Abstract

This study aims to explain and describe how government management processes are seen from the analysis of the organizing system which consists of division of labor, departmentalization, authority distribution and coordination in achieving efficiency and effectiveness in the Office of Settlements and Infrastructure in the Jeneponto District. This study uses the desk riptif method with high quality . Data collection techniques used are literature studies and field studies in the form of observations, interviews and documentation. This research was conducted at the relevant government agencies, namely the Department of Settlements and Prasana Jeneponto Regency. Based on the results of the research , the division of labor is considered to be still less than the basic work Departemenisation has been carried out quite well in both individual and group assignments. Authority distribution is poorly implemented, coordination is still not carried out so that it cannot be efficiently and effectively integrated.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peningkatan kualitas pelayanan administrasi kependudukan melalui transformasi digital di Kantor Kecamatan Kulo, menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kualitas pelayanan administrasi kependudukan di Kantor Kecamatan Kulo, dan menganalisa tantangan yang dihadapi dalam peningkatan kualitas pelayanan administrasi kependudukan melalui transformasi digital di Kantor Kecamatan Kulo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini meliputi data administrasi kecamatan, seperti jumlah penduduk, jenis layanan administrasi yang disediakan, prosedur administrasi yang ada, dan catatan historis mengenai kualitas layanan administrasi yang telah diberikan.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analitik berupa reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa diperlukan transformasi digital di Kantor Kecamatan Kulo untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan administrasi kependudukan secara signifikan. Kualitas pelayanan administrasi kependudukan di Kantor Kecamatan Kulo dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, seperti ketampakan fisik, keandalan layanan, responsivitas petugas, keamanan data, dukungan, kapasitas, dan efisiensi pelayanan. Transformasi digitaldiharapkan memberikan dampak positif, terutama dalam meningkatkan kecepatan, aksesibilitas, dan kenyamanan pelayanan.Kendala utama dalam penerapan digitalisasi pelayanan meliputi keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi, dan kesiapan sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi aplikasi SIPATO dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas layanan kepegawaian di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Data penelitian ini meliputi data kualitatif berupa informasi lisan dan tulisan dari pegawai dan pimpinan, serta data kuantitatif berupa angka. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik dengan tiga tahapan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi aplikasi SIPATO telah berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas layanan kepegawaian, dengan mayoritas pegawai merasakan peningkatan kinerja, meskipun masih ada tantangan teknis dan kebutuhan akan penyempurnaan lebih lanjut. Tingkat kepuasan pegawai terhadap aplikasi ini umumnya positif, namun perbaikan masih diperlukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan semua pengguna dan memastikan optimalisasi kinerja yang merata di seluruh organisasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the quality of health services on patient satisfaction at the Puskesmas Pangkajene, Maritenggae District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study consisted of patients who received treatment at the Puskesmas Pangkajene, totaling 125. The sample in this study was 55 respondents determined using Slovin's formula and random sampling technique. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires, and literature studies. The collected data were then processed and analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques with IBM SPSS Statistics version 26. Based on the results of the processed data, the research results show that Tcount 4,251 ≥ Ttable 1,675, meaning that there is a significant influence between service quality and patient satisfaction at the Pangkajene Community Health Center, Maritenggae subdistrict, Sidenreng Rappang district. And the influencing factors are 1, Awareness factor with a percentage of 75% in the good category, 2. Regulation factor with a percentage of 82% in the very good category, 3. Ability factor with a percentage of 87% in the very good category, 4. Opinion factor with a percentage of 74% in the good category, 5. Skills and ability factor with a percentage of 75% in the good category, 6. Service facilities factor with a percentage of 82% in the very good category

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan gizi dan keterampilan ibu-ibu balita dalam memanfaatkan bahan pangan lokal menjadi menu sehat bergizi. Program dilaksanakan di Desa Aka-akae melalui pendampingan demo masak yang fokus pada inovasi olahan pangan lokal seperti nugget tahu dan sate lilit ayam . Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif, mencakup edukasi gizi, praktik memasak, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan peserta tentang gizi seimbang (80% meningkat) dan keterampilan mengolah pangan lokal menjadi menu sehat kekinian. Selain itu, produk hasil demo memiliki potensi dikembangkan menjadi peluang usaha rumah tangga, sehingga mendukung pencegahan stunting dan perbaikan gizi balita secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan :1)  menganalisis implementasi QRIS dalam proses penerimaan PBB-P2 di Kantor UPT Bapenda Wilayah XI Kecamatan Kulo; 2) mengukur dampak efektifitas dalam penerimaan pajak PBB-P2 melalui QRIS terhadap jumlah penerimaan pajak yang berhasil dihimpun oleh Kantor UPT Badan Pendapatan Daerah Wilayah XI Kecamatan Kulo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian terletak di kantor Kecamatan Kulo Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah informasi baik secara lisan maupun tulisan dari berbagai pihak seperti masyarakat, staf  kantor dan pimpinan selama berlangsungnya penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analitik. Ada tiga alur yang digunakan dalam analisis data penelitian ini yaitu reduksi, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi QRIS dalam penerimaan PBB-P2 di Kantor UPT Bapenda Wilayah XI Kecamatan Kulo terbukti optimal. QRIS berhasil mengurangi waktu transaksi dari rata-rata 15 menit menjadi 5 menit, meningkatkan kecepatan dan akurasi proses pembayaran, serta mengurangi kesalahan transaksi. Pegawai dan sebagian wajib pajak memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang QRIS dan masih perlu sosialisasi dan pelatihan secara berkala bagi wajib pajak yang masih kurang familiar dengan sistem digitalisasi.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a key strategy to enhance the quality of governance and public service that is efficient, transparent, and accountable at the local level. This study aims to examine the implementation of the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) supported by Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Sidenreng Rappang Regency to realize smart governance. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis, then analyzed thematically with the aid of NVivo 12 Plus software. The findings indicate that AI-based SPBE implementation accelerates public service delivery, improves bureaucratic efficiency, enhances data-driven decision-making, and expands public information transparency. However, several challenges remain, including limited cross-agency system integration, digital infrastructure gaps in remote areas, insufficient digital human resource capacity, weak regulatory frameworks, and cybersecurity and data privacy risks. This study highlights the need to strengthen integrated digital governance, institutional capacity building, and cross-sectoral collaboration to ensure the sustainability of digital transformation toward smart, adaptive, and good governance-oriented public administration.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategy of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Amanah in managing Pattumba Waterfall tourism in the digital era. A phenomenological qualitative approach was used to provide an in-depth description of the role of the Local Government and BUMDes in the management of this tourist attraction. Data were obtained through direct observation, structured interviews with various stakeholders, and related documentation. Data were analyzed using Nvivo 12 Plus software to support thematic analysis and identify important patterns. The research findings show that advances in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) have contributed significantly to tourism promotion and management through digital platforms such as social media and online ticket reservation systems. The use of digital technology has helped improve the efficiency of recording visitor information and managing daily operations. However, challenges such as the lack of adequate infrastructure and the low digital literacy of the local community still pose obstacles. The implication of this research is that proper utilization of ICT can increase the visibility and attractiveness of tourist destinations, as well as support more efficient management. The original value of this research lies in the in-depth analysis of the role of BUMDes Amanah and the use of digital technology in tourism management, which can serve as a reference for the development of similar strategies in other areas.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, motivation, work discipline, and work environment on the performance of employees at Baranti Community Health Center, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. A quantitative approach with a causal-associative design was employed. The population consisted of all health center employees, and a total sampling technique was used, allowing the entire population to serve as respondents. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression after passing validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results show that competence, motivation, work discipline, and work environment each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. Competence emerged as the most influential variable, followed by motivation, work discipline, and work environment. These findings highlight that improving employee performance in community health centers requires an integrated strategy focused on strengthening competence, enhancing motivation, enforcing discipline, and improving the work environment.
