be part of the “generation” the TikTok Shop app is done. The results of this study indicate that the influence of Affiliate Marketing on the customer’s tendency to buy increases significantly. The product Quality Variable has no positive or statistically significant effect on consumer interest in making purchases among TikTok application users in Medan who are members of Generation Z.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Price, Product Quality, And Brand Image on the Purchase Decision of Implora Cosmetic Liptint. In this study, a quantitative method was used with the study population consisting of Implora Cosmetic Liptint users in Mabar Hilir Village, Medan; social media users, and information about Implora Liptint products. In this study, 23 indicators were used with a sample of 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis to collect, manage and analyze data so that it can be presented properly describing the distribution and average frequency tables and making an analysis which states that the results are positive and influential, the coefficient of determination (R2) is obtained at 0.652, meaning that the model the coefficient of determination explains that variable (x) has an effect on variable (y). This study concludes that Price, Product Quality, and Brand Image have a significant effect on consumer Purchase Decision for Liptint Implora products partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

Based on the background of the problem formulation and research differences and phenomena that have emerged, this study aims to find out what is related between individual values ​​and organizational values ​​(Person Organization Fit) that have an impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance and organizational commitment (organizational commitment) as intervening variables, by taking the research object at Bank BSI KCP Stabat Proklamasi. The population used in this study were all employees at Bank BSI KCP Stabat Proklamasi totaling 30 respondents based on this study using primary data so the data collection was carried out using descriptive analysis and regression analysis and MRA. The results of this study indicate that production on productivity is negative and significant for Bank BSI KCP Stabat Proklamasi for 30 respondents who are the object of this study. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method and the research data was obtained using the census questionnaire technique, by using an open-ended questionnaire to the respondents directly.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi, perusahaan perlu beroperasi dengan baik. Karyawan juga memerlukan tinjauan kinerja untuk menetapkan harapan untuk perilaku di masa depan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan penilaian kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Labuhanbatu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mix method ataupun penelitian yang menggunakan dua pendekatan yaitu kuantitatif dan dilanjutkan dengan penelitian kualitatif untuk memperjelas hasil penelitian. Dalam penelitian kuantitatif sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 42 karyawan dari karyawan Pegawai Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan dalam penelitian kualitatif objek penelitiannya adalah kepala Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Labuhanbatu sebagai informan 1 menggunakan analisis wawancara model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa  Faktor pelatihan, secara parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Labuhanbatu. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of training and work assessment on the work productivity of Labuhanbatu Central Statistics Agency (BPS) employees. The method used in this research uses a mix method approach or research that uses two approaches, namely quantitative and followed by qualitative research to clarify the research results. In quantitative research, the sample used was 42 employees of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and in qualitative research the research object was the Head of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Labuhanbatu as informant 1 using interview analysis using an interactive analysis model. The results of this research indicate that the training factor partially has no influence on the work productivity of Labuhanbatu Central Statistics Agency (BPS) employees. With the results tcount<ttable (0.929<1.681). Partial work assessment variables have a significant influence on the work productivity of Labuhanbatu Central Statistics Agency (BPS) employees. Based on the results of the t test where tcount > ttable (8.165 > 1.681). The training and work assessment variables simultaneously (together) have a significant influence on the work productivity of Labuhanbatu Central Statistics Agency (BPS) employees based on the F test, where Fcount > Ftable (47.820 > 2.83).

Abstract

The sharp decline in the volume and value of marine fisheries production at the Belawan Ocean Fishing Port (PPS) over the past three years indicates a structural crisis that requires values-based solutions. This study aims to formulate a strategy for developing the marine fisheries industry through a maqasid al-syariah approach as the foundation for equitable and sustainable economic development. The method used is a qualitative descriptive technique with semi-structured interviews with fisheries business actors, followed by a SWOT analysis to identify internal and external factors in the industry. The results indicate weak business capacity due to limited fishing gear, access to capital, and digital literacy, despite the potential for significant resources and government support. The development strategy formulated includes strengthening sharia institutions, technological modernization, Islamic value-based training, and marine environmental preservation, which are aligned with the six dimensions of maqasid al-syariah: protection of religion, life, mind, descendants, property, and the environment. This approach is considered capable of providing a strategy that is not only economically viable, but also ethical, inclusive, and sustainable..Keywords: Belawan Islamic Economym, Fishing Industry, Maqasid al-Shariah

Abstract

Desa pertapaan merupakan desa yang memiliki potensi produk UMKM yang perlu dikembangkan, misalnya hasil pertanian, perikanan, peternakan, makanan, dan kerajinan tangan. Namun, selama ini masyarakat desa Pertapaan belum bisa mengembangkan produk hasil olahan yang khas desa mereka. Adapun maksud seminar yang diselenggarakan ini ialah memberikan pengetahuan dan motivasi kepada masyarakat desa Pertapaan untuk berwirausaha di bidang ekonomi kreatif. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah menambah pengetahuan masyarakat terkait dengan ekonomi kreatif dan dapat mengimplementasikan informasi yang diperoleh dalam kegiatan perekonomiannya. Seminar ini mampu menarik perhatian masyarakat dilihat dari antusias masyarakat dalam sesi tanya jawab.
