Abstract

Management is an activity that starts from planning, organizing, mobilizing, supervising to coordinate existing resources to achieve common goals in an organization. In the Islamic view, the function of education management reviewed in the Qur'an has several discussions including: (1) planning, (2) organizing; (3) actuating, and (4) controlling. This paper aims to describe verses, hadiths and the relevance between theories and the interpretation of management functions. This research is library research and is included in the qualitative research approach. Data collection is carried out directly from various relevant literature including the Quran, hadith, books, and research articles. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of data analysis show that the management function has the word of God that regulates it starting from the functions of planning, organizing, moving and supervising

Abstract

Manpower placement is a series of processes after recruitment and selection to determine positions in accordance with their abilities in order to complete work effectively and efficiently in accordance with what has been determined by the organization. Performance is the achievement of work results charged to employees based on experience, proficiency, sincerity, time, quantity, quality, reliability, attendance, and ability to cooperate. In the placement of manpower, knowledge and experience and ability are needed in carrying out their duties and if they are not experts who do it, there will be destruction or failure, so to achieve success in the right placement according to their expertise is needed. This research is library research and is included in the qualitative research approach. Data collection is carried out directly from various relevant literature including research articles sourced from Google Scholar. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of data analysis show that labor placement affects employee performance. This can be seen from the responsibility of employees to work, the punctuality of coming to work and the responsibility in completing tasks at work

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah banyaknya prestasi yang diraih SD Negeri 1 Sijunjung sebagai Sekolah Penggerak, yang diduga kuat dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolahnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi keempat komponen kepemimpinan transformasional—idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, dan individualized consideration—di sekolah tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi pada November 2024 hingga Agustus 2025. Informan penelitian terdiri dari kepala sekolah, empat pendidik, dan satu anggota komite. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keempat komponen kepemimpinan transformasional telah diimplementasikan secara efektif. Kepala sekolah menjadi teladan dalam kedisiplinan waktu (idealized influence), memberikan motivasi dan antusiasme dalam program sekolah (inspirational motivation), mendorong inovasi dan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran (intellectual stimulation), serta memberikan perhatian khusus pada kebutuhan bawahan melalui forum komunikasi terbuka (individualized consideration). Simpulan penelitian ini adalah implementasi kepemimpinan transformasional oleh kepala sekolah berhasil menciptakan budaya sekolah yang kolaboratif, inovatif, dan berprestasi, sehingga meningkatkan semangat kerja warga sekolah dan berdampak pada peningkatan prestasi peserta didik.

Abstract

Artikel ini memaparkan tentang Hakikat Etika, Hakekat Moral versus ilmu, aspek dan sifat moral dalam ilmu pengetahuan, etika dan moral dalam Manajeman Pendidikan Islam.Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk memaparkan etika dan moral dalam ilmu pengetahuan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan, atau kajian literatur, sebagai pendekatan utama dalam pengumpulan dan analisis data. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Etika dan moral adalah landasan penting bagi ilmu pengetahuan.Etika dan moralitas memberikan panduan tentang bagaimana pengetahuan harus di terapkan demi kemajuan umat manusia. Kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan harus di imbangi dengan pertimbangan moral dan etika.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan karakter positif siswa di SDN 17 Sijunjung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain fenomologi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan dua  orang  guru   SDN 17   Sijunjung. Instrumen   penelitian   ini adalah lembar wawancara, dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, analisis dokumen dan triangulasi untuk menjamin keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang digunakan oleh kepala sekolah SDN 17 Sijunjung dapat meningkatkan karakter positif siswa. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan strategi yang tepat dan sesuai dengan perkembangan anak dapat meningkatkan karakter positif siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi satuan pendidikan untuk meningkatkan karakter positif siswa di sekolah.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SDN 6 Padang Sibusuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan dua orang guru SDN 6 Padang Sibusuk. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah lembar wawancara, dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, analisis dokumen, dan triangulasi untuk menjamin keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang digunakan oleh kepala sekolah SDN 6 Padang Sibusuk dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan strategi yang tepat dan sesuai dengan perkembangan anak dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi satuan pendidikan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah.
