Abstract

In life there are always changes, including the world of education. The world education system in Indonesia has always experienced crises, one of which is in the face of the emergency condition of the COVID-19 pandemic which has had many impacts on changes in Indonesian education. To overcome the crisis in the education system in Indonesia, the Ministry of Education and Culture (Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology) is making efforts to overcome the education crisis by designing a new curriculum, namely the independent curriculum, this curriculum can be implemented in schools that are ready. The independent curriculum applies a variety of in-curricular learning to enable students to optimally develop concepts and strengthen their competencies. In this research article using the library research method, namely library research, with the technique of collecting data based on reading and writing results from several references. To achieve the goal and minimize the reoccurrence of the education system crisis, the implementation of the independent curriculum emphasizes the development of the use of technology with various available platforms and learning communities in sharing practices between teachers, students and academics, the aim is to support the success of education in Indonesia. Abstract

Maggot, the larvae of the Black Soldier Fly (Hermetia illucens), offer an effective solution in organic waste management. Maggots have an amazing ability to decompose organic waste in a short period of time, converting it into nutrient-rich biomass. This process starts from hatching eggs into larvae, which consume waste until it reaches the pupa stage. The use of maggot provides various benefits, including reducing the volume of organic waste, producing high-quality organic fertilizers, and providing cheap and nutritious animal feed. Therefore, this research is focused on supporting preservation in the UPI Purwakarta Labschool Elementary School. With the efficiency and benefits offered, maggot is a sustainable solution in overcoming the problem of organic waste while having a positive impact on the economy and ecosystem in school.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) learning model assisted by Magic Straw media on the mathematical creative thinking ability of fifth grade students at SDN Sindangsari 04, Bekasi Regency. The research method used was a quantitative study with a Quasi-Experimental Design using two classes, namely class VA as the experimental class and class VB as the control class. The research sample consisted of 24 students in each class with equal backgrounds and levels of ability. The t-test (Independent Sample t-test) was used to test the effect of the Creative Problem Solving learning model assisted by Magic Straw media on students’ mathematical creative thinking ability. The results showed that the significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) was 0.001 < 0.05, which means that there was a significant difference between the two classes. The N-Gain value in the experimental class was 0.68 (medium category), while in the control class it was 0.42 (lower medium category). Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the Creative Problem Solving learning model assisted by Magic Straw media on the mathematical creative thinking ability of fifth grade students at SDN Sindangsari 04, Bekasi Regency.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur yang memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis beberapa temuan, berdasarkan hasil penelitian sebelumnya, jurnal dan artikel yang diterbitkan pada tingkat nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab kegunaan media vidio animasi, peningkatan motivasi, dan hasil belajar siswa setelah diimplementasikan media pembelajaran vidio animasi. Singkat kata, hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa video animasi dapat menjadi media pembelajaran interaktif yang mempermudah proses pembelajaran untuk menyampaikan pesan ataupun informasi mengenai materi yang disampaikan, dengan penggunaan media vidio animasi ini siswa memiliki kesempatan untuk lebih aktif ketika pembelajaran berlangsung, meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa menjadi lebih baik. Namun tantangan yang di hadapi oleh siswa yaitu mempertahankan motivasi belajarnya, karena beberapa pembelajaran masih sangat kompleks dan abstrak, sehingga dalam penelitian ini media vidio animasi merupakan solusi terhadap masalah yang terjadi, sehingga pembelajaran yang abstrak dapat tersampaikan dengan mudah dan dapat dipahami oleh siswa.
