Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan public speaking dalam bentuk khutbah dan ceramah. Jenis pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan. Peserta diberikan materi dan pelatihan berkhutbah dan ceramah. Pengabdian masyarakat berupa pelatihan khatib um’at dan retorika dakwah yang dilaksanakan di Masjid Nurul Huda Tanjung Senang Kota Bandar Lampung. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 22-23 Februari 2024. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan beberapa tahap, tahap pertama yaitu pemberian materi atau teori dari narasumber kepada peserta yaitu takmir masjid . Tahap kedua merupakan tahap pelatihan yang dilakukan oleh narasumber kepada peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan retorika dakwah & khutbah jum'at di Masjid Nurul Huda Tanjung Senang Kota Bandar Lampung. Permasalahan yang dihadapi selama ini adalah kurang mumpuni para takmir masjid yang setiap akan berlangsung shalat Jum’at, dimana khatib berhalangan hadir atau terlambat karena jalanan yang sering macet atau terdapat alasan lain seperti sakit. Setelah diberikan pengetahuan teoritis melalui metode ceramah dan diskusi, para peserta pelatihan akan diberikan ruang untuk praktik khatib Jum’at dan ceramah di berbagai kesempatan. Oleh sebab itu, peserta pelatihan memiliki kemampuan tidak saja secara teoritis tapi juga praktis. Program pelatihan ini akan menghasilkan komunitas yang mengerti dan dapat melaksanakan khutbah Jum’at.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini ialah adanya persoalan dalam studi Islam yang di dalamnya mencakup studi teks dan sosial, yang tentunya harus terus dikembangkan sehingga memiliki kekayaan dan varian-varian temuan yang akan bermanfaat bagi eksistensi keilmuan dan memiliki manfaat pragmatis bagi masyarakat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pendekatan hermenutika dalam studi Islam dipandang sebagai alat bantu dalam membaca, memahami, menjelaskan suatu fakta, teks sumber hukum ajaran Islam, baik al-Qur’an maupun al-Hadis maupun realitas perilaku sosial dan keagamaan masyarakat melalui sebuah interpretasi untuk mengungkapkan makna sesungguhnya dari teks atau realitas tersebut.

Abstract

Delays in the graduation of final-year students remain a common problem in higher education. One of the causes is low academic literacy, particularly in literature searches and bibliography compilation. To address this issue, this community service activity was carried out through training in the use of the Publish or Perish (PoP) and VOSviewer applications. The training was held at the Accounting Computer Laboratory of the University of Lampung using a participatory workshop method that emphasized hands-on practice and intensive mentoring. A total of 20 final year students from the Accounting Study Program were involved in this activity. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding. Students were able to compile more systematic literature reviews and identify research gaps in their respective fields of study. This activity also had an impact on increasing student motivation in completing their theses and reducing the technical burden on supervising lecturers. Thus, PoP and VOSviewer training proved to be effective in strengthening academic literacy, supporting graduation acceleration, and encouraging a culture of research in higher education. Moving forward, similar programs can be expanded to other study programs and integrated with scientific article writing training.

Abstract

MSMEs are a strategic sector in the Indonesian economy. However, many MSMEs face fundamental obstacles in the form of low business legality and minimal Islamic financial literacy, requiring comprehensive assistance. This community service activity aims to improve the competitiveness of MSMEs through business legality assistance based on Online Single Submission (OSS) and Islamic financial management training. This PKM involves 12 MSMEs from various sectors, including food and beverage, makeup services, Pahawang tour services, and local honey production. The training was held on September 5, 2025, at Maharindu Kopi, Bandar Lampung. Participants received educational materials, hands-on practice in registering for a Business Identification Number (NIB), and training in Islamic financial literacy. The results of the activity showed that 10 of the 12 MSMEs successfully obtained business legality in the form of an NIB. In addition, the participants' Islamic financial literacy increased significantly, with an average increase in understanding of 40-50% after participating in the training. Participants also began to be able to prepare simple sharia-based cash flow reports and recognize sharia financial products relevant to their businesses. The success of this program has great potential to be expanded to other regions as a model for empowering competitive, professional, and sustainable MSMEs.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the implementation of psychological preaching in Islamic studies and its contribution to Islamic studies in Indonesia. The psychological approach in Islamic studies has a significant role in explaining the physical symptoms of each human individual. This research uses the library research method, namely the library method by studying books, journals and relevant sources. The data analysis uses descriptive analysis by reducing data, presenting data, and finally conclusions. The results of this research show that a psychological approach to Islamic studies is one answer in making it easier to understand Islamic studies well, the object of study is the symptoms and souls of religious humans, which will appear in the form of attitudes, behavior and behavior. Apart from that, how can humans have a good relationship with God and with each other. The approach is taken through 3 aspects, namely; 1) structural approach, 2) functional approach, and 3) psycho-analytic approach. Abstract

Education is one of the important means in shaping human beings into human beings with character. Character building will be realized if educators who become facilitators for students themselves have strong character and are based on Islamic values. The methods of implementing the dedication used include: (1) Workshop activities for delivering material related to the importance of Islamic-based character education to PAI teachers in South Lampung Regency; (2) Discussion/question and answer about the importance of Islamic-based character education. By this community service, it is hoped that PAI teachers in South Lampung Regency will have a deeper understanding of Islamic-based character education so that they can be applied in the learning process which hopes to be able to produce students with character, morality, and good morals.

Abstract

The background of this research is that there are problems in Islamic studies which include text and social studies, which of course must continue to be developed so that they have a wealth and variants of findings that will benefit scientific existence and have pragmatic benefits for society. The result of this research is that the hermeneutic approach in Islamic studies is seen as a tool in reading, understanding, a fact, the source text of Islamic teachings, both al-Qur'an and al-Hadith as well as the reality of social and religious behavior through an interpretation to express the true meaning of the text or reality.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in driving regional economic growth, but still face challenges in the digital era, particularly in terms of digital literacy and financial management. This community service activity aims to increase the capacity of MSMEs in utilizing digital technology and strengthening financial literacy. The activity was held at Maharindu Kopi, Bandar Lampung, and was attended by 12 MSME actors from the food and beverage sector, makeup services, Pahawang tour services, and honey products. The implementation method was an interactive workshop covering three main topics, namely digital marketing and financial literacy (cost of goods sold and profit calculation). The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' understanding based on a comparison of pre-test and post-test scores. Overall, this activity had a positive impact on strengthening the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era, while also making a real contribution to building a digital entrepreneurship ecosystem in Lampung Province.

Abstract

Rendahnya tingkat literasi keuangan syariah di masyarakat Indonesia menjadi dasar kami dalam melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sebagai upaya dalam peningkatan literasi keuangan syariah. Tim Pengabdian berinisiatif untuk memberikan pelatihan bagi UMKM di Kabupaten Pesisir Barat berupa pengenalan literasi keuangan syariah agar usaha dapat terus berlanjut dan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai syariah. Kegiatan pelatihan ini kami kemas dalam metode FGD dan Ceramah, sehingga memungkinkan peserta dapat berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan ini. Harapannya setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini, Peserta terbuka wawasannya dalam mengenal konsep keuangan syariah, produk perbankan syariah dan terbuka akses mendapat permodalan dari Lembaga keuangan syariah.
