Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the strengthening character of Millenial students based on Islam at MA Bustanul Faizin Besuki Situbondo. This study uses an intervention and habituation approach with data techniques from literature studies, field observations, documentation, and interviews. The subjects of this research are Madrasah Aliyah students at MA Bustanul Faizin while the object includes character education for students at MA Bustanul Faizin. The results of the study stated that the first, in terms of intervention, this school has reached a good level in the preparation of a curriculum that has been adjusted by the school environment, the situation of students and teachers and has covered all aspects of the existing subjects. Second, in terms of habituation, it has been said to be a very good level successful in strengthening positive characters for students at MA Made in Faizin with existing habits that contain good moral inculcation. In MA Bustanul Faizin's efforts to maintain and be sustainable, positive moral education and education are continuously carried out in spontaneous, scheduled, and habituation activities through national and religious events.

Abstract

Pelatihan pengembangan soft skill ini bertujuan untuk meingkatkan keterampilan interpersonal siswa TPQ mengevaluasi metodologi pembelajaran yang selama ini lebih berfokus pada kemampuan membaca dan menulis Al-Qur’an, serta menilai efektivitasnya dalam mendukung pengembangan soft skill di TPQ berbasis pendidikan Islam. Fokus utama dari pelatihan ini adalah analisis kebutuhan, perencanaan kurikulum, dan penerapan metode pembelajaran yang partisipatif dan holistik. Pelatihan yang terintegrasi ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan ranah psikososial siswa, terutama dalam hal keterampilan interpersonal, seperti kemampuan berkomunikasi, bekerja sama, serta mengelola emosi dan hubungan sosial. Dengan pendekatan yang berbasis pada nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam, pelatihan ini mengajarkan siswa untuk mengaplikasikan pengendalian diri, kemandirian, dan saling menghargai dalam interaksi sehari-hari. Evaluasi berkala dan umpan balik dari siswa, pendidik, dan pengelola TPQ menjadi kunci dalam menilai keberhasilan program ini. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pengembangan keterampilan interpersonal siswa dan memberikan dasar untuk pengembangan pelatihan lebih lanjut yang dapat mengoptimalkan pembelajaran holistik di institusi pendidikan berbasis agama.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to identify and analyze the use of operant conditioning to improve student discipline. It is based on Islamic religious education and aims to investigate how teachers or homeroom teachers use operant conditioning in student interactions and how it affects discipline and character development. Methodology: This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study research design, which seeks to comprehend the case's dynamics and context while generating a more in-depth understanding of the phenomenon under investigation—specifically, the use of operant conditioning by teachers to students at elementary school Purnama 1. Main Findings: In this study, the form, procedure, and outcomes of using operant conditioning in schools, which is extremely important in establishing student discipline, will be revealed. When teachers or homeroom teachers consistently give rewards and punishments, children are likelier to be disciplined, which benefits the classroom learning process. Novelty/Originality of this study: The study highlights the integration of operant conditioning within the context of Islamic religious education, emphasizing the teacher's dual role as a mentor and moral role model. It explores how this approach not only influences student discipline but also contributes to the moral and behavioral development of students, potentially improving both the quality of teaching and the formation of a better generation

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze innovative educational management strategies that can increase parental involvement at Sirojul Ummah Prasi Gading Senior High School (SMA). Data analysis using data collection methods carried out observations, interviews and documentation analysis to gain an in-depth understanding of the challenges faced in parental involvement and develop innovative strategies that can be implemented. This research uses qualitative analysis research methods. With the research location at Sirojul Ummah Prasi Gading High School (SMA). In this case, collaboration between schools and parents is the main key. The research identified several innovative strategies, such as using digital platforms for real-time communication, involving parents in decision making through regular meetings, and organizing joint activities that involve parents in the educational process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality improvement of elementary schools through total quality management. This study uses a qualitative approach and the data collection technique used is the interview method. The result of the research is that Total Quality Management at SDN Kregenan 2 is one of the methods used to improve services to the community. Improving the quality of institutions there are three parts that must exist in the education, namely: (1) Input (input), (2) Process, and (3) Output. Efforts made at SDN Kregenan 2 in improving the quality of schools include focusing on customers, formulating a clear vision and mission, teamwork, and training all teachers to develop their potential.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan strategi berbasis mindfulness dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan kepuasan belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SMA Nurul Jadid. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada tantangan yang dihadapi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran agama Islam, di mana siswa sering merasa kurang tertarik dan terhubung dengan materi yang diajarkan. Penerapan mindfulness sebagai pendekatan pengajaran bertujuan untuk meningkatkan fokus, manajemen emosi, dan keterlibatan siswa dalam pelajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model analisis data Miles dan Huberman, yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan mindfulness dalam pembelajaran PAI meningkatkan konsentrasi siswa, mengurangi stres, dan meningkatkan interaksi antara siswa dan guru. Siswa juga melaporkan peningkatan keterlibatan mereka dalam diskusi kelas dan kemampuan untuk menghubungkan ajaran agama dengan kehidupan sehari-hari mereka. Kontribusi penelitian ini memberikan wawasan baru tentang bagaimana integrasi mindfulness dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan agama Islam, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk pengembangan kurikulum yang lebih holistik yang relevan dengan kebutuhan emosional dan akademik siswa

Abstract

Inclusive education is an approach that aims to provide equal access to education for all children, including students with special needs. This approach emphasizes respect for diversity and equality of learning opportunities without discrimination. This study aims to identify the role of teachers in the success of inclusive education in regular schools, including professional, pedagogical, social, and personal competencies. The research method uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques, observation, and document studies. The research was conducted in Indonesia, where the implementation of inclusive education is increasingly strengthened as part of expanding access to education and implementing the principle of equality.The results of the study indicate that teachers play an important role in creating an inclusive learning environment. This is done through curriculum adaptation, the application of differentiated learning methods, and classroom management that encourages collaboration between regular students and students with special needs. In addition, training and support from schools and the government are key factors in improving teacher capacity. Teachers not only act as teachers, but also as facilitators, motivators, and mentors who help student development. This study emphasizes the importance of the role of teachers as the vanguard in inclusive education. Effective implementation requires competent teachers and is supported by a supportive education ecosystem. These findings contribute to the development of inclusive education policies and practices, especially in improving the quality of inclusive and equitable learning in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the pesantren curriculum at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School, especially in the Az-Zainiyah region, in shaping the social and spiritual character of students. The pesantren curriculum implemented in this pesantren shows a comprehensive and holistic approach, integrating religious education with the formation of social character through social activities such as community service and community service. Religious learning does not only focus on theological aspects, but also instills social values such as cooperation, empathy, and responsibility, which in turn strengthens the spiritual character of students. In addition, the pesantren curriculum also pays attention to the development of practical skills that support the social life of students, such as leadership, communication, and time management. The integration of social and spiritual characters has proven effective in producing students who have noble morals, are sensitive to social needs, and have a strong spiritual closeness to God. Despite several challenges, such as limited resources and difficulties in connecting theory with practice, Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School has succeeded in creating an environment that supports the formation of character as a whole. By strengthening the evaluation system and utilizing technology, this pesantren has great potential to continue to develop its curriculum and produce students who excel in religious knowledge and play an active role in the social and spiritual development of the community.
