The lack of optimal management can be seen in the aspect of achieving goals, integration and adaptation shows that the programs and business units run by BUMDes have not been evenly felt by the people of Poly village, this is because there is still a lack of budget in the management of BUMDes so that it affects the purpose of BUMDes in adding business units. Integration aspects, at the socialization stage the formation of village business units has indeed been carried out but has not run optimally due to lack of community participation in the socialization process, so that some people do not know about BUMDes and what programs are being run. Adaptation aspect that the implementation of the BUMDes program in Poly Village is in accordance with the potential of the village, the majority of the population are farmers but have not fully utilized the potential of the existing village. Business units such as tunnel rentals, tractors, rice fertilizers, and rice pawns greatly help the community overcome difficulties in meeting their work needs at a more affordable cost. However, there are obstacles in the management and implementation of the program due to lack of knowledge and skills of BUMDes administrators and the community about the importance of BUMDes effectiveness for community welfare and village progress.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the integrated toddler service post program in Salumpaku Village, South Banawa District, Donggala Regency. The theory used in this research is the theory from Richard M Steers in Duncan (1985:53)) which consists of 3 indicators. The data collection technique used is in-depth observation of informant interviews and documentation to collect the required data in the form of primary data and secondary data. Based on the research results obtained, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the integrated postal service program for children under five in Salumpaku Village is not yet fully effective, in which the indicators of goal achievement, integrity and adaptation have not been effective because the goal has not been achieved. It cannot be said that the goal has been achieved in Salumpaku Village due to not being educated. well because the community of mothers of toddlers tends to still be ignorant and still affected by an unfavorable environment, the distance is also a barrier, and. Then, integrity can be said to be ineffective because the aim of the cadres is not being able to provide an understanding of the program, especially for toddlers aged 0-5 years, which is the golden age for children's growth which must be monitored optimally, as well as a lack of education regarding the importance of Posyandu for toddlers. Next, the adaptation indicator is not yet effective. This indicator is not yet fully effective due to the lack of quality cadres and lack of infrastructure for implementing posyandu.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the quality of Electronic Identity Card (E-KTP) services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sigi Regency. The research focuses on four service quality indicators based on Taliziduhu Ndraha's theory: speed, accuracy, convenience, and fairness. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that E-KTP services in Sigi Regency have not been optimal. In terms of speed, the E-KTP issuance process is still slow due to limited facilities such as a lack of recording and printing equipment, as well as network disruptions. Regarding accuracy, services do not meet the standard completion time due to a lack of discipline and preparedness among staff. However, in terms of convenience, the public finds the procedures and requirements for E-KTP services to be accessible and straightforward. Meanwhile, in the aspect of fairness, there are still practices of prioritizing relatives or acquaintances, which leads to public dissatisfaction and a sense of unfairness. The conclusion of this study is that the quality of E-KTP services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sigi Regency still needs improvement, particularly in the aspects of speed, accuracy, and fairness, to ensure more optimal and equitable services.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the results of the waste management program in Silae Village, Palu City. This type of research is descriptive and the basis of the research used is qualitative. In this study the author uses the Triple Bottom Line theory by (Jhon Elkinton 1997) with 3 indicators, namely profit, people, and planet (environment). Informants in this study consisted of employees of the Palu City environmental service, Silae Village staff, 2 TPS 3R managers and 3 community members. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data were filtered and selected based on data needs using qualitative descriptive methods. Based on the results of the study obtained, waste management in Silae Village has not been running optimally as can be seen from the indicators of profit, people, and planet (environment) where it can provide additional income for the community through the waste bank program. However, the perceived economic benefits are still limited due to the lack of skills and understanding in sorting waste, which results in managers having to purchase additional raw materials for compost production, community participation in waste management is still low. Even though the government has made every effort to provide outreach and education to the public, in reality there are still many people who do not understand and apply it in their daily lives.
