This study aims to analyze the effects and aspects of store images and customers loyalty. Independent variable in this research is criteria of brand element and brand image, and dependent variables are store image and customer loyalty. This research were using questionnaires collected from 302 respondents who buy products with private label brand on their shopping baskets during Pandemic Covid-19 period. The result showed that brand element criteria had significant effect on store image and the same as brand image gave significant effect on store image, and store image significantly affect the customer loyalty. The conclusion derived from this study was to keep the private brand element criteria on the sight of customer side, maintain its good image because the brand effecting also the store image where the private label brand sold. Reinforcing store image periodically to maintain its customer loyalty should be done periodically and frequently. Keywords: Private label;Private Brand;Brand Element;Brand Image;Store Image

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi dan pengaruh jejaring sosial, manajemen konten gawai terhadap perkembangan kualitas generasi Z di tiga wilayah Propinsi Jawa Barat bagian selatan yaitu Kabupaten Bogor, Kota Banjar dan Kabupaten Cianjur. Metode campuran kualitatif dan kuantitatif dilakukan untuk memperoleh gambaran awal dari proses pembelajaran model konvensional yang selama ini diterapkan, termasuk di dalamnya mengeksplorasi kesiapan teknologi dan infrastruktur obyek penelitian, pre test, post test serta pemanfaatan rubrik ke dalam sampel kontrol dan bebas. Metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel data diolah sebanyak 306 dilakukan untuk mendapatkan data kemudian diolah dengan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi informasi sebagai sarana pendukung pembelajaran masih sangat dibatasi oleh pola pikir bahwa gawai dianggap lebih sebagai a distractive factor dan bukan a supporting factor bagi proses pembelajaran. Model pembelajaran interactive dan collaborative learning minim dilakukan, meskipun cara tersebut dianggap paling sesuai untuk siswa dengan tingkat pendidikan setara sekolah Menengah/Tsnawiyah, yang bergenre Z. This research aims to determine the correlation and influence of social networking, gadget content management on the development of quality generation Z in the three regions of the southern part of West Java Province, namely Bogor Regency, Banjar City and Cianjur Regency. Mixed qualitative and quantitative methods are carried out to obtain an initial overview of the conventional model learning process that has been applied, including exploring the readiness of technology and research object infrastructure, pre-test, post-test and the use of rubrics into control and free samples. Quantitative methods with the number of data samples processed as many as 306 performed to get the data then processed with SmartPLS software. The results showed that the use of information technology as a means of supporting learning is still very limited by the mindset that the device is considered more as a distractive factor and not a supporting factor for the learning process. The interactive learning and collaborative learning models are minimal, even though this method is considered most suitable for students with an equivalent level of secondary/ Tsanawiyah which are called generation Z. Keywords: komunikasi jejaring sosial, manajemen konten, index generasi Z

Alumni is a means of promotion and curriculum development of a study program. Based on this background problem, this research focuses on finding data on graduates or alumni through tracer studies. The research design uses qualitative research. The population in this study were all graduates of the Department of Physical Education, Health and Recreation (PJKR) Semarang State University. The data collection method used by researchers is: a graduate tracer study system is carried out online through the development of an "alumni portal" which contains alumni respirators and databases that can be accessed online. The analytical method used to analyze the data obtained in this study are as follows: (a) Univariate analysis or single frequency analysis is intended to analyze only one variable that you want to know, for example the waiting period for graduates to get a job (b) bivariate analysis is intended to provide an explanation regarding the relationship between one variable and another, for example the suitability between lecture material and competency in employment, and (c) multivariate analysis is used to determine various variables, from the simplest to the most complex.

Research Aims: This study aims to investigate and explore how the hedonic personality that exists in each individual can influence avoidance behaviour towards advertisements on social media platforms. Design/Methodology/Approach: A quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique was employed to collect data from 198 respondents who have shopped or at least searched for products on social media. The data were then analysed using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) technique. Research Findings: The results showed that hedonic personality affected advertising avoidance behaviour. Through multigroup analysis, this research found differences in how men and women respond to an advertisement. On the other hand, the intrusive level of an advertisement had a direct effect on ad avoidance behaviour on social media. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This study contributes knowledge by exploring and linking hedonic personality with ad avoidance behaviour. In addition, this study analyses how those relationships are different between men and women. Managerial Implication in the South East Asian Context: The results of this study are expected to provide insights for advertisers and encourage them to consider the hedonic style when determining the target customers. Also, the results inform that the model or ad content should be differentiated when targeting men or women. Research Limitation & Implications: This study is limited in several ways, such as the demographic reach and number of respondents. Additionally, the number of social media platforms is only limited to Instagram and Facebook.

The aim of the study was to define the performance of the blue-chips stock price listed at The Indonesia Stock Exchange in particular the stock price of the establishments which organize the energy sectors, infrastructure and transportations. The reason of choosing those particular establishments was due to its fluctuate and price correction frequently. The analysis was done by distributing the related research variables and endorsed the hypothetical factors. The chosen factors then being simulated with statistical analysis instruments. The independent variables such as the inflation rates, interest rates and private investments were simulated to have particular correlation and affecting rate toward the stock price. The findings showed that fundamental variables had no effect on the stock prices of the infrastructure, utilities, and transportation sectors.

The aim of the study were to analyze the factors affecting gamers characters based on values in particular procurement, distribution and perception on how specific games must be developed. The procurement and distribution of both hardwares and its programmable various games becoming the essential in this study. Various values which formed the integrated values plus two other independent variables such as character identification and satisfaction rate were affecting the dependent variable, the intention of purchasing particular games. Structural equation analysis was done to justify if the dependent variables significantly affected by integration value, character identification and satisfaction rate. The result showed that Integrated Value of Purchading Game Items had a positive influence on Game Items Purchase Intention where the results of data processing showed that the standard coeficient was positive and the P Value showed a value of 0.000 which was in accordance with the requirement that the P Value must be below 0.05.

The research aims to uncover the root cause of the high rate in terms of logistic employee turn-over at the top ten logistics establishments under the management of Kawasan Berikat Nusantara located at the busiest logistics hub in the northern part of Indonesia. Ninety-eight respondents who were all decision makers representing ten major logistics establishments gave the primary data through structured questionnaires. Regression analysis was used to analyze the collected data as well as the description of hypothesis results. The conclusion showed that although the high tension of heavy industry in particular the logistics sector caused high job stress; it was not affecting the turn over intention of the employee. On the other side, employee job satisfaction gave more impact on employee turn-over. This circumstance gave a clear and objective description that job stress was really only the perception of the employee where they have their own flexibility and got full understanding related to the individual stress aspect. It concluded that logistics sector employees could tolerate job stress much better than their job satisfaction.

The reason for this observation is to partly and concurrently decide the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction in Tangerang city and the variable of free shipping promotion as a moderator variable of service quality on customer satisfaction. Pattern length changed into determining the usage of a purposive sampling technique with a minimum of 96 respondents. The lowest population for this has an observed is her Shoppe customers in Tangerang city, who take gain of free shipping on their Shopee purchases. This observation is an associative causal test. Data collection equipment is inside the shape of digital surveys distributed thru Google forms. Data analysis techniques use of the JASP 0.16.4 software program. The exceptional service results had a massive advantageous effect on client satisfaction with a t-statistic of 6,610, and the free shipping marketing campaign promotion had a good-sized impact on customer satisfaction with a t-statistic of 2,083 from the high-quality carrier survey and free delivery promotion impact. Make an incredibly significant impact. The F-test result is 72,936, which significantly positively affects customer satisfaction. A Sobel looks at the rating of 2.027 > 1.986, indicating that the free delivery advertising variable moderate’s quality of service variables related to customer satisfaction. The results with a coefficient of determination of 0.601 suggest that distinct Shopee promotions on free shipping and provider quality can explain 60.1% of his Shopee customer satisfaction in Tangerang city.
