Abstract

Indonesian migrant workers (TKI) are an important element in the national economy, both through the remittances they send and their contribution in strengthening bilateral relations with destination countries. However, TKI also face various increasingly complex global challenges, including uncertainty in immigration policies, the impact of climate change, and technological transformation and digitalization. This paper aims to examine these challenges in depth, analyze their potential impacts, and formulate mitigation strategies that focus on empowering TKI and the Indonesian diaspora. With a comprehensive approach based on legal protection, skills improvement, and diaspora mobilization, it is hoped that the welfare of TKI can be maintained and their competitiveness can increase amidst global dynamics.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Entrepreneurship Leadership and Growth Mindset on Community Empowerment with Organizational Trust as an Intervening Variable: A Case Study of Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School, Ciwidey Bandung. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study is the community in the Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School environment, Ciwidey Bandung, who are members of an empowerment group managed by the Islamic boarding school, with a total of 300 farmer groups. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence Entrepreneurship Leadership towards Community Empowerment through Organizational Trust is proven because the path coefficient is 0.099 supported by a t count of 2.061 > 1.96 with a ρ-value of 0.040 < 0.05. In addition, there is an influence Growth Mindset towards Community Empowerment through Organizational Trust is proven because the path coefficient of 0.198 is supported by a t count of 2.729 > 1.96 with a ρ-value of 0.007 < 0.05. The conclusion of this study shows that the trust of the community in the Islamic boarding school environment towards the Leaders of the Boarding School and the organization of the Islamic boarding school, is able to mediate the influence of Entrepreneurship Leadership on Community Empowerment. This means that the entrepreneurial leadership style of the Boarding School Leaders will have a stronger influence on the empowerment program, if assisted by the high trust of the community in the Boarding School Leaders and the organization of the Islamic boarding school. The implications of this study can encourage the community in the Islamic boarding school environment to maintain their positive mindset , both towards the Islamic boarding school organization and the Boarding School Leaders, thereby increasing the trust and confidence of the community in the Boarding School Leaders and the Islamic boarding school and having an impact on the success of the empowerment program.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi dan informasi mendorong organisasi untuk terus berinovasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja anggotanya. Kebutuhan akan model inovasi manajemen yang sesuai dengan budaya organisasi menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi organisasi. Budaya organisasi juga menjadi sebuah akumulasi dimana setiap orang dalam organisasi akan belajar untuk berperilaku berdasarkan pada akumulasi pengalaman, perilaku masa lalu, preferensi dan factor-faktor eksternal lainnya. Sehingga, budaya organisasi dapat mempengaruhi perilaku orang di dalam organisasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan model inovasi manajemen melalui organisasi pembelajar dan budaya organisasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja madrasah Aliyah. Metode penelitian kualitatif dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis kebutuhan model inovasi manajemen melalui pembelajaran organisasi dan budaya organisasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja madrasah Aliyah. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan gambaran terkait inovasi manajemen yang dilakukan oleh Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendekia.

Abstract

UMKM merupakan pilar vital perekonomian Indonesia dengan kontribusi besar terhadap PDB dan penyerapan tenaga kerja. Namun, di era Revolusi Industri 4.0, sektor ini menghadapi tantangan kompleks, seperti rendahnya literasi digital, keterbatasan infrastruktur, dan kapasitas manajerial. Di sisi lain, meningkatnya preferensi konsumen terhadap nilai-nilai budaya lokal membuka peluang strategis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara teoretik-konseptual implementasi inovasi digital marketing yang berpadu dengan kearifan lokal sebagai strategi pemberdayaan UMKM. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksploratori melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumentasi. Hasil kajian mengidentifikasi berbagai tantangan dan menawarkan solusi strategi implementasi bertingkat—mulai dari level korporat, bisnis, hingga fungsional—serta pemanfaatan beragam platform digital seperti website, media sosial, dan e-commerce. Simpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa integrasi antara digital marketing dan kearifan lokal dapat menciptakan diferensiasi produk, memperluas jangkauan pasar, meningkatkan daya saing, dan pada akhirnya menjamin keberlanjutan usaha UMKM dalam jangka panjang, dengan dukungan kebijakan yang koheren dari seluruh pemangku kepentingan.
