Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of mathematics learning outcomes based on logical-mathematical intelligence through the quantum teaching model in MTs Swasta Al-Huda Pangkalan Susu students. The type of research used in this study is One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population in this study were all VII grade students of MTs Swasta Al-Huda Pangkalan Susu consisting of three classes, namely VII-1 to VII-3, totaling 95 students. The sample used was all students of class VII-2 as many as 32 students. The instruments used were written tests and observation sheets. Based on the results of student research data using the wilcoxon test because the data is not normally distributed. Statistical results that have been carried out obtain an asymp.Sig.(2-tailed) value of 0,000. Therefore, 0,000 < 0,05 H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So it is concluded that there is an increase in mathematics learning outcomes based on logical-mathematical intelligence after experiencing learning by using the quantum teaching model at MTs Swasta Al-Huda Pangkalan Susu on set operation material.

Abstract

The application of the dimensions of Pancasila Student Character especially in the dimensions of faith, piety to God Almighty, and good morals has not been optimally carried out by teachers of Islamic religious education. This is evidenced by the non-optimal efforts made by PAI teachers to increase these dimensions. This dimension includes religious ethics,personal ethics, ethics towards humans ethics towards nature, and national ethics. The research approach used is a qualitative method with a case study type. Information collection was carried out through interviews, observation, and recording. Participants in this study consisted of school principals, PAI teachers and SMP Negeri 2 Tanjung Pura students. The research data were then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman analysis methods which included data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the data analysis carried out, it can be concluded that, (1) the teaching methods applied by PAI teachers in shaping the character of Pancasila students who believe, fear God Almighty, and have noble character are not only carried out in class, but also through examples of behavior and good character building. (2) Furthermore, the impact of the PAI teaching method on thec haracter of Pancasila students who believe, fear God Almighty, and have noble character is focused on preparation students to go directly into the world of work, industry, and business. Therefore, the role of good morals is very important in supporting student competence.

Abstract

The study aims to uncover the service level of major cellular providers in Indonesia. The stages of the research included the determination of point where cellular towers are built as well as the density of the telecommunication traffic in particular regions in Indonesia. The users of the cellular towers are representatives of the companies from certain logistics establishment that utilizing the existence of the towers. Twelve spots of cellular towers were taken as research objects with 155 users representing their companies who uses and utilizing the cellular towers for various of businesses dominantly in logistics businesses. Structural equation model analysis were implemented to seek the affects of each variables. The result showed that all the data collected were supporting the hypotheses and this result were also showed that loyalty towards service delivered and complaints might occur parallelly.

Abstract

Perekonomian daerah, khususnya di Kabupaten Probolinggo, sangat didukung oleh keberadaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Selain meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat, UMKM juga mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal. Meskipun diakui bahwa penerapan prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam UMKM dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan dan kepuasan konsumen, implementasinya masih menghadapi banyak tantangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana penerapan prinsip-prinsip syariah memengaruhi kinerja UMKM di Pasar Wangkal, Kabupaten Probolinggo, serta mengidentifikasi hambatan yang dihadapi oleh para pelaku usaha dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai syariah ke dalam operasional bisnis mereka. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik UMKM yang dipilih secara purposive dan melalui observasi lapangan. Untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai penerapan prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam usaha UMKM serta pengaruhnya terhadap stabilitas usaha, loyalitas pelanggan, dan efisiensi operasional, penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip syariah mendukung usaha UMKM dalam hal pertumbuhan penjualan, stabilitas keuntungan, dan kepuasan pelanggan. Usaha yang menerapkan nilai-nilai syariah seperti sertifikasi halal produk, transparansi transaksi, dan kejujuran dalam pelayanan memperoleh kepercayaan konsumen yang lebih besar dan menunjukkan kemampuan menjaga keberlanjutan usaha. Namun, tantangan seperti kurangnya pemahaman terhadap konsep bisnis syariah, terbatasnya akses terhadap pembiayaan berbasis syariah, dan dominasi praktik bisnis konvensional dalam persaingan pasar menjadi hambatan dalam penerapan prinsip syariah. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya integrasi prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam UMKM sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan daya saing usaha sekaligus memperkuat perekonomian yang berbasis nilai-nilai Islam. Untuk dapat menerapkan praktik bisnis yang sesuai syariah secara sukses, para pelaku UMKM memerlukan dukungan dari berbagai pemangku kepentingan, termasuk pemerintah dan lembaga keuangan syariah.

Abstract

TikTok launched the TikTok Shop feature to make it easier for consumers to shop without switching applications. This study aims to determine the effect of online customer rating, influencer marketing, and brand trust on purchasing decisions for The Originote Skincare at TikTok Shop. This study uses a quantitative approach with the population, namely Generation Z in Tangerang Regency. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. The sample used amounted to 100 respondents. The data analysis tool used is SPSS version 28. The results of this study indicate that partially, the online customer rating variable and the brand trust variable have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. In contrast, the influencer marketing variable has a negative and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously online customer rating, influencer marketing, and brand trust have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the multiple determination coefficient tests obtained an Adjusted R-Square value of 0,931 or 93,1%, indicating that the online customer rating, influencer marketing, and brand trust variables affect purchasing decisions by 93,1%, and other variables influence the remaining 6,9%, not examined in this study. The novelty of this research is that no research examines together that online customer ratings, influencer marketing, and brand trust are important factors that can shape purchasing decisions. This study provides recommendations for skincare brands to maintain consumer ratings and focus more on selecting relevant influencers to increase brand trust and purchase decisions at TikTok Shop.   Keywords: Brand Trust, Influencer Marketing, Online Customer Rating, Purchase Decision

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of packaging design, product variation, and display on purchasing decisions for Kobe products at Hypermart Lippo Karawaci. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of customers who use Kobe products at Hypermart Lippo Karawaci, which is limited to 20-35 years old. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. The sample used is 100 respondents. The data analysis tool used is SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that partially, the packaging design variable, the product variation variable, has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. In contrast, the product display variable positively and significantly affects purchasing decisions. Simultaneously (together), packaging design, product variation, and product display positively and significantly affect purchasing decisions. The results of the multiple determination coefficient test obtained an Adjusted R-Square value of 0.937 or 93.7%, indicating that the packaging design variable, product variation, and product display affect purchasing decisions by 93.7%, and the remaining 6.3% are influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The novelty of this research is that no research has jointly examined the fact that packaging design, product variation, and product display are important factors that can shape purchasing decisions. This study provides recommendations for retail stores, one of which is Hypermart Lippo Karawaci, to increase the competitiveness of Kobe products in the retail market.   Keywords: Packaging Design, Product Display, Purchasing Decision, Produk Variation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price perception on purchasing decisions for iPhone  11 smartphones in Tangerang City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of residents in Tangerang City limited to the age of 15 - 49 years. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. The sample used was 100 respondents. The data analysis tool used was SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that partially, the variables of product quality and price perception have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, product quality and price perception have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the determination test of 0.927 or 92.7% indicate that the variables of product quality and price perception affect purchasing decisions by 92.7%, and the remaining 7.3% are influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The novelty of this study lies in the different research objects. In contrast, previous researchers studied together that the variables of product quality and price perception are important factors that can shape purchasing decisions.     Keywords: Price Perception, Product Quality, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Today, consumers buy products based on necessity and are influenced by their lifestyle and involvement in fashion. This phenomenon is further reinforced by advances in information technology and social media. This research uses quantitative methods; the research population of 1,082,728 people was minimized using the Slovin formula, which resulted in 99.9 rounded up to 100 respondents. The analysis method uses path analysis and the sobel test. The results of the coefficient of determination test obtained from the Adjusted R-Square value of 0.947 or 94.7% indicate that the variables of shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement, and positive emotion contribute jointly to the impulse buying variable, and the remaining 5.3% are influenced by other variables. The results of the positive emotion research were able to mediate the influence of the shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement variables on impulse buying. The novelty of this study from previous research is that no previous research jointly examines the relationship between shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement in impulse buying, which uses positive emotion as an intervening variable. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Organizational Justice and Job Characteristics on Employee Attachment to PT. Ching Luh Indonesia, either partially or simultaneously at PT. Ching Luh Indonesia. This study used associative method with quantitative approach. A lot of sampling was 78 people. Descriptive data analysis techniques are used to determine the picture of respondents' answer responses and data distribution, while inferential statistical analysis is for hypothesis testing. Data processing is assisted by Microsoft excel and SPSS software version 25. Based on the correlation test of Organizational Fairness (X1), and Job Characteristics (X2) with Employee Attachment (Y) have a strong relationship. Organizational Fairness and Job Characteristics can project Organizational Fairness with a positive influence, this can be seen from the equation Y = 2.881 + 0.622X11 + 0.304X21 which means that the higher or increased the Employee Attachment. Organizational Fairness and Job Characteristics contributed 55.30% while the remaining 44.70% was influenced by other variables classified in epsilon, namely other factors that affect Employee Attachment but were not careful in this study.

Abstract

Masa remaja adalah masa transisi menuju dewasa yang ditandai perubahan fisik, psikologis, dan sosial. Pada fase ini rasa ingin tahu tentang seksualitas meningkat, namun kurangnya literasi kesehatan membuat remaja rentan terpapar pornografi dan perilaku berisiko, sehingga pemberian edukasi sangat penting. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik kepada remaja tentang bahaya seks bebas dan dampaknya terhadap kesehatan. Penyuluhan dilakukan melalui ceramah dan diskusi secara interaktif tentang bahaya seks dan dampaknya.  Pre-test dan post-tes diberikan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan siswa/i. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta, yang di tununjukkan dengan  peningkatan sekor post-tes di banding pre-test. Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa/i SMAN 4 Banjarmasin mengenai hubungan sehat dan pencegahaan seks bebas. Program ini tidak hanya memberikan pengetahuan tetapi juga menumbuhkan sikap tanggung jawab, empati, dan kesadaran akan pentingnya pergaulan sehat pada remaja.
