Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of utilization of local food ingredients, especially potato starch in food processing. The main ingredient in making Snow White cookies is wheat flour which is still imported. This study aims to analyze the quality (shape, color, aroma, texture and taste) of snow white cookies substituted with potato flour as much as 25%, 50% and 75%. This type of research is a pure experiment with Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method. The data used are primary data obtained directly from 3 expert panelists who provide answers from a questionnaire (organoleptic test format) on the quality of the potato flour snow princess cookies. The data that has been obtained is then tabulated in the form of a table and an Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) is performed. If the analysis of variance shows Fcount Ftable, then it is continued with Duncan's test. The results showed that potato flour substitution had an effect on color quality, while for the quality of shape, aroma, texture and taste there was no significant effect. The results of the test for the quality of the snow princess cookies were the best potato flour in the X1 treatment with 25% potato flour substitution.

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Liquid organic fertilizer is the result from decomposition of organic matter derived from animals or plants. Liquid organic fertilizer is made from damaged or rotten fruit and from the skin of the fruit (banana, papaya, pineapple and a mixture of all three). This study aimed to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) on the growth and yield of legumes (Soybeans, Peanuts and Green Beans). This research was conducted from July to October 2022. This study used a Complete Randomized Design with eight treatments including controls, namely A (recommended NPK fertilizer), B (POC of banana fruit residue), C (POC of pineapple fruit residue), D (POC sis of Papaya fruit), E (POC of banana + pineapple fruit residue), F (POC of banana + papaya fruit residue), G (POC of pineapple fruit residue + papaya) and H (remaining banana fruit + pineapple + papaya). The results showed that liquid organic fertilizer were not significantly different the recommended NPK fertilizer to all variables with out number of branches and productive branch of Soybeans and numbers of branches of Peanuts so hope that liquid organic fertilizer from Various Fruit Residues increase to Yield of Legume Crops (Soybeans, Peanuts and Green Beans).

Abstract

Lembaga Bahasa Universitas Widyatama memiliki sistem pendaftaran dan pendataan untuk peserta English Proficiency Test (EPT) yang sudah berjalan saat ini dinilai kurang efektif karena pada tahap proses pendaftaran ataupun pendataannya masih dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan media email dan excel (spreadsheet) oleh karena itu dibutuhkan aplikasi pendaftaran English Proficiency Test (EPT) Berbasis Web. Tujuan dari dibuatnya aplikasi pendaftaran English Proficiency Test (EPT) Berbasis Web ini yaitu untuk memudahkan pihak Lembaga Bahasa dalam melakukan pendataan, pengelolaan data dan mempermudah bagi peserta untuk mendaftar dalam mengikuti English Proficiency Test. Dengan adanya aplikasi pendaftaran yang baru tersebut maka diperlukan juga design untuk tampilan aplikasi pendaftaran yang baru tersebut agar dapat membuat tampilan lebih menarik dan mempermudah akses admin maupun perserta saat sedang mengakses halaman tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan User Centered Design (UCD) yang melakukan pendekatan proses perancangan desain antarmuka secara berulang (iterative) yang berfokus terhadap tujuan kegunaan, karakteristik pengguna, lingkungan, tugas, dan alur kerja dalam desainnya. Dalam perancangan sistem informasi ini penulis menggunakan metode waterfall yang terdiri dari analisis, design, implementasi, testing, dan maintenance. Pada tahap perancangan design penulis menggunakan Usecase diagram dan sitemap. Dalam pembuatan design aplikasi pendaftaran ini penulis menggunakan aplikasi figma. Setelah melakukan uji coba design dan implementasi langsung kedalam aplikasi dimana terdapat dua sisi yaitu pada user maupun pihak Lembaga Bahasa yang dilakukan dengan metode analisis, dengan demikian didapatkan hasil bahwa dengan adanya design aplikasi pendaftaran peserta English Proficiency Test berbasis web ini dapat membantu bagi para peserta mengakses seluruh informasi yang ada didalam landing page user. Hal yang sama juga didapat oleh pihak Lembaga Bahasa dimana mempermudah dalam pengolahan data peserta dan penambahan jadwal test menjadi mudah dan praktis dengan design yang minimalis.

Abstract

Learning activities in the Study Group (KB) are fun and do not burden children, so teachers are required to develop learning media. The problems faced by partners are that partners do not yet have learning media to get to know marine animals and the need for training in the use of learning media for partners. Based on an analysis of the situation and conditions faced by partners, the solution offered is to create and train for the use of learning media to get to know marine animals using an RFID card. This community service activity was carried out by a team from STT Ronggolawe Cepu in collaboration with a team of servants from STIE Pelita Nusantara Cepu. The conclusion of this activity is the creation of learning media to get to know marine animals using an RFID card and partners get learning media to get to know marine animals so that teachers can more easily introduce marine animals to students. Partners also gain knowledge and can apply technology through learning media about marine animals that have been created.

Abstract

Keterampilan pembuktian matematis merupakan inti dari disiplin analisis praktis dan memperdalam pemahaman konsep matematika dasar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat bagaimana kemampuan matematis mahasiswa dalam pembuktian analisis real. Metode yang digunakan SLR (systematic Literature Review). Data yang digunakan dari 15 jurnal didapatkan 5 jurnal yang sesuai tujuan penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini jurnal yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah jurnal yang dipublikasikan dari tahun 2015 sampai 2023. Hasil penelitian sebagian besar mahasiswa masih memiliki kemampuan yang rendah dalam pembuktian matematis pada pembelajaran analisis real. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa metode pembelajaran yang digunakan pada mata kuliah analisis real kurang sesuai dengan karakteristik mahasiswa, sehingga menghasilkan pengalaman belajar yang monoton dan kurang efektif. ABSTRACT   Mathematical proof skills are at the heart of the discipline of practical analysis and deepen understanding of basic mathematical concepts. The aim of this research is to see how students' mathematical abilities are in proving real analysis. The method used is SLR (systematic literature review). The data used from 15 journals resulted in 5 journals that matched the research objectives. In this research, the journals that are the object of research are journals published from 2015 to 2023. The results of the research are that most students still have low abilities in mathematical proof when learning real analysis. In addition, it was found that the learning methods used in real analysis courses were less suited to student characteristics, resulting in a monotonous and less effective learning experience.

Abstract

Abstrak The computational thinking abilities of junior high school students are in the category of not meeting the criteria, many of the students make mistakes in finding mathematical solutions. This study will focus on problem solving abilities using computational thinking in junior high school students. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) . This research method was carried out by analyzing, researching, assessing, cross-checking and interpreting all existing research results. The researcher categorized the computational thinking level of junior high school students from the articles referred to, namely high, medium and low level thinking. The research results from the 5 articles sampled show that junior high school computing thinking abilities are in the middle or categorized as moderate
