Abstract

The aim of this study is to elucidate the application of office management in enhancing educational administrative services at MTs Yp. Ummul Quraa. The method utilized in this research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Data were gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings of this study demonstrate that the implementation of office management at MTs Yp. Ummul Quraa is clearly evident. Concrete evidence is observed in the organization of office space, employee discipline control, efforts to strengthen communication with all relevant parties, including administrative staff, students, and alumni, as well as the completion of tasks according to each employee’s responsibilities. Additionally, thorough planning in procuring office equipment and administrative supplies also supports the smooth flow of all administrative activities. Furthermore, customer satisfaction with the administrative services at MTs Yp. Ummul Quraa has met the expected quality standards, reflecting satisfactory service quality. These findings are consistent with the principles of customer satisfaction according to Philip Kotler, which encompass physical evidence, responsiveness to needs, reliability, empathy, and assurance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain the development of an instructional system to improve the quality of learning in private elementary schools or elementary schools, The method used in this research is a descriptive research method using qualitative. Data was obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. The development of an instructional system to improve the quality of learning aims to develop an innovative learning system to improve the quality of learning in the school environment. The development methods used include needs analysis, system design, implementation, evaluation and continuous revision. This system is designed to support teacher and student interaction, facilitate technology-based learning, and provide fast feedback. By integrating technology, this system is expected to increase student engagement, improve understanding of concepts, and optimize the teaching and learning process. This research contributes to the development of modern learning models that can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of learning in schools.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain Islamic Leadership to Improve the Quality of Islamic Education Institutions at Mts Yp. Ummul Quraa, the method used in this research is a descriptive research method using qualitative. Data was obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. The findings from this research indicate that improving the quality of Islamic educational institutions, for example, will be greatly influenced by the leadership produced by the people tasked with managing Islamic educational institutions. Islamic leadership includes many features that can be used by leaders of Islamic educational institutions to carry out leadership tasks. Islamic leadership is a concept of balancing worldly leadership with the concept of the afterlife; achieving the organization's ultimate goals is more than just a temporary goal; This requires a strong commitment to Islamic principles, and the task of leadership is not just a humanitarian task that is not accountable outside the members, but must also be accountable before God Almighty.

Abstract

This study aims to describe (1) resource planning for educators and education personnel, (2) recruitment and selection, and (3) training and development at MTs YP. Ummul Quraa. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research subjects consisted of the madrasah head and teachers. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model. The results showed that (1) planning is done through deliberation with teachers to determine the qualifications needed, (2) recruitment and selection is done through disseminating vacancy information and interviews to ensure the suitability of candidates, and (3) training is done by recommending employees to attend external training to improve skills. MTs YP. Ummul Quraa continues to strive to improve the quality of teaching and education resources on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

In preparing policies relating to education in In Indonesia, education tends to be interpreted as a conscious effort to help develop the personality and abilities of students. Management unprofessional madrasahs can hinder the progress of the madrasah To carry out its function as a formal educational institution, a plan is needed strategic as an effort or way to control the school effectively effective and efficient. The components in strategic planning consist of at least: of the vision, mission, goals, objectives and strategies must be carried out by the manager madrasas, so that madrasas have a policy direction that can support them achieving the expected goals. This research aims to describe education policy to support the vision and mission of the Ummul Quraa private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The method used in the research is qualitative descriptive. The research design used is a case study with observing policies at the private Ummul Quraa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah This research uses observation, interview and data collection techniques documentation. The party participating in this research was the chairman of the foundation and the head of the private Ibtidaiyah madrasah Ummul Quraa. That policy is the goal to improve raw materials, namely teachers, students and also facilities the infrastructure. Application of vision and mission.
