Abstract

SMAN 1 Kampar terdapat 2 Jurusan IPA dan IPS. Pemilihan jurusan di SMAN 1 Kampar yang dilakukan pihak sekolah memprioritaskan jurusan IPA bagi siswa baru. Didalam kegiatan pemilihan jurusan, SMAN 1 Kampar masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam penginputan data dan nilai siswa. Hal ini menyebabkan pihak sekolah kesulitan dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk pemilihan jurusan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membantu pihak sekolah dalam pemilihan jurusan pada siswa didik baru dan membantu dalam perekapan data siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian mengunakan User Acceptance Test didapat rata-ata persentasi pertanyaan Sangat Baik yaitu 88%. Berdasarkan pengujian Black Box, fitur-fitur sistem berfungsi dengan sangat baik.

Abstract

Evaluation of educational programs is an effort to find out the goals of education, it can also be interpreted as an effort to provide information that will later be conveyed to decision makers. This study is intended to review how evaluation of educational programs can play a role in optimizing the quality of learning. By using a qualitative ethnographic research approach in which we conducted direct observations and interviews with one of the teaching staff at the target school, this study found: First, evaluation activities were carried out regularly on a weekly basis. Second, the method used in evaluating madrasas is through standards of infrastructure, curriculum and financing. Third, the educational program implemented is a question and answer pattern regarding children's talents and interests. This makes it easier for educational staff to find out which programs are suitable to be implemented. Thus, evaluation of educational programs plays a very important role in improving the quality of learning.

Abstract

Feed Water Boiler adalah air yang digunakan untuk umpan boiler. Boiler adalah alat yang dapat menghasilkan uap panas untuk berbagai kebutuhan dalam sebuah industri. Boiler harus dijaga agar efesiensinya cukup tinggi, sehingga kualitas air yang diumpankan harus memenuhi standar. Kandungan yang dianalisa pada feed water boiler adalah pH, klorin, dan hardness. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan pemantauan kadar hardness pada feed water boiler dengan pengukuran sebanyak tiga kali dalam satu hari. Pengolahan data dilakukan untuk menentukan mutu kualitas feed water boiler dengan menggunakan peta kendali X dan R dengan 25 sampel. Banyaknya titik yang keluar batas kontrol menunjukan bahwa mutu kualitas feed water boiler tersebut tidak baik. Peta kendali X dan R dapat digunakan untuk pemantauan mutu kualitas feed water boiler dengan hasil yang dapat dilihat pada grafik. Kadar Hardness tidak terkendali secara statisti karena dipengaruhi oleh valve yang tidak berfungsi, proses regenerasi terpaku pada jadwal dan kurangnya pasokan air yang menghambat proses regenerasi.

Abstract

The article explores the development of the Sabang Agrotourism Area, strategically focused on essential plants such as patchouli, cloves, and nutmeg, to enhance community welfare. Sabang City, situated in the westernmost region of Indonesia, is part of the National Tourism Strategic Area with abundant natural resources. The agricultural sector, covering 19.23% of the total area, has not fully tapped into the potential of agrotourism. The absence of agrotourism in Sabang City prompted a collaborative effort between Syiah Kuala University, Atsiri Research Center, and the Sabang Free Trade Zone and Free Port Concession Agency (BPKS). The community service approach utilized community-based learning and the Quadruple Helix model, involving academics, government, business, and the community. Through Focus Group Discussions (FGD), the team addressed short-term goals by discussing agrotourism potential and long-term goals of community empowerment. The findings reveal the extensive essential crop plantations in Sabang City, particularly patchouli, and cloves. Sabang's patchouli exhibits superior quality, with the highest yield value, making it an excellent candidate for export. Cloves, besides their economic value, serve as effective antioxidants and eco-friendly pesticides. The proposed Sabang Agrotourism Area includes five zones: Reception, Agro-tourism, Thematic Park, Family Garden, and Accommodation. Each zone caters to different activities, ensuring a holistic agrotourism experience. This community service contributes valuable insights and potential breakthroughs to policymakers, agrotourism developers, farmer groups, academics, and the broader community. The comprehensive analysis of Sabang's essential natural resources underscores the region's potential as a leading agrotourism destination. The proposed Agrotourism Area serves as a strategic step towards sustainable development, augmenting community income and well-being.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kinerja keuangan PT Mayora Indah Tbk untuk periode 2019-2023 dengan menerapkan analisis rasio keuangan, termasuk Current Ratio (CR), Quick Ratio (QR), Return on Assets (ROA), dan Return on Equity (ROE). Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan yang stabil dalam rasio likuiditas, dengan CR dan QR secara konsisten melebihi 100%, yang mencerminkan stabilitas keuangan jangka pendek yang kuat. Metrik profitabilitas seperti ROA dan ROE menunjukkan tren yang dinamis, dengan pemulihan yang nyata dan kinerja puncak pada tahun 2023, yang menunjukkan penggunaan aset dan ekuitas yang efisien. Temuan ini menyoroti kondisi keuangan PT Mayora Indah Tbk yang solid, pengelolaan sumber daya yang efektif, dan kemampuan untuk meningkatkan nilai pemegang saham meskipun ada tantangan sesekali.

Abstract

A person is said to be elderly when they reach the age of 60 and experience various changes. Elderly is the last stage of life growth. Rheumatoid arthritis is one of the causes of chronic disease and reduced motor function in the elderly which leads to musculoskeletal disease. One type of physical activity that can help overcome joint discomfort is rheumatic exercise. This study aims to ascertain whether rheumatic exercise can reduce joint discomfort in older adults suffering from rheumatoid arthritis. The four keywords “elderly” AND “rheumatic exercise” AND “pain” AND “rheumatoid arthritis” were used in this literature review, which was retrieved from research materials found in the Google Scholar database. Five journals related to the research topic were found. The findings of the five articles reviewed showed that rheumatic exercises are effective in lowering joint pain scores in older adults with rheumatoid arthritis. The majority of studies found that rheumatic exercises are effective in reducing joint pain scores in older adults suffering from rheumatoid arthritis. For future researchers, it is expected to expand the scope of references not only from Google Scholar.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana literasi digital dan pemanfaatan uang elektronik berdampak pada tingkah laku keuangan mahasiswa di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Tangerang Raya angkatan 2023. Metode kuantitatif digunakan, menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Sementara penggunaan e-money tidak memiliki dampak yang signifikan secara terpisah, temuan menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap tingkah laku keuangan.Namun, secara keseluruhan, kedua faktor tersebut memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan siswa, dengan nilai Adjusted R2 sebesar 0,195.Hasil ini menunjukkan betapa pentingnya meningkatkan literasi digital dan mengajarkan siswa cara bijak menggunakan uang elektronik.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology in payment systems has prompted micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) to embrace financial technology, specifically through the implementation of the QR Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). However, the adoption of QRIS has been inconsistent, particularly within the culinary sector of West Semarang, possibly due to varying levels of financial literacy and technological ease of use. It is disheartening to note that despite the prevalence of QRIS usage in today's society, many businesses in West Semarang have not fully embraced it. The primary objective of this research is to examine how financial literacy and the user-friendliness of QRIS impact the decision-making process of culinary MSMEs in West Semarang when it comes to adopting QRIS, both individually and collectively. Utilising a quantitative approach, the study employs the snowball sampling technique to gather data from 95 participants, following the guidelines set out in the Isaac and Michael Table. The survey used in this study was a Likert scale questionnaire. Various statistical methods including multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination were employed for data analysis. Findings revealed that both financial literacy and the user-friendliness of QRIS had a significant impact on the adoption of the digital payment system. This suggests that businesses are more inclined to use QRIS when they have a strong understanding of financial concepts and find QRIS easy to use. The research highlights the significance of educating individuals on financial literacy and enhancing accessibility to intermediary services.

Abstract

Prostitusi adalah fenomena sosial yang kompleks di Indonesia, melibatkan aspek moral, sosial, dan hukum. Meskipun tidak diatur secara eksplisit, hukum pidana seperti KUHP dan UU Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Perdagangan Orang dapat menjerat pelaku tertentu, terutama mucikari atau pihak yang memfasilitasi prostitusi. Penelitian ini mengkaji kebijakan pidana Indonesia terkait prostitusi dan tantangan dalam penegakannya, terutama di era digital yang memungkinkan munculnya prostitusi daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode normatif, dengan analisis dokumen hukum serta interpretasi terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan terkait. Penelitian ini juga membandingkan model kebijakan di Swedia dan Jepang, yang menekan permintaan prostitusi dengan memberi sanksi kepada konsumen serta rehabilitasi bagi pekerja seks. Rekomendasi mencakup pembentukan undang-undang yang lebih komprehensif untuk mengatur prostitusi di Indonesia, mencakup semua pihak terlibat, termasuk pengguna jasa, serta program rehabilitasi bagi pekerja seks untuk meninggalkan dunia prostitusi.

Abstract

The advent of online learning media has brought about significant changes in the educational landscape, particularly in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah settings. This study delves into the impacts of online learning media on students' learning motivation in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Through a mixed-method approach encompassing surveys and interviews, data were gathered from a sample of 200 students. The findings reveal a nuanced relationship between online learning media and student motivation. While the convenience and accessibility of online platforms enhance motivation, challenges such as technical issues and limited interaction can dampen motivation. Moreover, the study highlights the need for a balanced integration of online and offline learning strategies to sustain and boost students' motivation in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.
