Abstract

Adolescence is a transitional period of development and growth faced by children aged 15/16 years due to various physical, social, and emotional changes, all of which will cause anxiety and discomfort. This period is also known as a period full of storms and pressure because teenagers must learn to adapt and accept all the changes that often cause emotional upheaval. If the activities carried out by adolescents with their peers are inadequate to meet the demands of their energy fluctuations, adolescents often release their excess energy in a negative direction. This activity can happen because the environment is often not following inner desires or expectations, so a person feels disappointed due to an imbalance between expectations and reality. Therefore, individuals in their teenage years, especially early adolescents, need adjustments to these changes in tasks and roles so that adolescents feel that the environment accepts them and can adapt well to situations of environmental expectations. As a Guidance and counseling teacher, you have to properly guide early youth so that they have a directed future. So, the purpose of this study is: 1) to know the various behaviors of early adolescents. 2) knowing the factors behind early adolescent behavior. 3) to know the counseling teacher's role in guiding early adolescents' behavior. In this qualitative research method, all existing data were analyzed using interviews, observation, and documentation.

Abstract

Background: Teachers are important in the activities and efficiency of information services in schools. Teachers can also act as mentors for their students. To help the education process and the quality of human resources, one of the government's policies is to raise guidance and counseling in schools by the Minister's Decree on January 15, 1975 No. 008d / 1975 and 008e / 1975, the following is emphasized again by Decree No. 84/1993 and No. 118/1996, and finally contained in the Merdeka curriculum is interest and talent. Aim: The purpose of this study is" to know the participation of teachers in implementing the use of the game "trip of three disabled people" through information services at Junior High School 6 Palangka Raya ", the sample amounted to 57 teachers at the school.  Method: This research uses a quantitative descriptive method to make planning in a systematic, factual, and accurate manner Regarding the facts, and characteristics of the population so that the results of this research will draw conclusions that only apply specifically to the research object, namely the teachers of Junior High School 6 Palangka Raya.The main data collection tool uses the Check List technique, namely: a way to obtain data by making a list of questions addressed to all teachers at Junior High School 6 Palangka Raya. Result and Discussion: The results of the study showed that almost all components of the objectives in the study were implemented with a fairly high percentage of 100% by teachers in schools. This means that teachers are very involved and support information services at Junior High School 6 Palangka Raya.

Abstract

Korban bullying adalah seseorang yang memiliki ketakutan tersendiri, sejalan dengan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Sestiani & Muhid, (2022) korban bully seringkali menyembunyikan masalah yang dihadapinya atau tidak melaporkan ancamannya (dalam  Nurshafilla, R.S. Dini, R. & Mustianah 2023). Hal ini pastilah memiliki dampak buruk bagi korban bullying secara verbal terkhususnya, maka dari dampak itulah, peserta didik pasti membutuhkan Solusi untuk setiap permasalahan yang ada, dari permasalahan ini  dengan melalui penerapam layanan konseling kelompok Teknik desensitisasi sistematis, bertujuan agar peserta didik dapat memecahkan permasalahannya. Pada penelitian kuantitatif ini, dengan jenis penelitian ‘pre-eksperimental,  dengan Grup Pre-test and Post-Test Design’ sampel diambil dengan Teknik Purposive Sampling, sehingga sesuai dengan kriteria pemilihan sampel, yaitu 5 peserta didik dari kelas VIII.6 – VIII.8 SMPN 3 Palangka Raya yang ditetapkan menjadi sampel. Alat pengumpul data utama yang digunakan peneliti adalah kuisioner, kemudian data analisis menggunakan (SPSS V25). Hasil penelitian t table 6,458 > 3,182 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, berarti  Layanan Konseling Kelompok Menggunakan Pendekatan Behavior Dengan Teknik Desensitisasi Sistematis Bisa Diterapkan Untuk Mengobati  Perilaku Bullying Verbal Peserta Didik   Di SMPN 3 Palangka Raya dan ada perbedaan yang signifikan, sebelum dan sesudah diberikan layanan Dengan R Square 11%.

Abstract

Abstrak: Guru sangat diharapkan guna kepentingan efektivitas dan efisien layanan informasi di sekolah. Guru pun dapat bertindak sebagai pembimbing bagi anak didiknya. Untuk membantu proses pendidikan dan kualitas sumber daya  manusia salah satu kebijakan dari pemerintah adalah mengangkat bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah-sekolah sesuai dengan SK Menteri pada tanggal 15 Januari 1975 No. 008d/1975 dan 008e/1975, berikut dipertegas lagi dengan SK maupun No. 84/1993 dan No. 118/1996, dan terakhir terkandung dalam kurikulum 2013 adalah peminatan. Tujuan pengabdian ini “ingin mengetahui partisipasi guru dalam melaksanakan penggunaan permainan “perjalanan tiga orang cacat” melalui layanan informasi di SMP NEGERI 6 PALANGKA RAYA ”, Sampel berjumlah 57 orang guru di sekolah. Alat pengumpulan data utama menggunakan teknik Check List, yaitu: suatu cara untuk memperoleh data dengan membuat daftar pertanyaan yang ditujukan kepada seluruh guru pada SMP NEGERI 6 PALANGKA RAYA. Cara menganalisa data untuk menguji kenyataan yang ada partisipasi guru di sekolah terhadap pelaksanaan layanan informasi, pengabdi menggunakan perhitungan presentase. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa hampir semua komponen tujuan dalam pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan presentase 100% cukup tinggi oleh guru-guru di sekolah. Ini berarti guru sangat berpartisipasi dan mendukung Layanan informasi di SMP NEGERI 6 PALANGKA RAYA. Kata Kunci: Layanan Informasi, Permainan “Perjalanan Tiga Orang Cacat”, Keterampilan Komunikasi,  SMP NEGERI 6 PALANGKA RAYA. Abstract: Teachers are highly expected for the sake of effectiveness and efficiency of information services in schools. The purpose of this service is "to find out about teacher participation in implementing the game "Journey of Three Disabled People" through information services at SMP NEGERI 6 PALANGKA RAYA", The sample is 57 teachers at the school. The main data collection tool uses the Check List technique, namely: a way to obtain data by making a list of questions addressed to all teachers at SMP NEGERI 6 PALANGKA RAYA. To analyze the data to test the reality of teacher participation in schools regarding the implementation of information services, the service uses percentage calculations. The results of the service show that almost all components of the goals in the service are implemented with a fairly high percentage of 100% by the teachers at the school. This means that teachers really participate and support information services at SMP NEGERI 6 PALANGKA RAYA. Keywords: Information Services,Game "Journey of Three Disabled People", Communication Skills, SMP NEGERI 6 PALANGKA RAYA.
