Abstract

Language gives birth to beautiful literary works when composed with the right diction. Currently, many Arabic songs are viral on social media. The virality of Arabic songs is due to several factors, including music genres, arrangements, and expressions of feelings that contain language styles. Using a qualitative methodology, the researchers provided descriptive explanations for the discussion's outcomes. The read-note approach is then used to evaluate the acquired data. Specifically, by carefully reading and hearing the words to Qesset Hobb songs and comprehending the significance of each phrase. Then recording the majas found and categorizing them using Keraf's stylistic theory. Then, interpreting the meaning of the song lyrics to get a picture of the storyline and language style in it related to the data source, then drawing conclusions from the data that has been analyzed. According to the findings of this study, there are at least 13 different varieties of majas, separated into 9 rhetorical majas and 4 metaphorical. Overall, the song "Qesset Hobb" employs rhetorical devices such as exaggeration, litotes, pleonasm, alliteration, assonance, anastrophe, apostrophe, erotesis, and zeugma. Metaphors, personification, metonomia, and paronomasia are all examples of figurative language.

Abstract

The cost of education is becoming increasingly expensive. According to an article quoted by detikedu citing BPS statistics, the cost of education rises by 10% to 15% each year. It should be realized that unequal education as a result of the high cost of education will affect all elements of social life. Education is not only expensive in public and private schools or educational institutions. This research uses a literature research approach. The literature search used keywords such as "education financing problems in Indonesia", "rising education costs", "high education costs", and other keyword combinations relevant to the topic. Education financing consists of investment costs, operating costs and personal costs. One of the most important aspects of achieving optimal educational goals is managing expenditure appropriately in accordance with the necessary financing needs. It is a sad reality that, due to lack of resources, disadvantaged children will continue to drop out of primary, junior secondary and senior secondary school, and will never have the opportunity to go to university. Some factors that contribute to the rising cost of education include: 1) Ineffective and inefficient school financing budgets, 2) Lack of democratization and transparency in school management, 3) Weak supervision and control of school fees by the government, 4) Lack of teacher welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and understand the concept of classification and utilization of education funds in Islamic educational institutions at the madrasah aliyah level. The concept is based on the concept of institutions that implement financing management by classifying and forming a priority scale of fund use. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, with interview data collection techniques, observation, and documentation studies. The subject of the study was the madrasah aliyah treasurer. The results of the study indicate that the madrasah aliyah has been accredited A by BANSM in 2015 and has received a clean and targeted budget management predicate from the State Treasury Service Office. The budget can be classified into three types based on its benefits, namely as an assessment tool, a tool for authorizing expenditures, and an efficiency tool. The utilization of education funds is guided by activity components, cost units (including teacher salaries, facilities and infrastructure, and PBM support), procurement financing, and maintenance financing. The classification and utilization of education funds are aligned with the RKAM using the principle of priority scale, with funding sources including BOS funds and committee funds. This study contributes to understanding effective budget management in educational institutions, by emphasizing the importance of prioritized and transparent use of funds.

Abstract

Good learning media must be used to support learning. In general, there are three types of learning media, namely audio media, visual media, and audiovisual media. This research wants to know how audio, visual, and audiovisual media are applied at MTsN 1 Makassar City so that learning is not monotonous for students. This research uses qualitative and descriptive methodology. The data collected for this study came from Arabic language learning at MTsN 1 Makassar City. The data sources in this study consisted of G1, G2, and G3 who were Arabic language teachers at MTsN 1 Makassar City. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and observations. The results of this study found that learning using audio media alone is very rarely used, but in some times they simply apply it by reading the text directly to students, then Arabic language learning using visual media at MTsN 1 Makassar City is quite often rather than audio media. This is because visual media is more helpful for teachers in visualizing their explanations, then the use of audiovisual media is sometimes only on a few occasions or. In the use of auidiovisual media, teachers often provide spectacles such as movies, cartoons, or video clips related to learning.

Abstract

Arbitration is an option that businesses frequently use to resolve conflicts. Arbitration, as an institution in the field of judicial proceedings outside of public courts, is a highly useful way of settling disputes or disagreements that arise in the fulfillment of agreements or contracts, particularly in both national and international private law. This arbitration organization is commonly utilized in commercial and investment transactions. In this research, the approach used is normative juridical, which evaluates and tests secondary facts in the form of positive law. This research is descriptive and analytical in nature. arbitration is a way of resolving a civil dispute outside the public courts based on an arbitration agreement made in writing by the parties to the dispute. Individuals or institutions can settle disputes through arbitration. Arbitration is increasingly being utilized to settle national and international commercial disputes. The role of international arbitration is facilitated by the existence of international arbitral institutions. These bodies include The London Court of International Arbiitration, The Court of Arbitation Of The International Chamber Of Commerce, The Arbitration Institute Of The Stockholm Chamber Of Commerce, and Indonesian National Arbitration Board.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the use of code switching and code mixing in Instagram content by Sehand Azhar, especially in the form of video reels, to understand its function and meaning in digital communication. The method used is a descriptive qualitative case study with the technique of simak libat cakap. Data were taken from 15 video reels watched by more than 20,000 people, and analyzed using a summative approach to identify elements of code-switching and code-mixing. The results show that the use of code-switching and code-mixing in Azhar's content enriches expression and strengthens social identity between speakers, with some Arabic elements that are difficult to translate into Indonesian, thus adding aesthetic and functional value in the pesantren context. The analysis also reveals that this phenomenon is supported by the multilingual ability of the speakers and the appeal of Arabic among the audience, most of whom have a pesantren background. The implications of this study show that code-switching and code-mixing in social media not only strengthen social relations, but also contribute to the preservation of pesantren language and culture, and open up opportunities for further research on the impact of multilingualism in digital communication. Abstract

Antara tahun 2000 dan 2019, diperkirakan 25% lebih banyak orang yang hidup dengan penyakit mental. Dalam meneliti masalah kesehatan mental, para ilmuwan dan psikolog mungkin mengabaikan dimensi spiritual dan lebih memilih dimensi biologis dan sosial.  Peran Islam dalam kesehatan mental sangatlah penting untuk menghindari situasi yang tidak diinginkan seperti kegelisahan, kecemasan, dan bahkan tekanan mental. Pada kenyataannya, setiap manusia mendambakan kehidupan yang tenang, damai, menyenangkan, dan bermanfaat bagi orang lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji gagasan kesehatan mental dari perspektif Al Qur’ān . Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi studi literatur atau penelitian kepustakaan, dan data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan mesin pencari Google Scholar, istilāh "Mental health dalam perspektif Al-Qur’ān" digunakan dalam pencarian yang kemudian diolah menggunakan Nvivo 12. Menurut Mustofa Fahmi kesehatan mental ada dua kategori: pertama, kesehatan mental positif (ijabĩ) adalah kemampuan individu untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan diri sendiri dan lingkungan sosialnya, dan kedua, kesehatan mental negatif (salabĩ) adalah terhindarnya individu dari segala bentuk neurosis (al-amrādl al-ashābiyyah) dan psikosis (al-amrādi al-dzibāniyyah). Sejalan dengan teori tersebut temuan dari penelitian ini ialah ada dua macam kesehatan mental dalam Al-Qur’ān : menjaga kesehatan mental dan penyakit kesehatan mental itu sendiri. Petunjuk dan pertolongan Allah, ibadah, keikhlasan, kebahagiaan, keseimbangan emosi, cinta diri, kesabaran, muhasabah, dan menjadikan Al-Qur’ān  sebagai penyembuh merupakan komponen-komponen dalam menjaga kesehatan mental. Depresi, kecemasan, dan penyakit mental adalah contoh masalah kesehatan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah gagasan Al-Qur’ān  tentang menjaga dan mencegah masalah kesehatan mental.

Abstract

The Madrasah head is responsible for organizing and implementing supervision activities in an effort to improve and enhance the teacher-learning process. The study aims to determine academic supervision on Arabic language learning planning and implementation at MTsN 1 Makassar City. The research uses a descriptive method, and the qualitative approach uses Nvivo12. Results showed that the head of the madrasah and senior Arabic teachers work together to conduct academic supervision, which includes carrying out Arabic lesson planning supervision through direct supervision and indirectly, which is carried out through the Arabic MGMP forum. In addition, MTsN 1 Makassar City also invites education practitioners to help guide teachers. Then, in supervising the implementation of Arabic learning, the Head of Madrasah, in collaboration with the MGMP coordinator, conducts classroom visits to observe the administration and implementation of learning. In the course of learning, if teachers are found to have difficulties, they will be directed and assisted in the Arabic MGMP forum. Implication of research is the emphasis on the important role of madrasah principals in organizing and implementing supervision activities, strengthening collaboration between madrasah principals and senior Arabic teachers and focusing on supporting teachers who experience difficulties, both through direct direction and assistance in the Arabic MGMP forum.
