Abstract

Chronic kidney failure is an irreversible disease, where if you have experienced this disease you cannot return to normal as before. One way that can be done to maintain the condition and function of the kidneys so that the damage does not get worse is by carrying out dialysis therapy throughout the patient's life (usually done 1 to 3 times a week) or until a new kidney donor is obtained by undergoing transplantation surgery. kidney. Situations like this interfere with the patient's quality of life and psychological disorders such as anxiety. With the emergence of feelings of anxiety and decreased quality of life, the condition of the disease experienced will worsen. One effort that can be made to manage feelings of anxiety and maintain quality of life is by exercising self-efficacy. The aim of this research activity is to see whether there is a relationship between self-efficacy and quality of life and anxiety in patients suffering from chronic kidney failure who are being treated at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital. This research is a descriptive analytical study using a cross sectional approach. There were 80 patients who were samples from the 100 patients who were the population in this study. The statistical test used in this research is the chi-square test, which shows that the p value is for quality of life (p= 0.000), and the p value is for anxiety (p= 0.003). Through these results, it can be proven that there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and quality of life and anxiety in patients with chronic kidney failure who are undergoing hemodialysis therapy at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital.

Abstract

The environment is all objects and forces and conditions, including humans and their actions, which are present in the space where humans exist and affect the survival and well-being of humans and other living organisms. Research Methods This type of community service is a form of legal counseling by delivering material and providing legal knowledge through legal counseling and discussions and questions and answers which will be held at Dolu Sidebuk-debuk on Saturday, 10 to 11 December 2022 from 13.00 WIB to 13.00 WIB completed, attended by the local community and the village head of Dolu sidebuk-debuk. The data analysis used is qualitative, using the type of presentation of normative law and the nature of the presentation is descriptive. The approach used to answer the presentation is the Law. The data collection method in this study was carried out by counseling and discussion then taking and concluding some of the writings contained in the Act, articles, books as well as some legal writing results related to the discussion. Efforts to protect and manage the environment are a conditio sine qua non, which means that causes can be determined for each effect and each cause has an influence on the occurrence of an effect to be carried out consistently in sustainable national development. Environmental law is a reliable tool for protecting and managing the environment because environmental law apart from having a prevention function also has a law enforcement function whenever damage and/or damage to the environment is caused by legal subjects as a result of business and/or or the activities they do.

Abstract

Bullying merupakan suatu aksi atau serangkaian aksi negative yang sering kali agresif dan manipulative yang dilakukan oleh satu atau lebih orang terhadap orang lain atau beberapa orang selama kurun waktu tertentu, bermuatan kekerasan dan melibatkan ketidakseimbangan kekuatan. Bullying merupakan suatu perbuatan kekerasan fisik yang dilakukan terhadap anak dengan cara verbal atau non-verbal maupun langsung atau tidak langsung. Kasus bullying yang dilakukan oleh anak dibawah umur sebagai pelaku bullying tentu akan melahirkan akibat hukum terhadap anak tersebut sebagaimana diatur dalam UU Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang perubahan UU No 23 Tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak serta UU Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Peradilan Anak. Maraknya kasus bullying yang terjadi harus menjadi perhatian kita Bersama karena banyaknya korban bullying yang terjadi khususnya dilingkungan sekolah berakhir pada kematian si korban, akibat tekanan dan tidak mendapatkannya perlindungan hukum baik dari lingkungan sekolah maupun lingkungan keluarga.untuk itu penulis menganggap hal ini sangat perlu menjadi perhatian kita bersama.
