Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk coffeshop. Jenis Penelitian Ini Adalah Penelitian Asosiatif. Pengumpulan Data Dalam Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan survey dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 100 responden, sedangkan populasi yang dijadikan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pelanggan coffeshop hypermut. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Alat analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan SEM-PLS. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji signifikan parsial (uji t), pengujian signifikan simultan (uji F), dan pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of celebrity endorsement on purchasing decisions with purchase intention as an intervening variable. This study used a sample of 120 online shop Shopee customers in Medan City. The sampling technique is purposive sampling where only customers who have shopped at the Shopee online shop and have watched Shopee endorsement ads can be sampled. The model used with path analysis and processed with Amos 24.0. The results of the study found that celebrity endorsement had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, celebrity endorsement and purchase intention had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, buying interest mediated the effect of celebrity endorsement on purchasing decisions by partial mediation.

Abstract

Quality public service Where the performance of public servants greatly influences the quality of patient services. Therefore, building a reliable public service management system is very necessary. This study aims to determine the factors that influence public services at Fauziah Hospital. The population in this study were patients who were undergoing treatment at Fauziah Hospital. The results of the study showed that tangibles and reliability influenced the quality of public services both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

The improvementt of entrepreneurship competency is an initiative to empower the young generation of school dropouts to achieve financial independence through entrepreneurship. This program is motivated by the high dropout rate in Indonesia due to family economic constraints. The main objective of this community service activity is to equip participants with practical entrepreneurial knowledge and skills, as well as develop an innovative entrepreneurial mindset. The method of implementing activities was in the form of intensive training, business mentoring, and the formation of weekly discussion groups. A total of 50 young school dropouts participated in this activity. The provided materials included the basics of entrepreneurship, financial management, digital marketing, and product development. This program provides access to initial capital through a partnership scheme with microfinance institutions. The results achieved were the formation of 10 small business groups, the birth of 15 young entrepreneurs who started businesses, and the creation of a support system network between participants. This program contributes to reducing unemployment among young school dropouts and improving the socio-economic status of participant families. Sustainability is carried out through a continuous mentoring system and periodic evaluation to ensure the development of participants' businesses.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of service quality and location on consumer satisfaction at Warkop Syekar. This type of research is associative research. Data collection in this research was carried out through a survey approach with a quantitative descriptive research type by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, while the population used in this research was warkop on mada consumers. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis tool used in this research uses SPSS (Statistical Product Software Solution). The data analysis techniques in this research are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using a partial significant test (t test), simultaneous significant test (F test), and testing the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this research show that partially service quality has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction. And partially location has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This service activity aims to increase community empowerment in the field of digital economy and Islamic sharia through understanding the use of technology and halal certification towards strengthening agro-tourism areas. This is certainly in line with the government's vision which continues to strive to encourage Indonesia to become a world producer of halal products. Halal certification, which was originally voluntary, has now changed to mandatory. The implementation of halal certification is carried out in stages starting with food and beverage products on 17 October 2019 and non-food products starting on 17 October 2021. Another aim is to develop synergy between universities and village communities so that training and mentoring are needed. The material presented is how to create an online buying and selling and promotional account and how to prepare a manual document for a halal guarantee system. The results of this service can be used as input for lecturers and education staff to increase professionalism and also as input in preparing further service proposals so that they are worthy of being funded by the Higher Education
