Abstract

The research aims to determine the positive influence of PAK teachers as communicators on the Christian moral development of students in class XI of the Soposurung Balige Foundation Vocational School for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive influence between PAK teachers as communicators on the Christian moral development of students in class. Quantitative research methods. The population of all class XI students at Soposurung Foundation Vocational School for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians is 57 people. This research is population research. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire. The results of data analysis obtained: 1) regression equation. 2) The determination test revealed that the influence was 41.34%. 3) Testing the hypothesis obtained tcount=6.168>ttable=2.000, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, namely that there is a positive influence between PAK teachers as communicators on the Christian moral development of class XI students at Soposurung Foundation Vocational School for the 2023/2024 academic year.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the principal's situational leadership on teacher job satisfaction at SMA Negeri 1 Siborongborong. The method used in this research is an inferential quantitative method. The population is all teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Siborongborong, North Tapanuli Regency in 2023, totaling 83 people and this research is a population study. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 30 items. The results of the data analysis show that there is an influence of the principal's situational leadership on teacher job satisfaction at SMA Negeri 1 Siborongborong: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) test the positive influence obtained by the value rxy = 0.488 > rtable(=0.05,n=83 ) = 0.213, thus it is known that there is a positive influence between variable significant relationship between variable b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 23.8%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable, namely 25.353 > 4.00. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan positif dan signifikan kepribadian Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dan Budi Pekerti dengan karakter siswa kelas V SD Negeri 173550 Laguboti tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SD Negeri 173550 Laguboti Tahun ajaran 2023/2024 yang berjumlah 41 orang dan ditetapkan sampel sebanyak 37 orang menggunakan rumus Slovin karena mempertimbangkan batas toleransi kesalahan yang ditetapkan. Data dikumpulkan dengan angket tertutup positif sebanyak 54 item yaitu 24 item untuk variabel X dan 30 item untuk variabel Y. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan kepribadian Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dan Budi Pekerti dengan karakter siswa kelas V SD Negeri 173550 Laguboti tahun ajaran 2023/2024, dibuktikan dengan analisa data sebagai berikut: 1) uji hubungan yang positif diperoleh nilai rxy = 0,616 > rtabel(a=0,05,n=37) = 0,325 dengan demikian diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara variabel X dengan variabel Y. 2) Uji hubungan yang signifikan diperoleh nilai thitung= 4,632 > ttabel(a=0,05,dk=n-2=35)=2,021 dengan demikian terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X dengan variabel Y. Dengan demikian Ha diterima dan H0 yang mengatakan tidak terdapat hubungan ditolak.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the positive and significant relationship between the personality competence of PAK teachers and the behavior of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Laguboti for the 2024/2025 academic year. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive and significant relationship between the personality competence of PAK teachers and the behavior of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Laguboti for the 2024/2025 academic year. The method used in this study is an inferential descriptive quantitative method. The population is all Christian students in grade VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Laguboti for the 2024/2025 academic year totaling 219 people and a sample of 55 people is determined, namely 25% of the population using a simple random sampling technique. Data was collected with a positive closed questionnaire of 76 items, namely 46 items for variable X and 30 items for variable Y. The results of data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the personality competence of PAK teachers and the behavior of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Laguboti for the 2024/2025 academic year as evidenced by the following data analysis: 1) a positive relationship test obtained a value of rxy = 0,544 > r table (=0,05,n=55) = 0,226 is in the medium category, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) A significant relationship test obtained a thitung= 4,720 > ttabel(=0,05,dk=n-2=52)= 2,000 thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. So Ha who said that there is a positive and significant relationship between the personality competence of PAK teachers and the behavior of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Laguboti Year The 2024/2025 lessons are accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the significant positive influence between the Sociodrama Method on the Creativity of Class VIII students of SMP Negeri 3 Paranginan, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, Academic Year 2024/2025. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method and the type of research is a pre-experimental design with the form of "One group pretest-posttest". The population is all students of class VIII of SMP Negeri 3 Paranginan who are Protestant Christians consisting of 2 classes totaling 47 people and a sample of 47 people was determined using the Nonprobability Sampling technique, namely Purposive Sampling. Data were collected with a closed questionnaire of 30 items. The results of the data analysis show that there is an influence of sociodrama on students' learning creativity as expected, as evidenced by the significant test obtained a calculated t value> t table (α = 0.05; dk = n-1 = 46) which is 9.524> 2.021, thus there is a significant influence between variable X and variable Y. Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha, namely there is a positive and significant influence between the Sociodrama Method on the Learning Creativity of Class VIII Students in the 2023/2024 Academic Year, is accepted.
