Abstract

This study was conducted to understand the role of teachers in evaluating learning programs to improve the quality of teaching and learning. This research uses a qualitative method, which is an approach that focuses on understanding phenomena from the perspective of the subjects being studied. The research employs interview and observation techniques. Data analysis in this study uses the Huberman method, which consists of three main steps: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the role of teachers in evaluating learning programs is as evaluators who have the function to identify, assess, and improve the learning programs that have been created and implemented in the classroom during the teaching and learning process. Teachers must also determine whether these learning programs successfully improve the quality of student learning

Abstract

Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui mutu proses pendidikan adalah pendekatan sistem. Melalui pendekatan sistem, banyak aspek berbeda yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan suatu proses dapat diamati. Pembelajaran disebut sistem karena didalamnya terdapat komponen yang saling bergantung dan saling mempengaruhi. Guru, siswa, materi, metode, media, sarana dan prasarana merupakan unsur pembangun pembelajaran. Ketersediaan dan efektivitas masing-masing komponen selanjutnya akan menentukan keberhasilan suatu pembelajaran

Abstract

Effective communication is the process of exchanging ideas, thoughts, and information in a way that best suits goals and objectives. Simply put, it is nothing more than an expression of the sender's point of view in a way that is most easily understood by the recipient. Communication is one of the most important things that must be understood by all members of the organization. It is hoped that understanding communication can be the first step in building harmonious relationships within an organization. The purposes of communication in organizations include providing information, feedback, controlling, influencing, problem solving, decision making, encouraging change, and forming groups. This journal discusses the importance of building effective communication between the chairman and members in an organization. This journal uses a literature study research approach. Research using literature studies is research by analyzing a number of journals and articles from relevant previous research. Data collection was carried out through online research by searching for journals and articles via Google Scholar. Then it is rearranged into a complete journal that discusses the topic chosen to be developed.

Abstract

The performance management system for teachers and education personnel is very important to improve the quality of education in an institution. The importance of periodic evaluation of this system to find weaknesses and opportunities for professional development of educators. Currently, many educational institutions still face difficulties in implementing a comprehensive and sustainable performance management system. The purpose of this study is to determine how effective the performance management system for teachers and education personnel is in the related educational institutions. According to the results of the study, the current performance management system still has structural and procedural weaknesses. Not all performance indicators used reflect the real abilities of teachers and education personnel. Major improvements are needed in the assessment mechanism. This is especially related to more objective assessment instruments and standards. The focus of this study is on creating a more comprehensive, participatory, and competency-based performance management system model.

Abstract

Manajemen kearsipan mencakup semua aspek yang digunakan atau terlibat dalam proses pengurusan fungsi-fungsi, seperti perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penyusunan personalia, pengarahan, dan pengendalian atau pengawasan arsip dan sumber daya pengurusan kearsipan, serta sumber daya keuangan yang digunakan untuk membiayai kegiatan kearsipan. Administrasi adalah kumpulan tindakan yang dilakukan oleh kelompok orang secara sistematis untuk menjalankan misi organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka, yang melibatkan pengumpulan data untuk memahami dan mempelajari teori dari berbagai literatur yang relevan. Pengumpulan data ini menggunakan metode mencari sumber dan menkontruksi dari berbagai sumber, termasuk buku, jurnal, dan penelitian sebelumnya. Untuk mendukung proposisi dan gagasan, bahan pustaka yang dikumpulkan dari berbagai referensi tersebut dianalisis secara kritis. Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kearsipan adalah solusi digitalisasi yang dapat digunakan oleh sekolah untuk meningkatkan Administratif dan membuat sistem administrasi seragam kantor. Sistem pengelolaan penyimpanan yang menggunakan perangkat elektronik dan digitalisasi model penyimpanan membuat proses administrasi menjadi mudah.
