Abstract

Evaluation of educational programs is an effort to find out the goals of education, it can also be interpreted as an effort to provide information that will later be conveyed to decision makers. This study is intended to review how evaluation of educational programs can play a role in optimizing the quality of learning. By using a qualitative ethnographic research approach in which we conducted direct observations and interviews with one of the teaching staff at the target school, this study found: First, evaluation activities were carried out regularly on a weekly basis. Second, the method used in evaluating madrasas is through standards of infrastructure, curriculum and financing. Third, the educational program implemented is a question and answer pattern regarding children's talents and interests. This makes it easier for educational staff to find out which programs are suitable to be implemented. Thus, evaluation of educational programs plays a very important role in improving the quality of learning.

Abstract

This article discusses managing the performance of teaching staff in an effort to improve the quality of education. Educators and educational staff have a strategic role in shaping national character and improving the quality of human resources in the era of globalization. Effective performance management includes coaching, development, promotion, transfer, compensation and assessment of teaching staff. This research uses a literature review method by collecting data from various related literature references. The results of the analysis show that good performance management can improve teachers' professional competence, which includes personality, professional, social and pedagogical aspects. Thus, optimal performance management contributes to improving the quality of learning and achieving national education goals.

Abstract

Wujud dari ulasan ini guna mencekal efektivitas kepemimpinan dalam mengambil keputusan terkait program kerja didalam suatu organisasi. Lektur ini memakai teknik penelitian dari data kualitatif pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan salah satu narasumber sebagai instrumen. Prosedur analisis data yang yang dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan merupakan salah satu teknik data kualitatif. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan cenderung menggunakan analisis melalui proses dan makna dan lebih ditonjolkan dalam penelitian ini dari hasil wawancara yang telah dilakukan. Tingkatan pengumpulan ketetapan mencakup penetapan pencapaian misi, menandai masalah, menumbuhkan serta, mengimplementasikan keputusan, juga memantau dan mengevaluasi. Ada beberapa penyebab yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan, kendati berasal teritori internal maupun eksternal. Dalam peran seorang pimpinan mengelola penetapan keputusan organisasi dalam keputusan terkait program kerja organisasi yang mana seorang pemimpin harus menciptakan cara-cara yang dilewati, mendapatkan jenis serta gaya pengambilan keputusan yang tepat, serta mewaspadai kemungkinan dan elemen-elemen yang mempengaruhi penetapan ketentuan itu.
