Abstract

This article examines the opportunities and challenges faced by the Jakarta Provincial Government's initiative through the Jakpreneur program in improving the resilience of MSMEs amid the complexity of the RCEP regional trade agreement. This research is qualitative-based with a literature study with the concepts of economic resilience and MSMEs in International Relations. RCEP emphasizes the importance of MSMEs as a way to overcome the challenges of developing countries in the global supply chain. In Jakarta, the Jakpreneur program aims to empower MSMEs through training, access to financing, market linkages, and policy support, preparing them to take advantage of RCEP opportunities. The author highlights the interaction between Jakpreneur and RCEP, providing policy recommendations to strengthen MSMEs to face the free market. The conclusion of the article emphasizes the importance of special and different treatment for developing countries in RCEP, as well as the role of Jakpreneur in facilitating Jakarta MSMEs. Challenges faced include low competitiveness, limited access to financing, and inadequate infrastructure, but there are opportunities such as broader market access, international cooperation, and access to technology that can improve the competitiveness and efficiency of Jakarta MSMEs.   Artikel ini mengkaji peluang dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh inisiatif Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta melalui program Jakpreneur dalam meningkatkan ketahanan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di tengah kompleksitas perjanjian perdagangan regional RCEP. Penulis dalam penelitian ini berbasis kualitatif untuk melihat bagaimana Jakpreneur berperan dalam menghadapi RCEP. RCEP menekankan pentingnya UMKM sebagai cara mengatasi tantangan negara berkembang dalam rantai pasokan global. Di Jakarta, program Jakpreneur bertujuan memberdayakan UMKM melalui pelatihan, akses pembiayaan, hubungan pasar, dan dukungan kebijakan, mempersiapkan mereka untuk memanfaatkan peluang RCEP. Penulis menyoroti interaksi antara Jakpreneur dan RCEP, memberikan gambaran deskriptif terhadap Jakpreneur untuk memperkuat UMKM menghadapi pasar bebas. Kesimpulan artikel menegaskan pentingnya special and different treatmentuntuk negara berkembang dalam RCEP, serta peran Jakpreneur dalam memfasilitasi UMKM Jakarta. Tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi daya saing rendah, keterbatasan akses pembiayaan, dan infrastruktur yang kurang memadai, namun terdapat peluang seperti akses pasar yang lebih luas, kerja sama internasional, dan akses teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan efisiensi UMKM Jakarta.

Abstract

Sejak awal tahun 2020, Indonesia dilanda pandemi Covid-19 yang menyerang sistem pernapasan. Kasus Covid-19 di Indonesia terus meningkat yang menyebabkan pemerintah pun memberlakukan kebijakan agar masyarakat membatasi kegiatan di luar rumah. Selain itu, peningkatan kasus Covid-19 tersebut pun menyebabkan seseorang yang positif Covid-19 maupun berkontak erat dengan individu yang terinfeksi, maka harus melakukan isolasi mandiri ataupun karantina. Hal itu menyebabkan individu tersebut akan mengalami kebingungan, kekhawatiran, kecemasan atas apa yang harus mereka lakukan saat menjalani isolasi mandiri atau karantina yang berujung terhadap stres bahkan memburuknya kesehatan mental. Maka dari itu, diperlukan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat dijadikan sebagai pedoman aktivitas dan sarana informasi bagi pasien yang terinfeksi Covid-19 tanpa gejala (OTG) ataupun gejala ringan yang sedang menjalani isolasi mandiri. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan yang terdiri atas 2 tahap meliputi tahap penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dan tahap pengembangan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem FAST. Aplikasi yang diciptakan bernama aplikasi Frecuid yang memiliki 4 fitur utama yakni fitur Covid-19 Status, Activities Recommendation, SECA (Schedule Activities) dan Ask Us. Aplikasi Frecuid memiliki fitur unggulan berupa penyediaan jadwal aktivitas yang akan muncul dalam bentuk notifikasi sebagai pengingat dan rekomendasi aktivitas yang dapat dilakukan bagi pasien positif Covid-19 guna menghindari adanya dampak psikologis seperti kebingungan, kecemasan, kekhawatiran hingga stres saat menjalani isolasi mandiri dan FAQ mengenai isolasi mandiri dan Covid-19.

Abstract

Stunting is a nutritional problem in toddlers and is still a public health problem in developing countries like Indonesia. Currently, Indonesia is still the country with the highest prevalence of stunting among countries in Southeast Asia. Ogan Ilir Regency is the area with the second largest prevalence of stunting in South Sumatra, which will affect the development performance of the area, whether related to economic growth, poverty or inequality. The aim of this community service activity is to provide education to mothers who have babies or toddlers about stunting and how to prevent it in Burai Village. By holding this activity, it is hoped that mothers who have babies/toddlers will know, be willing and able to achieve healthy babies/toddlers with good nutritional status and growth and development. This service activity takes the form of implementing stunting and MPASI educational activities starting with anthropometric measurements of babies/toddlers, counseling about stunting and what's on my plate, providing material about MPASI and closing with a question and answer session. Interactive Educational Activities on Baby/Toddler Health as Prevention of Stunting is one part of the implementation of Field Learning Experiences (PBL) in Burai Village which is expected to increase awareness and knowledge of pregnant women or mothers who have babies/toddlers in preventing stunting as well as providing good complementary foods. adjusted according to age.

Abstract

Studi paradiplomasi dalam hubungan internasional telah memperlihatkan peran pemerintah subnasional sebagai entitas yang mampu melakukan hubungan luar negeri. Di sisi lain, isu transnasional seperti permasalahan lingkungan telah menjadi sorotan bagi masyarakat internasional. Environment Municipal Agenda adalah salah satu agenda yang secara nyata mengintegrasikan keikutsertaan pemerintah sub nasional dalam menghadapi isu-isu lingkungan. Dalam artikel ini, penulis menjelaskan tentang komitmen pemerintah São Paulo sebagai salah satu kota di Brazil yang ikut serta mengimplementasikan Paris Agreement melalui keaktifannya di dalam jaringan kota (Transnational Municipal Networks). Tulisan ini berusaha untuk menganalisis dampak yang muncul setelah praktik-praktik tersebut dilakukan terhadap progres lingkungan dan terhadap citra Brazil di kancah internasional. Analisis aktivitas-aktivitas luar negeri São Paulo dilakukan dengan melihat paradiplomasi dalam dimensi lingkungan. Adapun, penulisan artikel ini dibuat menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui studi literatur.

Abstract

This research looks at the extent to which collaboration or collaboration is carried out between guidance and counseling teachers and biology subject teachers in optimizing students' potential, making students independent in solving the problems they have. The purpose of this research is to see how collaboration between guidance and counseling teachers and biology teachers functions as a way to deal with problems and learning difficulties faced by students in. In this research, a qualitative approach was used, and data collection methods were used through observation and interviews. The research results show that the role of student subject teachers is very important in finding, understanding, and overcoming learning problems faced by students due to the closeness and intensity of interactions that occur between subject teachers and these students. Furthermore, the research findings show four collaborative steps carried out by subject teachers with guidance and counseling teachers in overcoming student learning difficulties, including: 1) Involving peer tutors 2) Providing variations in the learning process 3) Providing variations in learning models 4) Providing assignments flexibly . Research also shows that there are obstacles and barriers found by subject teachers and guidance and counseling teachers in collaboration in overcoming learning difficulties, namely difficulty finding students' learning obstacles because students are closed and do not want to talk about their problems.

Abstract

COVID-19 has had an enormous impact on global markets and affected labor markets as there has been a drastic reduction in income and employment worldwide. The pandemic continues to pose pressing new legal issues for the Australian government, employers and workers. Governments are missing opportunities to address the gender pay gap. With the development of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Australian government is engaging in a wide range of activities and actions by Australian public service departments and agencies. The economic instability experienced by Australia during the COVID-19 pandemic has given impetus to the government's vision of economic recovery. Using qualitative methods, this research explains how the implementation of Australian government policies can work well. The conceptual framework used as a foundation is foreign policy according to K.J. Holsti and Rosenau. The results of the study will illustrate that the government policies implemented by Australia in dealing with the post-covid labor crisis in 2020-2022 can realize a significant reduction in unemployment.
