Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis konsep murabahah dan rahn pada produk emas Antam pada Pegadaian Syariah cabang baru solo dan menganalisis kesesuaian penerapan murabahah dan rahn dengan Fatwa DSN-MUI, jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Konsep murabahah dalam penjualan produk emas Antam di Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Solo Baru mengandung konsep murabahah lil amiir bis syria', yaitu konsep pembiayaan yang mendominasi praktik keuangan Lembaga Keuangan Syariah. dibandingkan dengan konsep pembiayaan lainnya. Kemudian ada dua bentuk murabahah, yaitu: murabahah bersama dengan rahn (pembelian emas dengan sistem angsuran) dan murabahah bersama dengan wakalah (pembelian emas yang diwakili). 2) konsep rahn akad qardh dengan jaminan emas Antam di cabang baru pegadaian syariah solo memiliki tiga akad, yaitu: qard dalam pemberian pinjaman, kemudian rahn dalam memegang agunan emas, dan ijarah sebagai jasa pemeliharaan bagi yang digadaikan. barang-barang. 3) pelaksanaan murabahah dan rahn sesuai dengan Fatwa DSN MUI, baik Fatwa No.04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 tentang murabahah maupun Fatwa No.25/DSN-MUI/III/2002 tentang rahn. Kata kunci: Konsep, Murabahah, Rahn, Produk Emas Mulia, DSN MUI.

Abstract

Kantor Pertanahan Kota Makassar sering menghadapi kendala dan keluhan dari masyarakat terkait pelayanan pendaftaran sertifikat tanah. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penelitian ini bertujuan merancang Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) untuk menentukan kelayakan permohonan sertifikat tanah di Kantor Pertanahan Kota Makassar menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes. Metode ini dipilih karena kesederhanaan dan efisiensinya dengan asumsi independensi antar fitur. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain UML dan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa SPK yang diujicobakan dengan 50 data training dan 10 data testing mampu memberikan keputusan dengan akurasi tinggi, dimana atribut "approval" (disetujui) mencapai nilai 95% Sistem ini efektif untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan kelengkapan berkas permohonan sertifikat tanah

Abstract

PT. Elizabeth Hanjaya is a retail company that provides various fashion products, PT. Elizabeth Hanjaya is a retail company that offers a variety of fashion products such as bags, shoes, accessories, and fashion supplies for men and women. This study uses the Technique for Order Performance by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to build a decision support system in determining employee bonus recipients in this company. The purpose of the study is to design a system that can assess the feasibility of receiving employee bonuses based on the TOPSIS method. This method works by choosing an alternative that has the closest distance from the positive ideal solution and the furthest from the negative ideal solution based on geometric principles. The system is designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and developed with the PHP programming language. The results of the study show that the assessment system is able to produce accurate decisions. Based on testing with four alternatives, the TOPSIS method determines alternative 1 as the employee who is most eligible to receive a bonus with a final value of 0.675360. In addition, user evaluation results showed a high level of satisfaction, with 92% of respondents giving a "strongly agree" rating.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the processing of employee data that has not been neatly arranged in a database, but in processing data it takes more time so it is not effective and efficient. This study uses a qualitative descriptive type of research using data collection methods, namely interviews, observations and literature studies. This application uses black box testing, PHP and MYSQL programming languages. The result of this research is to design a web-based civil servant data management system. The results of this study are in order to make it easier for employees, leaders to access information and the field of personnel in managing employee data so as to minimize time.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using augmented reality (AR) based learning media in enhancing the learning motivation of elementary school students. By employing a multiple linear regression approach on simulated data, this research evaluates the influence of several key factors, namely AR visualization quality, teacher support, ease of use, and supporting infrastructure. The analysis results show that AR visualization quality, teacher support, and ease of use significantly affect the improvement of learning motivation. The developed model has a coefficient of determination (R² ? 0.77), indicating that 77% of the variation in learning motivation can be explained by the independent variables, with a relatively small prediction error (RMSE ? 0.53). The F-test also confirmed that the model is overall significant. These findings indicate that the integration of AR in learning not only increases visual appeal but also strengthens the role of teachers and enhances students’ ease of interaction with the material. Nevertheless, this study is still based on simulated data, so further research with broader and more realistic empirical data is required to validate the results.

Abstract

The development of digital technology and social media has created great opportunities for young people to develop videography skills as valuable soft skills. This community service activity aims to improve the videography skills of young people in East Luwu Regency through digital content creation training. The implementation method includes theoretical training on the basics of videography, hands-on practice using equipment, and video editing workshops. The activity was carried out for 3 days involving 30 participants from youth and students in East Luwu Regency. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of shooting techniques, video composition, and basic editing. Pre-test and post-test showed an increase in average scores from 45.2 to 78.6. Participants successfully produced 15 quality short videos showcasing the tourism and cultural potential of East Luwu. This activity has a positive impact in developing creativity and digital capabilities of young people, and has the potential to open creative economy opportunities in the region. Follow-up activities are needed to maintain and develop the abilities that participants have acquired.
