Abstract

This study aims to find out how the leadership role of the Sitanggor Village Head, Muara sub-district in increasing community participation in village development. This research is used as information material and can provide useful input for the leadership of the Sitanggor Village Head, Muara District, North Tapanuli Regency. In conducting this research, the researcher used qualitative research methods. The results of this study indicate that the village head must be able and try to build the village according to his vision and mission by involving all elements of the community. The village head must also be able to invite the community to jointly participate in building Sitanggor Village, and in making decisions the village head must implement a deliberation system. In Leadership, it is hoped that the village government and the community can establish good relations and cooperation, with the same goal, namely the success of village development which will have a good impact on improving community welfare. The village head as a leader must be able to carry out coordination and communication, because coordination is absolutely necessary in an organization, because the organization is the executor of the management function of a leader.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to investigate the relationship between e-service quality dimensions and repurchase intention of millennial generation of Indonesia on online shopping behavior. A qualitative review of e-service quality dimension and intention to repurchase construct was conducted to identify the relationship between the constructs. This study focuses on seven e-service quality dimensions to predict repurchase intention. The results are expected to extend the knowledge of different context of e-service quality measurement and its consequences. A survey was conducted to 100 judgement sample size of shopping online consumers by distributing self administered questionnaires. To test the proposed model is by using multi regression was employee. The analytical results showed that all of perceived e-service quality dimensions namely ; privacy, system availability, contact, compensation, responsiveness, fulfillment, and efficiency affected intention to repurchase differently based on the value of regression coefficients and all dimensions statistically significant. Future research should consider a variety of e-service and segment and using different methodology such as in-depth interview or longitudinal study.

Abstract

Program kerja dan rencana kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa Kuliah Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat di Desa Sihemun Baru telah terealisasi dengan baik. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan dan pengamatan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Desa Sihemun Baru, terletak di Kecamatan Dolok Pardamean, Kabupaten Simalungun, Provinsi Sumatera Utara, adalah desa pemekaran dari Desa Sibuntuon. Desa ini terdiri dari empat dusun dengan mayoritas penduduknya adalah suku Batak Toba yang beragama Kristen Protestan dan Katolik. Tingkat pendapatan masyarakat Desa Sihemun Baru tergolong menengah ke bawah, dengan sumber pendapatan utama dari pertanian seperti aren, jagung, kacang tanah, kopi, cabai, dan bawang, serta usaha produksi kolang kaling. Peran pemerintah sangat diperlukan dalam menata pembangunan desa ini, khususnya dalam memberikan penyuluhan tentang pemanfaatan berbagai potensi desa serta penambahan fasilitas pendidikan, transportasi, kesehatan, dan kebersihan. Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan desa yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pegadaian digital service (PDS) efektif dalam memberikan kemudahan dan manfaat dalam bertransaksi serta pelayanan bagi pegawai/karyawan dan nasabah pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Mandala telah sesuai dalam Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata Pasal 1150. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Informan penelitian ini terdiri dari informan kunci yaitu Pimpinan Cabang PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Mandala,Informan Utama yaitu adalah Pengelola Agunan dan Marketing dan Marketing PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Mandala, Informan Pendukung yaitu para pegawai PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Mandala. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah mengolah data, mengorganisasi data, dan memecahkannya dalam unit-unit kecil, mencari pola dan tema-tema yang sama. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa peran layanan Pegadaian Digital Service meningkatkan efektivitas para pegawai dalam melakukan transaksi digital telah sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata Pasal 1150 dimana penerapan aplikasi pegadaian digital service dalam transaksi dan pelayanan melalui sebuah aplikasi untuk melakukan gadai, tebus gadai serta produk-produk pegadaian lainnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada Penggunaan Dompet Digital pada mahasiswa di Universitas HKBP Nommensen Medan. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh penggunaan dompet digital terhadap perilaku konsumtif pada Mahasiswa Universitas HKBP Nommensen Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester genap tahun 2020/2021 di Universitas HKBP Nommensen Medan dengan jumlah sampel 99 orang responden, dalam penelitian ini teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan metode Sampel Probability dengan jenis Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar melalui Google Form. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan dompet digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif pada mahasiswa di Universitas HKBP Nommensen Medan. Dimana dalam penelitian ini melalui pengujian diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 2,307 > nilai ttabel sebesar 1,98447 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,023 < 0,05. Sedangkan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,052 (5,2%), ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh penggunaan dompet digital terhadap perilaku konsumtif pada mahasiswa Universitas HKBP Nommensen Medan. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 94,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain seperti faktor keadaan ekonomi, kelas sosial dan usia. Oleh karena itu disarankan bagi pengguna dompet digital khususnya pada mahasiswa Universitas HKBP Nommensen Medan, agar dapat meminimalisir perilaku konsumtif ketika menggunakan dompet digital dengan lebih mempertimbangkan fungsi/kegunaan ketika membeli barang, mengonsumsi barang/jasa sesuai kebutuhan. Selain itu, mahasiswa pengguna dompet digital dalam melakukan transaksi harus bisa lebih rasional dalam membedakan antara kebutuhan dan keinginan, agar tidak terjadi adanya perilaku konsumtif dan mendahulukan kebutuhan tersebut, serta menggunakan skala prioritas.

Abstract

The objective of this study to determine the effect of price, location and type of product on purchasing decisions, using quantitative research methods. The location of the study was at the UKA Terjun market, with 110 respondents who had shopped at the UKA Terjun market. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, using a Likert Scale. Data were processed using SPSS Version 25. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, and from the results of the data analysis, the multiple regression coefficient of variable X1 (Price) is 0.178, variable X2 (Location) is 0.251, variable X3 (Type of Product) is 0.707, and the R Square value is 0.444. It can be concluded that price, location and type of product have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions both through partial tests (t-test) and simultaneous tests (F-test). Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Simpang Limun Medan Branch Office. This study used a quantitative method with a nonprobability sampling technique and an accidental sampling approach with a sample size of 30 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out with primary and secondary data, using multiple regression analysis, which began with validity, reliability, classical assumptions, determination coefficient, F test, and t test with the help of SPSS Statistics version 22. Based on the partial t test and simultaneous F test, the results of the study showed that the variables of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while the empathy variable had no significant effect. Based on the coefficient of determination (R²), it is known that the five independent variables explain 72.5% of the variability in customer satisfaction, while the remaining 27.5% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Apparel is a very competitive sector, the large number of choices and brands make price cuts an effective marketing tool. At Matahari Medan Fair, the presence of various brands and products means that price cuts can significantly influence purchasing decisions. In addition to price cuts, external factors such as fashion trends, social needs and shifting consumer preferences also play a role. However, price cuts remain a dominant factor influencing purchasing decisions, especially among price-sensitive buyers. Various studies show that price cuts can improve purchasing decisions, especially in the clothing retail sector. Price discounts have a significant influence on the decision to purchase apparel at Matahari Department Store Medan Fair. Research Method: Shows that price discounts (X) have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Conclusion: The results of this research can be concluded that price discounts (X) have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y).

Abstract

The objective of this research to measure brand equity on purchasing decisions, using quantitative research methods. The location of the study was in Medan City, with respondents totaling 100 respondents who consume instant noodles. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, using a Likert Scale. Data were processed using SPSS version 26. Data analysis using multiple linear regression, and the results of data analysis showed that the multiple regression coefficient of variable X1, (Brand Awareness) is 0.076, variable X2, (Brand Association) is 0.139, variable X3, (Perceived Quality), is 0.098, variable X4, (Brand Loyalty) is 0.775 and the R square value is 0.590. It can be concluded that brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions both through partial tests (t-test) and simultaneous tests (F-test).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational culture values ​​and employee performance on the career development of administrative employees at the PTPN IV Regional 1 Medan City Office with an organizational culture called AKHLAK. This type of research is qualitative. The data collection method used was an open interview technique. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data grouping, then presented in the form of descriptive narratives and then continued with drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the AKHLAK organizational culture values ​​had been implemented after being socialized and evaluated periodically. Employee performance evaluation is based on the SOP and performance standards that have been set. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was concluded that the AKHLAK cultural values ​​had a positive impact on employee performance and employee performance was the basis for employee career development at the PTPN IV Regional 1 Medan City Office.
