Abstract

Abstract Today the capital market is one of the instruments that plays an important role in the economy of developed and developing countries. For developing countries like Indonesia, the capital market is an economic potential that is able to offer solutions to capital problems that are often faced in the context of national development. Especially when efforts to obtain additional capital through loans are felt to be increasingly unprofitable. Likewise with the Islamic capital market, although it is still new when compared to other Islamic financial instruments, the development of the Islamic capital market in Indonesia is considered quite good. One of the sharia financial instruments that is an important financing for the state budget is sukuk. At home, sukuk are growing quite rapidly although the proportion is still relatively small compared to conventional markets. This will be able to support the development of the Islamic capital market in Indonesia, especially if it is able to capture the opportunities that exist. One such opportunity is waqf assets which are widely available in various regions in Indonesia and many are still not being worked productively. Dual integration between sukuk and waqf in Al Intifa‘a Sukuk is expected to be able to create a financial instrument that can boost economic development and alternatives for poverty alleviation efforts in Indonesia. Keyword: Sukuk, Waqf, Poverty, Islamic Capital Market Abstrak Dewasa ini pasar modal menjadi salah satu instrumen yang memainkan peranan penting dalam perekonomian negara maju maupun berkembang. Bagi negara berkembang seperti Indonesia, pasar modal merupakan potensi perekonomian yang mampu menawarkan solusi bagi permasalahan permodalan yang sering dihadapi dalam rangka pembangunan nasional. Terlebih ketika upaya perolehan tambahan modal melalui pinjaman dirasa semakin tidak menguntungkan. Demikian halnya dengan pasar modal syariah, walaupun masih baru jika dibandingkan dengan instrumen keuangan syariah yang lain, tapi perkembangan pasar modal syariah di Indonesia dinilai cukup baik, Salah satu instrumen keuangan syariah yang menjadi pembiayaan penting bagi anggaran negara adalah sukuk. Di dalam negeri sendiri, sukuk tumbuh cukup pesat walaupun proporsinya masih relatih kecil dibandingkan dengan pasar konvensional. Hal ini akan mampu menunjang perkembangan pasar modal syariah di Indonesia, apalagi jika mampu menangkap peluang yang ada. Salah satu peluang tersebut adalah aset wakaf yang banyak terdapat di berbagai wilayah di Indonesia dan masih banyak yang belum tergarap secara produktif. Dual integrasi antara sukuk dan wakaf dalam Sukuk Al Intifa‘a diaharapkan mampu menciptakan sebuah instrumen keuangan yang bisa mendongkrak pembangunan ekonomi dan seabgai alternatif dalam upaya pengentasan kemiskinan di Indonesia. Abstract

The era of business digitalisations has opened up great opportunities for micro, Small, and medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to develop more quickly, including in Daliwangun Village. This service aims to indentify strategies for improving MSMEs through developing the quality of human resource (HR) that are adaptive to digital technology. This community service activity will be held on August 12, 2024. This event involved MSME assisted residents in Daliwangun village, Glagah district, Lamongan Regency. The method used is lecture and in-depth question and answer. The research result show that digitalizations training, strengthening technological literacy, and assistance in using digital marketing platforms play an important role in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs.

Abstract

This study explores how institutions and knowledge management influence the success of blue technology adoption in supporting sustainable community salt production in East Java Province. This research employs a quantitative approach, with primary data gathered through questionnaires distributed to salt farmers across various regencies/cities in East Java Province. The data was analyzed using structural equation modeling-partial least squares (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4 software to address the study’s objectives. The study results indicate that institutions positively influence sustainable production, with blue technology as a significant mediator in the relationship. In addition, knowledge management has also been proven to have a positive effect on sustainable production, where blue technology again significantly mediates this relationship. Overall, blue technology has a positive impact on the sustainability of salt production in East Java Province. This study offers novelty by highlighting the role of blue technology as a mediator in the relationship between institutions and knowledge management with sustainable production. In addition, this study emphasizes the importance of blue technology in increasing efficiency, reducing environmental impacts, and strengthening the adoption of innovative production method technology, waste management, salt processing products, and the use of renewable energy in more environmentally friendly salt businesses, which have not been widely discussed before.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the effect of knowledge sharing on employee performance with employee innovative work behavior as a mediating variable. Using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method, data were obtained from 80 employees of KSP Pratama Surya Makmur Lamongan. The results showed that knowledge sharing has a significant effect on employee performance, both directly and through the mediation of innovative work behavior. These results emphasize the importance of creating a knowledge sharing culture that supports innovation to improve organizational productivity and efficiency. Based on the Social Exchange theory, this study provides insight into how knowledge sharing practices can be optimally utilized in organizations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of viral marketing and brand ambassadors on purchasing decisions with customer trust as a moderating variable. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through a survey of 100 respondents. Analysis techniques include multiple linear regression tests and MRA tests. The results of the study indicate that viral marketing has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, brand ambassadors have a significant negative effect on purchasing decisions, and customer trust significantly moderates the relationship between brand ambassadors and purchasing decisions, but not on the relationship between viral marketing. These findings are examined within the framework of the Uses and Gratifications theory, which explains how individuals use media to meet information and social needs that motivate purchasing actions. In conclusion, the effectiveness of a marketing strategy depends on the emotional appeal and trust mediated by the brand ambassador.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan strategi Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) di Toko Mahar Hantaran Firaqueen dalam meningkatkan pemasaran di era digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan pemilik dan pelanggan toko. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Toko Mahar Hantaran Firaqueen memanfaatkan media sosial seperti Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, dan Google Ads untuk memperkenalkan produk dan membangun kepercayaan konsumen. E-WOM, melalui ulasan dan rekomendasi pelanggan, terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan brand awareness, memperluas jangkauan pasar, dan memperkuat loyalitas pelanggan. Meskipun terdapat perbedaan pasar antara Bojonegoro dan Lamongan, strategi E-WOM berhasil menyesuaikan pemasaran dengan kebutuhan konsumen di kedua wilayah tersebut. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa E-WOM merupakan strategi efektif untuk memperkuat pemasaran digital dan meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen dalam bisnis di era digital yang kompetitif.

Abstract

UMKM mempunyai peranan penting untuk membantu perekonomian Indonesia, namun kenyataan masih banyak kendala salah satunya di Desa Daliwangun, Kec. Sugio, Kab, Lamongan. Berdasar dari kasus tersebut maka tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah merancang strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan penjualan Kerupuk Bawang As-Syauqi. Metode yang yaitu Participatory Learning and Action (PLA), yang dimulai dari obsevasi, focus group discussion, wawancara dan implementasi. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Daliwangun berhasil meningkatkan pendapatan penjualan dan ekspasi pasar melalui bertambahnya pasar baru baik secara offline maupun online dengan melalui sosial media facebook.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze effective strategies in building leadership through motivational approaches, decision-making, and conflict management in Basic Student Leadership and Management Training (LKMM-TD) training. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study highlights the strategic role of training in improving transformational leadership capacity among students. The results of the study indicate that LKMM-TD training significantly contributes to the development of visionary, inspiring, and responsive leadership characters to team dynamics. Training participants are able to internalize motivational theories to mobilize individual and group potential, apply decision-making based on situational analysis effectively, and manage conflicts constructively in order to create harmonious working relationships. Thus, LKMM-TD has proven to be a strategic means in developing adaptive and transformative young leaders in the context of the organization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan SMK Thoriqul Ulum Lamongan. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan metode survei, melibatkan seluruh populasi karyawan sebanyak 20 orang melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa baik pengembangan karir maupun motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Nilai rata-rata kepuasan kerja berada pada kategori “baik”, dengan koefisien reliabilitas instrumen mencapai 0,926. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya institusi pendidikan untuk memperkuat program pengembangan karir yang terstruktur serta sistem motivasi kerja yang adaptif guna meningkatkan kepuasan dan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan kerja dan motivasi kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di SMA Negeri 1 Manyar. Kemampuan kerja, yang mencakup keterampilan teknis, pengetahuan, dan sikap profesional, diidentifikasi sebagai faktor kunci dalam peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, motivasi kerja juga memiliki peran penting dalam mendorong karyawan untuk bekerja lebih baik, meningkatkan komitmen, dan mencapai tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karyawan dengan kemampuan kerja yang tinggi dan motivasi kerja yang baik cenderung memiliki kinerja yang optimal, baik dari segi kualitas maupun kuantitas pekerjaan. Sebaliknya, karyawan yang memiliki kemampuan atau motivasi yang rendah mengalami kesulitan dalam mencapai kinerja yang diinginkan. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk fokus pada pengembangan kompetensi karyawan dan memberikan penghargaan yang jelas untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja mereka.
