Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kepuasan konsumen terhadap store atmosphereyang disediakan oleh Restoran Alam Sunda Gadog serta mengidentifikasi atribut-atribut yangmenjadi keunggulan dan kelemahan berdasarkan store atmosphere dengan menggunakanmetode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Subjek penelitian ini adalah konsumen RestoranAlam Sunda Gadog, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara accidental sampling. Penelitian inimelibatkan 50 konsumen sebagai sampel. Data dianalisis menggunakan Importance PerformanceAnalysis (IPA) dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) untuk menentukan apakah elemen-elemenstore atmosphere seperti exterior, general interior, store layout dan interior display mempengaruhikepuasan konsumen di Restoran Alam Sunda Gadog. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapatdisimpulkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap store atmosphere di Restoran AlamSunda Gadog mencapai 79%, yang menunjukkan bahwa konsumen merasa "puas". Untukmeningkatkan kualitas store atmosphere secara lebih optimal, pihak restoran perlu segeramemperbaiki beberapa atribut, seperti desain restoran dari luar agar terlihat menarik, danmenawarkan variasi produk yang lebih beragam. Kata kunci: Store atmosphere, Restoran Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), Costumer Satifaction Index (CSI).

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi analisis Break-Even Point (BEP) dan strategi target laba di PT Jaya Abadi selama tahun 2021 serta relevansinya terhadap manajemen laba perusahaan di tengah pandemi COVID-19. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi literatur, penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya analisis BEP dalam mengidentifikasi tingkat penjualan minimum yang harus dicapai untuk menutup biaya operasional. Hasil analisis laba perusahaan menunjukkan bahwa PT Jaya Abadi berhasil mencapai laba usaha sebesar Rp 86.730.000 dari total penjualan Rp 155.130.000 setelah mempertimbangkan biaya operasional sebesar Rp 68.400.000. Implementasi analisis BEP dan strategi target laba menjadi krusial dalam mengelola keuangan di tengah ketidakpastian ekonomi global, dengan fokus pada pengembangan strategi penjualan adaptif, optimalisasi kapasitas produksi, dan pengendalian biaya. Temuan penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penggunaan alat analisis biaya seperti BEP dalam perencanaan laba untuk mencapai target laba yang diinginkan dan menghadapi tantangan ekonomi dengan arah pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pemahaman tentang manajemen laba dan strategi keuangan perusahaan di era ketidakpastian ekonomi global.

Abstract

Employee motivation is crucial to ensuring that every employee can work optimally. This study aims to identify the low levels of employee motivation at PT XYZ. The decline in motivation is caused by several issues, such as compensation that does not meet expectations and less harmonious working relationships. These factors have resulted in the company's targets not being achieved. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection methods including in-depth interviews, observations, literature studies, and documentation. The results of the study show that adequate compensation can increase employee motivation. Furthermore, harmonious working relationships can help employees complete their tasks effectively. This study recommends improving compensation policies and efforts to create a conducive working environment to enhance employee motivation, thereby enabling the company to achieve its targets.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Islamic value-based recruitment and selection on employee performance, with HR digitalization as a moderating variable. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach was used by following the PRISMA guidelines to compile, screen, and analyze articles from various national and international academic databases published between 2021 and 2025. From a total of 226 identified articles, 25 met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed further. The findings indicate that most of the reviewed literature supports a positive and significant influence of Islamic value-based recruitment and selection on employee performance, particularly in terms of productivity, work ethics, and loyalty. Furthermore, HR digitalization strengthens the recruitment process by increasing efficiency and objectivity through technologies such as e-recruitment, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and AI based on sharia principles. However, the effectiveness of implementation depends on technological readiness and organizational characteristics. These findings emphasize the importance of integrating spiritual values and digital innovation in Islamic human resource management practices that are adaptive to the challenges of Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0.

Abstract

Village economic empowerment through the One Village One Product (OVOP) concept can improve community welfare. Tegal Village, Bogor Regency, has the potential of Moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera), which are rich in nutrients and can be used as healthy food to help prevent stunting. This study aims to develop Moringa leaf-based cookies as an innovative OVOP product to improve the village economy and address stunting. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), involving PKK women in cookie-making training, and an experimental approach to find the best formulation. The results show that Moringa leaf cookies have high nutritional value, a crunchy texture, a pleasant taste, and good market potential. This activity also enhances women's skills in processing local ingredients into high-value products. With this innovation, the community gains both nutritional benefits and new business opportunities through MSME development. This product is expected to become a sustainable village flagship and support efforts to reduce stunting rates. The results demonstrate local resource-based innovation as an effective solution for improving community welfare and health.
