Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan website E-Kinerja Dinas Perhubungan Kota Malang dengan metode Agile, terutama kerangka kerja Scrum. Dengan membagi proyek menjadi empat sprint berdurasi 21 hari, pendekatan ini menghasilkan produk yang responsif terhadap kebutuhan pengguna dengan cepat. Dengan sprint mencakup increment produk yang dapat diuji secara berkala, memungkinkan pemangku kepentingan memberikan umpan balik sepanjang proses pengembangan. Keberhasilan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan E-Kinerja Dinas Perhubungan Kota Malang perlu didukung oleh peran kolaborasi serta komunikasi yang efektif antara tim pengembangan dan pemangku kepentingan. Metode Scrum yang meliputi Sprint Planning dan Daily Standup berperan penting dalam menjaga transparansi dan pemahaman. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode Agile, khususnya Scrum, secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi pengembangan perangkat lunak dalam upaya meningkatkan manajemen kinerja pegawai di sektor publik.

Abstract

Metabolic syndrome is a complex global health problem, with symptoms such as abdominal obesity, insulin resistance, high blood pressure, high blood sugar, and abnormal blood lipids. With this global challenge, several studies have attempted to predict these diseases using machine learning methods. However, often, predictions about a disease result in data imbalance where minority classes are underrepresented. To balance the class proportions, the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) method replicates the minority class samples. In this research, the technique applied to predict is the Gaussian Naive Bayes (GNB) algorithm. The results show an increase in prediction accuracy by 0.2 from 0.81 to 0.83. This study confirms the critical role of the SMOTE oversampling method in machine learning using the Gaussian Naive Bayes (GNB) algorithm in Metabolic Syndrome prediction and its positive impact on diagnostic efficiency and public health.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis berbagai permasalahan yang muncul dalam praktek pendidikan di sekolah-sekolah. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah pada kendala yang dihadapi oleh pendidik dan peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran, serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kualitatif dengan pendekatan observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permasalahan utama dalam praktek pendidikan meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya, kurangnya dukungan dari pihak manajemen sekolah, dan tantangan dalam penerapan kurikulum yang relevan dan kontekstual. Selain itu, ditemukan juga bahwa masalah komunikasi antara pendidik dan peserta didik serta metode pengajaran yang kurang variatif turut menjadi faktor yang menghambat proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menyarankan adanya peningkatan pelatihan dan pengembangan profesional bagi pendidik, perbaikan infrastruktur pendidikan, serta implementasi strategi pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif dan berpusat pada peserta didik. Dengan mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan ini, diharapkan kualitas pendidikan dapat ditingkatkan secara signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' learning outcomes on the topic of fractions through the implementation of the cooperative learning model, Jigsaw type. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) was conducted in a 4th-grade elementary class consisting of 16 students. The study was carried out in two cycles, each consisting of the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through learning outcome tests, observations, and field notes. The results showed an improvement in students' learning outcomes. In cycle I, 9 students (56.25%) achieved learning mastery with an average class score of 72. In cycle II, the number of students who achieved mastery increased to 13 students (81.25%) with an average class score of 85. This improvement indicates that the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model is effective in enhancing students' learning outcomes on the topic of fractions. This study recommends the application of the cooperative learning model as an alternative teaching strategy to improve students' learning outcomes, especially on topics that require a deep understanding of concepts, such as fractions.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the concept of transformational leadership in building an Islamic work culture in elementary schools. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The results of this research indicate that the principal's transformational leadership can be interpreted as a style used to influence his subordinates (teachers, administrative staff, and students) to achieve the expected educational goals. In this case, the transformational leadership of a school principal can build an Islamic work culture in elementary schools, namely a work culture that is implemented in accordance with the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad, namely Shiddiq, Istiqomah, Fathanah, Amanah, and Tabliq.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the formation of morals through Islamic boarding school education from the perspective of Islamic education in Indonesia. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The results of this research show that Islamic boarding schools as the first educational institutions in Indonesia have given birth to many golden generations, Islamic boarding schools have written gold ink in the historical civilization of the Indonesian nation. Islamic boarding schools are not only institutions for seeking and studying knowledge but also places for character building in students. When they graduate from Islamic boarding schools, the students are expected to be able to apply knowledge and provide examples and role models for society. In this case, moral education through Islamic boarding schools is very successful in building morals in today's young generation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning terhadap Hasil Belajar PKn Siswa Kelas V. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen.Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data hasil belajar PKn adalah tes objektif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V sekolah dasar. Dalam penelitian ini sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling dimana kelas V SD Negeri 01Kampung Olo sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas V SD Negeri 03 Kampung Olo sebagai kelas Kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor hasil belajar setelah diberikan perlakuan didapatkan rata-rata nilai tes siswa kelas eksperimen 85,64 dan siswa kelas kontrol 77,92. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan aplikasi spss dimana nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) pada Equal variancesassumed 0,009,jadi nilai 0,009<0,05 yang dibuktikan dengan taraf signifikan ? = 0,05. Maka H0 ditolak H1 diterima. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh hasil belajar PKn siswa kelas eksperimen dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran problem based learning.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the dynamics between educators and students in the context of formal education, with a focus on the roles and interactions of both parties in the learning process. The methods used include direct observation in class, in-depth interviews with educators and students, as well as analysis of related documentation. The research results show that learning effectiveness is greatly influenced by the quality of the relationship between educators and students, where good communication and appropriate pedagogical approaches can increase student motivation and participation. Educators who are able to understand students' individual needs and apply inclusive and adaptive teaching methods tend to be more successful in creating a positive and productive learning environment. This research emphasizes the importance of professionalism and empathy in the role of educators as well as the active involvement of students in the educational process to achieve optimal learning outcomes. It is hoped that these findings can contribute to the development of more effective and humane educational strategies.
