Abstract

Tujuan dari artikel pengabdian ini adalah untuk meninjau manfaat kegiatan bazar sekolah sebagai media edukasi ekonomi kreatif dalam membangun jiwa enterpreneurship di kalangan peserta didik jenjang sekolah dasar dan menengah. Kegiatan ini berlaangsung di 2 sekolah berbeda yaitu di SMPN 3 Babat dan SDN 1 Songo di Kabupaten Lamongan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah partisipatif, melibatkan siswa, guru serta mahasiswa yang bertindak sebagai pendamping yang memberikan bimbingan kepada siswa, dan melakukan kolaborasi dengan guru melalui empat tahap utama yaitu, identifikasi, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Selama proses tersebut, siswa diajari untuk menciptakan produk, mengelola keuangan sederhana, merancang strategi promosi, serta menjual produk secara langsung di lingkungan sekolah. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa bazar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan numerasi serta menumbuhkan keberanian, kreativitas, dan kerjasama di antara siswa. Selain itu, siswa tampak lebih Sbersemangat dan lebih memahami konsep kewirausahaan dengan lebih baik. Meskipun terdapat beberapa tantangan dalam pelatihan awal dan pengorganisasian, bazar sekolah terbukti menjadi metode yang relevan, menyenangkan, dan layak diintegrasikan sebagai bagian dari pembelajaran berbasis proyek dalam kurikulum sekolah.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) 05 ITBADLA in Margoanyar Village focused on empowering MSMEs through digitalization and product innovation. The main problems faced by MSMEs include limited digital literacy, unattractive product packaging, and marketing that still relies on local networks. The activity method uses a Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) approach through direct mentoring, social media management training, business location integration with Google Maps, and packaging design improvements. The results of the activity show an increase in the ability of MSMEs to promote products digitally, the creation of a stronger visual identity, and increasing the accessibility of business locations for consumers. However, mentoring is still needed so that MSMEs can implement digitalization consistently.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of green accounting and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on profit growth, with profitability as a moderating variable, in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020–2024 period. This research employed a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The sample consisted of 13 mining companies selected through purposive sampling, resulting in 65 observations. The study utilized secondary data obtained from corporate financial reports and was analyzed using IBM SPSS software. The results of the study show that green accounting has a positive and significant effect on profit growth. While CSR has a negative and significant effect on profit growth, profitability has been proven to have a significant effect on profit growth. In addition, profitability has a significant effect on moderating the relationship between green accounting and profit growth. However, profitability is not able to moderate the influence of CSR on profit growth. These findings indicate that in companies with high levels of profitability, the influence of green accounting and CSR on profit growth tends to weaken.
