Abstract

Keterampilan berbicara di depan umum (public speaking) merupakan aspek penting dalam pembentukan karakter dan kepercayaan diri santri, khususnya dalam lingkungan pesantren yang menekankan pendidikan dakwah. Kegiatan Muhadharah di Ma’had Al-Zaytun berfungsi sebagai wadah terstruktur dan berkelanjutan untuk melatih kemampuan berbicara santri di hadapan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan kegiatan Muhadharah dan menganalisis perannya dalam mengembangkan kemampuan public speaking santri kelas 9 Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ma’had Al-Zaytun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan Muhadharah dilaksanakan secara sistematis dengan keterlibatan aktif dari santri dan pendamping. Kegiatan ini meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, kemampuan menyusun pesan, intonasi, dan ekspresi berbicara. Partisipasi berkelanjutan santri dalam kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan kemampuan public speaking serta pembentukan karakter dakwah.

Abstract

This thesis examines the management of waqf empowerment at Yayasan Pemberdayaan Insan Mandiri (YAPIM) in Ciledug, Tangerang. The focus is to understand how waqf empowerment is implemented and to identify both supporting and inhibiting factors. The aim is to see how waqf management contributes to community welfare and what challenges are faced in practice. The research uses a qualitative approach with structured interviews involving ten informants, including YAPIM’s management and local community leaders, supported by observation and documentation. Findings show that YAPIM has developed a cash waqf program to acquire land for community needs. The land is utilized to build dormitories for orphans and underprivileged groups, showing the social value of waqf. At present, waqf empowerment remains in the developmental stage due to the lack of a dedicated institution managing waqf assets. Its use focuses on education and the economy, though obstacles include limited organizational capacity and public hesitation. To ensure sustainability, the study recommends training for nazhir (waqf managers) to improve professionalism and strengthen waqf management.

Abstract

Abstrak Kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat tidak dapat dipisahkan dari hubungan sosial yang saling bergantung, karena pada dasarnya ekonomi berfungsi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup melalui pertukaran barang dan jasa. Salah satu bentuk transaksi yang berkembang adalah sistem konsinyasi yang banyak digunakan oleh usaha kecil seperti toko kelontong. Sistem ini memungkinkan pemilik toko menjual produk tanpa modal besar karena barang tetap milik pemasok hingga terjual. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis praktik konsinyasi di Toko Kelontong Blok Balir, Desa Mekarjaya, serta menilai kesesuaiannya dengan prinsip hukum ekonomi syariah. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan penelitian lapangan melalui wawancara dengan pemilik toko dan pemasok serta kajian literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem konsinyasi dijalankan melalui kesepakatan lisan berdasarkan kepercayaan timbal balik. Pemilik toko hanya membayar barang yang terjual, sedangkan barang tidak terjual dikembalikan kepada pemasok. Praktik ini sejalan dengan akad Samsarah dan Ju‘alah dalam muamalah Islam, di mana pemilik toko bertindak sebagai perantara dan memperoleh komisi dari hasil penjualan. Berdasarkan hukum ekonomi Islam, praktik ini mencerminkan prinsip Tawhid, ‘Adl, Khilafah, dan Mashlahah, sehingga dapat dikategorikan sesuai dengan prinsip muamalah syariah karena mengandung keadilan, kejujuran, dan manfaat bersama. Kata Kunci: Konsinyasi, Toko Kelontong, Akad Samsarah, Akad Ju‘alah, Hukum Ekonomi Syariah.   Abstract Community economic activities cannot be separated from interdependent social relations, because basically the economy functions to meet the needs of life through the exchange of goods and services. One form of transaction that has developed is the consignment system, which is widely used by small businesses such as grocery stores. This system allows shop owners to sell products without large capital because the goods remain the property of the supplier until they are sold. This study aims to analyze the practice of consignment at the Balir Block Grocery Store, Mekarjaya Village, and to assess its compliance with the principles of sharia economic law. The method used is descriptive qualitative with field research through interviews with shop owners and suppliers, as well as literature review. The results show that the consignment system is carried out through an oral agreement based on mutual trust. The shop owner only pays for goods that are sold, while unsold goods are returned to the supplier. This practice is in line with the Samsarah and Ju‘alah contracts in Islamic muamalah, where the shop owner acts as an intermediary and receives a commission from sales proceeds. Based on Islamic economic law, this practice reflects the principles of Tawhid, ‘Adl, Khilafah, and Mashlahah, so it can be categorized as in accordance with the principles of sharia muamalah because it contains elements of justice, honesty, and mutual benefit. Abstract

In the competitive global era, this ability is a must to prepare for the world of work and achieve academic and social success. Public speaking skills are an important skill for students, especially in the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting (KPI) study program. However, many students still face obstacles such as lack of confidence. Interpersonal communication, which involves verbal and non-verbal interactions, plays an important role in building relationships and supporting the development of public speaking. The results show that openness, empathy, and active listening help students of KPI IAI Al-AZIS in social interactions and public speaking. Self-disclosure, social support, introspection, and concentration strengthen relationships with the audience, enhance self-confidence, and support effective and impactful communication. This research emphasizes the role of interpersonal communication in the development of students' public speaking skills.. Keywords: Interpersonal Communication, Public Speaking, Student
