Abstract

This research is develop an Articulate Storyline learning media using Think Pair Share model was valid and practical. this research was Research and Development. The development procedure uses the ADDIE model consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. the instrument used was a validity questionnaire and a practicality questionnaire. Data collection techniques used qualitative and quantitative techniques. The results of this study are in the form of learning media produced from the Articulate Storyline application which has an attractive appearance for elementary school students. Based on the results of media validator get 76.5% a very valid category. material validator get 91% a very valid category, linguists validator get 100% a very valid category. The practicality of the teacher's response at SDN Karang tengah 7 get 91.6% a very practical category and the practicality level at SDN Karang tengah 10 get 95.8% a very practical category. The practicality of the students' responses at SDN Karang tengah 7 get 91% a very practical category and the practicality level at SDN Karang tengah 10 get 93.8% a very practical category. It can be concluded that the Articulate Storyline learning media is valid and practical.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) reveal the types of difficulties experienced by fourth grade students at Karang Tengah 7 Public Elementary School, and (2) describe the mathematics learning difficulties experienced by fourth grade students at Karang Tengah 7 Elementary School. This study used an analytic descriptive method with a qualitative. The subjects in this study were students of class IV A at SD Negeri Karang Tengah 7. The subjects in this study were determined using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used in this study were used by means of essay tests and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this study is data reduction, data presentation, and finally drawing conclusions. The results of the study (1) learning difficulties in mathematics experienced by fourth grade students at SD Negeri Karang Tengah 7, namely spatial relationship disorders, visual perception abnormalities, visual motor associations, difficulty using symbols, difficulties in language and reading, and (2) students who experience relationship disorders 12 students in the room, 14 students with visual perception abnormalities, 13 students with visual perception abnormalities, 8 students with difficulty understanding symbols, 2 students with language and reading difficulties.

Abstract

Culinary industry is now experiencing a rapid development thank to the development of technology and information that enables companies to develop their businesses. When Subway was opened in Indonesia, people’s enthusiasm to its product was high. In the current digital era, product placement is one of the strategies that are considered effective in attracting people’s interest in a certain brand. Further, eWOM is also a good media for the propagation of information about a brand. This research was conducted to identify the influences of product placement in Korean drama and eWOM on people’s intention to purchase Subway in South Jakarta. Using non-probability sampling method and purposive sampling technique, 120 people with the minimum age of 17 years who have access to internet and social media, who have watched Korean drama, and who have not purchased the products of Subway were selected as the respondents. The data of this quantitative research was analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the hypothesis testing indicate that both eWOM and product placement in Korean drama positively influences the people’s intention to purchase Subway’s products.   Abstrak Industri kuliner saat ini telah mengalami perkembangan yang sangat cepat, dengan di dukung perkembangan teknologi dan informasi semakin mudah bagi perusahaan untuk mengembangkan bisnis. Pada awal pembukaan Subway di Indonesia, antusiame masyarakat sangat tinggi. Di era digital saat ini product placement merupakan salah satu strategi yang dianggap efektif dalam menarik minat masyarakat terhadap suatu brand, begitu juga dengan eWOM yang dapat menjadi sarana untuk mendapatkan informasi yang disebarkan oleh masyarakat mengenai suatu brand. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh product placement pada drama korea dan eWOM terhadap Purchase intention Subway di Jakarta Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 120 responden dengan ketentuan minimal berusia 17 tahun, pernah menonton drama korea, memiliki akses internet dan sosial media, dan belum pernah membeli produk Subway. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dari kedua hipotesis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Product placement pada drama korea dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap Purchase intention Subway, (2) eWOM berpengaruh positif terdahap Purchase intention Subway.

Abstract

The humid environment facilitates the survival and proliferation of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes. Nowadays, there are many chemically-based mosquito repellents available in the market. However, instead of eliminating the diseases or problems caused by mosquitoes, these chemical insecticides actually give rise to new issues such as respiratory disturbances in humans. Therefore, an innovation has emerged to create OMWIS which is a botanical mosquito insecticide. The puIDRose of this study is to analyze business feasibility and develop a strategy for developing OMWIS innovative products using the SWOT analysis method internally (strengths and weaknesses) and externally (opportunities and threats). This type of research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative research using SWOT analysis. The results of the SWOT analysis matrix for OMWIS products based on the SO strategy indicate to maintain and expand cooperation with suppliers of coffee grounds, continue to develop product and packaging innovations, maintain a lower price compared to conventional mosquito repellents, and position it as an effective natural room freshener. The advantages of OMWIS compared to similar products are that it is made from natural and safe materials for both humans and the environment, serving as both aromatherapy and mosquito repellent, providing a longer-lasting fragrance due to the addition of heavy fraction patchouli essential oil, practical and easy to use, premium packaging to preserve product integrity and portability, and affordable pricing, even cheaper than similar products. With a selling price of IDR 65,000/90 mL jar, OMWIS generates a profit of IDR 21,606/jar and making it as viable business venture.Keywords:citronella, patchouli, lemon, coffee grounds, natural insecticides, mosquito, aroma therapy, OMWIS

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentukbentuk kecurangan akademik yang sering dilakukan oleh siswa, pengawasan ujian yang dilakukan oleh guru, dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi siswa melakukan perbuatan tersebut. Penelitian ini berfokus pada tingkat SMP dan melakukan modifikasi alat bantu survey kecurangan yang sering terjadi belakangan tahun di sekolah tersebut, Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif eksploratif. menggunakan metode kualitatif, serta kami juga menggunakan metode Wawancara terstruktur atau mendalam kepada guru kemudian kami juga menggunakan metode Observasi Partisipasif Dimana kami mengamati secara langsung perilaku siswa selama ujian, Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 26 siswa yang berasal dari SMPN 1 di Binjai.
