Abstract

This research purposes was to find out the increasing of the early childhood students’ religiosity through singing method at TK Al-Hikmah Pasir Putih Siak Hulu. The research was classroom action research which was conducted in two cycles and each cycle in two meetings. To ensure the research conducted well, the researcher used certain steps; 1) Action planning, 2) Action implementation, 3) Observation, and 4) Reflection. The subjects in this research were 15 the early childhood students at class B1 TK Al-Hikmah Pasir Putih Siak Hulu in 2020-2021 academic year. While the object of this research was application of the singing method to increase religiosity at TK Al-Hikmah Pasir Putih. The data collection techniques were observation and presented in percentage forms. The research results were there was an improving the early childhood students’ religiosity before and after the action was taken to cycle I and from cycle I to cycle II. Before the actions 4 or 26.67% the early childhood students were classified in undeveloped category. in the first cycle of the second meeting and in the second cycle of the second meeting, no early childhood students or 0% was classified in undeveloped category. Before the actions 5 or 33.33 % the early childhood students were classified in developed category. In the first cycle of the second meeting there were 2 early childhood students or 13.33 % were classified in developed category. in the second cycle of the second meeting, there were 0 the early childhood students or 0% was classified in developed category. Before the action there were 6 the early childhood students or 40.00% were classified in well developed category. in the first cycle of the second meeting there were 5 the early childhood students or 33.33%, and in the second cycle of the second meeting, there were 3 the early childhood students or 20% were classified in well developed category. in the first cycle of the second meeting there was an increase of the early childhood students’ religiosity at 53.33%, the second cycle of the second meeting there was an increase in 80 %. It proved that singing method improved the early childhood students’ religiosity at TK Al-Hikmah Pasir Putih Siak Hulu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of academic supervision and school organizational culture on teacher performance at SD IT Fadhilah Pekanbaru. The population in this study were teachers at SD IT Fadhilah Pekanbaru. This research method uses quantitative probablistic character using multiple regression analysis. The method used to analyze the data is multiple linear regression with a series of instrument tests and classical assumption tests. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, totaling 35 respondents who are teachers at SD IT Fadhilah Pekanbaru. The results of the study are from statistical calculations that the researchers did at SD IT Fadhilah Pekanbaru, it can be seen that the calculated F value is 37,419 at a significance level of 0.000, meaning that it can be ascertained that the Fcount is greater than the F table (3.28). This shows that the variables of Academic Supervision (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) together have a significant effect on Teacher Performance (Y). Based on the value of the coefficient of determination shows the R2 value of 0.700. This means that the variable Teacher Performance is explained by the variables of Academic Supervision and School Organizational Culture of 70.0%, while the remaining 30% is influenced by other variables not observed in this study

Abstract

The fading of character values among students today makes things developed by future generations to come in the school environment such as a lack of care for the surrounding environment, littering, paying attention to school walls and student morale. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Adiwiyata school policy and the success of character education in Telecommunications Junior High School. The research method uses qualitative with descriptive research type. The research was conducted at the Pekanbaru Telecommunications Junior High School with the research subjects being principals, teachers, students, and janitors. Data were collected through interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results showed that the Adiwiyata policy as the implementation of character education at the Telecommunications Junior High School in Pekanbaru was running well according to the goals set because it was carried out through the stages of character education development.

Abstract

The community service program at SDIT Tahfiz Al-Makki in Siak Hulu, Kampar Regency, focuses on the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, with the primary objective of enhancing teachers' abilities in differentiated learning and the integration of Pancasila values in education. Amidst the current educational challenges that necessitate a more innovative and inclusive approach, this program bridges the gap between educational practices and real-world needs. The methods employed include presentations, discussions, and hands-on practices, actively involving teachers as participants. The main outcome of this program is the improved understanding and skills of teachers in applying differentiated learning, as well as the reinforcement of Pancasila values in the learning process. The program has successfully demonstrated increased interaction and a more harmonious relationship between teachers and students, along with the development of student character in line with the Pancasila Student Profile. In conclusion, this service program has achieved its goal of enhancing the quality of education at SDIT Tahfiz Al-Makki, equipping teachers with more effective and relevant learning methods for the current era. This initiative reflects the importance of adaptation and innovation in education to meet the demands of the times and prepare a highly competitive and morally upright future generation.

Abstract

Humans were created from various tribes and nations to get to know each other. According to the Qur'an, humans are naturally social creatures and live in society. Several verses in the Qur'an instruct humanity to always think about forming a society with certain qualities, so that it is very possible for humanity to reconstruct a picture of an ideal society based on the instructions of the Qur'an. In the Islamic view, society is a means for implementing Islamic teachings concerning living together and side by side, so society must become the basis for the framework of worldly life for the unity and cooperation of the people towards a human growth that realizes equality and justice. This community service aims to grow the Muslim community's awareness of the poor and those in need. This service was carried out in South Tengkerang District, Pekanbaru, Riau. The extension program is implemented using the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method, which involves researchers and participants in collaboration to encourage active participation, feedback and joint knowledge creation. One proof of the transformational power of this training is the fact that the community admits that the training has changed their understanding of social life by emulating the personality of ash-Habul Jannah based on the Koran. Living side by side in society cannot be separated from the attitude of sharing with the poor and people in need
