A teacher is highly expected for the benefit of effectiveness and efficiency of Guidance and Counseling services in schools. Teachers can also act as mentors for their students. One of the government's policies is to promote guidance and counseling in schools to assist the educational process and the quality of human resources. The purpose of this study " is to know teachers' participation in using the game "What Falls" through information services at Senior High School 1 Kurun, Kuala Kurun. "The sample consisted of 51 teachers in the school. The main data collection tool uses the Check List technique, namely, a way to obtain data by making a list of questions addressed to all teachers at Senior High School 1 Kurun, Kuala Kurun. Researchers use percentage calculations to analyze the data to test the reality that there is teacher participation in schools in implementing group guidance services. The results showed that almost all of the components of the objectives in the study were carried out at a fairly high percentage of 100% by the teachers at the school. This means teachers participate in and support information services at Senior High School 1 Kurun, Kuala Kurun.

The Independent Curriculum is an educational innovation that aims to give schools the freedom to adapt their curriculum to students' needs and preferences. The aim of this research is to obtain an overview of the competency profile of Guidance and Counseling Teachers in Palangka Raya in implementing the independent curriculum. This research method is quantitative research with a survey type. With data analysis techniques is percentages. The research sample was 50 Guidance and Counseling Teachers in Palangka Raya. The results of the research show that there are 37 or 74% of BK teachers who have in-depth knowledge of the independent curriculum; 39 BK teachers or 78% have the ability to map student potential; 33 guidance and counseling teachers or 66% have skills in designing individual guidance programs; 42 BK teachers or 84% have effective counseling and communication skills; 46 BK teachers or 92% have collaboration and partnership skills.

Permasalahan yang marak terjadi dikalangan siswa pada saat ini salah satunya adalah bullying. Hal ini bisa disebabkan karena kurangnya pemahaman bullying siswa. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman bullying siswa kelas VIII 9 di SMP Negeri 6 Palangka Raya dengan cara memberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok menggunakan media cinema therapy. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian eksperimental dengan desain penelitian pre-experimental designs menggunakan one group pre-test post-test design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 29 siswa kelas VIII 9 di SMP Negeri 6 Palangka Raya dan sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu pengambilan sampel dengan cara melihat pertimbangan tertentu (Sugiyono, 2019). Peneliti memilih 7 sampel dengan kategori siswa yang kurang memiliki pemahaman bullying dan sering melakukan bullying. Alat pengumpul data utama yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa angket yang dibagikan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya peningkatan pemahaman bullying siswa. Kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dari Uji Paired Samples T-tes dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perhitungan uji-t dengan menggunakan uji paired sampel t-test diperoleh nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 dan perbandingan nilai thitung dan ttabel yaitu 11,714 > 2,365. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pemahaman bullying yang signifikan pada siswa setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok menggunakan media cinema therapy. Artinya hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan layanan bimbingan kelompok menggunakan media cinema therapy dapat meningkatkan pemahaman bullying pada siswa kelas VIII 9 di SMP Negeri 6 Palangka Raya tahun ajaran 2023/2024.

Juvenile delinquency is the behavior of some teenagers that is contrary to law, religion and social norms. This research was conducted to determine whether the application of group guidance using group discussion techniques can reduce juvenile delinquency. This research is a Pre-Experimental Design research with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design type. Based on data, the experimental group was compared with the group before being provided with services. The average pre-test percentage of 10 subjects was 76%, including the high category, indicating that the level of juvenile delinquency is high. After being provided with the service, the post-test results for the 10 subjects decreased to 56% in the low category, which indicates that the level of juvenile delinquency is low or has decreased. Based on data analysis, it is known that the research significance is 0.00 < 0.05. It can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Where group guidance services using group discussion techniques can reduce juvenile delinquency in class VII SMPN 3 Palangka Raya. It is hoped that this research can become a reference for further research, thus adding to the insight of other researchers, especially those regarding student juvenile delinquency.

Self-acceptance is a person's level of awareness about his or her personal traits and the desire to accept his or her circumstances. Self-acceptance is an attitude that basically feels satisfied with oneself, recognizes the qualities and talents possessed, and realizes the shortcomings in oneself. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of group counseling with expressive writing therapy techniques to increase self-acceptance in students who are victims of broken homes at SMK Negeri 1 Palangka Raya. This type of research is experimental quantitative research, pre-experimental designs in the form of one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were students in class XI TKR and XI TAV, a sample of 4 students with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using, questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using t-test with the help of SPSS 25 for windows. Based on the results of the study, it is known that there are 3 students with low category self-acceptance and 1 student in the medium category, with an average pre-test score of 91 in the low category. After getting group counseling services, it shows that the post-test results increase with an average post-test score of 101 in the moderate category. Then the t-test was carried out and the t-count> t-table value was obtained = 10.088> 3.182 so that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that it could be concluded that there was an increase in self-acceptance in students who were victims of broken homes after being given group counseling services with expressive writing therapy techniques.

The competence of High School Guidance and Counseling Teachers (SMA BK Teachers) is very important to be improved in facing the challenges of the era of revolution 4.0. Improving the competence of High School Guidance and Counseling Teachers is expected to be able to help students think analytically, evaluatively, creatively, and complexly known as High Order Thinking Skills (HOTs), and develop students' career readiness. Therefore, high school guidance and counseling teachers must have creative and innovative strategies for providing career counseling services. This creative and innovative form can be seen in the design of a career counseling service model with group counseling services that are oriented towards developing 21st-century skills, namely critical thinking skills, creative thinking skills, collaboration skills, and communication skills by implementing the KIPAS counseling model. The method used in the KIPAS model career counseling training through this group counseling service is to apply a training model with an "in-on-in" pattern, namely three activities including one synchronous offline activity, one asynchronous online activity, and one assignment activity. The number of participants was 30 high school guidance and counseling teachers in Palangka Raya City with a pattern of 42 lesson hours and was carried out for four weeks. This training has succeeded in increasing the insight and competence of high school guidance and counseling teachers to practice the KIPAS model of career counseling services sequentially according to the KIPAS counseling stages.

Self-disclosure is the process of giving the other party the opportunity to know how we think, how we feel about something, and about our desires. Students who are capable of self-openness are proven to be able to adjust, be more confident, have a positive attitude, be more objective, and open. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which brainstorming techniques are used to assist students in increasing self-disclosure in communication among students of MAN Palangka Raya City. The type of research used is Pre-Experimental Designs with One-group Pretest-Postets Design. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by purposive sampling. The sample in this study was 6 students of MAN Kota Palangka Raya who have low self-disclosure in communication. The data collection tool uses a self-disclosure questionnaire in communication. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is non-parametric statistics with paired two-sample t-test formula. The results of the study show self-openness in communication before receiving group guidance with the brainstorming technique of 50% in the low category, after receiving group guidance with the brainstorming technique of 69% with the high category. The difference in the level of self-disclosure in communication before and after being given group guidance with brainstorming techniques was 18%. The results of the paired two-sample t-test obtained t count-12.548 and t table -2.015 means that Ha is accepted. These results indicate that the brainstorming technique is so effective in increasing self-disclosure in communication among students of MAN Kota Palangka Raya.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether behavioristic techniques can increase student learning independence through group counseling in class VIII of SMP Isen Mulang Palangka Raya. This type of research is a quantitative study with a pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest type. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics from the paired sample T-test (SPSS version 25 program). The population in this study were 11 students in class VIII with a total sample of 4 students. The results of the calculation of the average score of learning independence before participating in group counseling services with behavioristic techniques an average of 65 then after being given group counseling with behavioristic techniques increased to 86.75 with an average increase of 21.75. Then from the calculation results of the pretest and posttest values using the Paired Samples T-test is 0.003 < from 0.05, then the null hypothesis is rejected. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect from the application of group counseling with a behavioristic approach to overcome the low learning independence of students at SMP Isen Mulang Palangka Raya.

This study aims to determine the implementation of home visit services in collecting information on guidance and counseling students at junior high school 8 Palangka Raya. The research method used is qualitative methods, where in qualitative research the main instrument is the researcher himself. In this study, the collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. This research was conducted at junior high school 8 Palangka Raya, March 2022 – June 2022. In this study using data analysis techniques Miles and Humberman. The results of this study indicate that the application of home visit services in collecting student information data at junior high school 8 Palangka Raya has been going well where Guidance and Counseling teachers not only solve student problems through home visits but Guidance and counseling teachers also assist the school in updating information students when providing home visit services to be able to help the school update students' personal data at school.

Learning style is an individual's special mindset in receiving, processing information and learning new skills. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of learning styles in terms of DISC personality type. The research methodology uses survey research and analyzes it. The results of the study showed that: (1) Dominance personality type has Visual learning style as much as 8%, Auditory 5% and Kinesthetic 10%; (2) Influence personality type has Visual learning style as much as 5%, Auditory 5% and Kinesthetic 8%; (3) Steadiness personality type has Visual learning style as much as 24%, Auditory 3% and Kinesthetic 21%; (4) Compliance personality type has Visual learning style as much as 3%, Auditory 0% and Kinesthetic 8%. The conclusion is that students of the Guidance and Counseling study program have a Steadiness personality type as many as 17 people out of 38 respondents with visual and kinesthetic learning styles. This means that they have a personality type that really likes the process, willing to persevere, loyalty and able to work together in teams. They find it easier to learn material visually and through hands-on practice.
